He’s not the typical agent who just wants to sign you up and that’s it he wants to take care of you and truly wants to provide what’s best for your needs, he’s very helpful and knowledgeable. The worst customer service, ever. I was actually told by Kent that Im just a contract. I have been a customer of Farmers insurance with Michael Hollan for many years. After not being satisfied with their policies on my automobiles, I switched insurances. They miscalculated my home policy with this change, and then billed me for the extra money I owed. I did not receive proper notice, and they cancelled my policy. When I called about it to get it reinstated, there was no consideration for the many years I have been a customer, no willingness to work with me, and Kent was flippant about damage done by a windstorm. I would not recommend them.
