I have had a positive experience signing a lease with Seasons on City Creek. I worked with Noelle, and she was very polite and responsive. She was always willing to help and answered every question I had through the process.(A note for those moving from out-of-state). This building has both furnished and unfurnished units. The available video tour isnt unit specific, so be sure to ask.

I really enjoyed living at Season on City Creek. It was clean, and the amenities, when we were allowed to use them (understandably closed because of COVID,) were always kept nice. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because one of the doors to get into the building and the gate for the dog park didn’t lock for the better part of the winter, and I didn’t feel as safe as I would like. Would recommend this place to a friend.

This review is only based on my initial experience of finding an apartment to rent here. I went with my friend I am rooming with to tour apartments that would be suited for our interest. Alyssa went straight to the point of showing us complex amenities and the apartments available with specifications to our wants. All questions were promptly answered. After finishing tour we finished the application paperwork the same day and she sped along the process.With clear cut answers and speed and friendliness I give this place and her 5 stars. This is only contingent on my initial experience and not any living experience here yet.

I have lived at Seasons for 6 years and appreciate all the staff. Over that time there have been several changes in who was working the front desk at the rental office. The absolute best person to hold that position is Alyssa Williams, the current receptionist. She is responsible, very solicitous, and pleasant to know. One of her responsibilities is to notify residents when packages arrive for them; this is no small matter - it is important for all of us. Ive never received more timely notifications than what Alyssa provides. She is an asset to Seasons and all residents. KUDOs to Alyssa!

Normally looking for a apartment is like pulling teeth, but my visit to Seasons On City Creek changed that. I was looking for a 1 BR and Alyssa W. was awesome. She talked to me like I was family, answered all my questions and allowed me to really examine the apartment and I didnt feel rushed. We chose this apartment for their furnished option, as it was a short term move. I couldnt be more pleased with our time here! The staff is friendly, and accommodating, and make a big deal out of holidays. The apartments are clean and in good shape and literally everything is taken care of - even down to a trash valet service! I have greatly appreciated Alyssa and Carra and Dalton and their above and beyond kindness to us, our kids and our dog.

I love living at Seasons On City Creek! The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. They are responsive and Carra knows everyone by name! Alyssa in the office is great about keeping residents informed of upcoming promotions and activities. The location is in a quieter corner of downtown which makes it peaceful without losing the metropolitan feel. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Apartments are well cared for and the staff is great about fulfilling maintenance needs. Highly recommend.

Aloha Everyone!My family just moved into these apartments at the end of August of this year.So far we have had good experiences living here. I have found Alyssa Williams to be very helpful. I am thankful for the time that she takes to answer my questions.Another thing that we find very helpful is that the apartments are so close to public transportation. Right across the street are the buses and very close is the trax.

I went on a tour here and the place is incredible! Dalton is the guy who took me on it and he knew everything about the building and everything that is close by. I had to move to Salt Lake for work from Atlanta on a couple weeks notice. I called Alyssa at Seasons on City Creek and she was fantastic. She walked me though all the units which would be available for my timeframe, gave me detailed pricing for a whole bunch of lease term options, sent me everything via email and answered multiple phone calls full of questions, and even gave me a detailed facetime virtual tour so I could feel comfortable signing sight unseen. Moreover, she went above and beyond when, after all her effort, I realized, not being familiar with the area, that one of Seasons’ sister properties would work better for my situation. Alyssa immediately got me in touch with the right people to transfer my lease over there. There are a lot of reasons I’ve lived here for over five years, but chief among them is the excellent staff. Carra runs a responsive and friendly office. The maintenance staff respond to all my needs in a timely and professional manner. I feel safe and secure living here.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, the maintenance team is fantastic! I have dealt with Zack a handful of times, and I was so impressed with the timely manner and the great customer service he provided me! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I have had an absolute amazing experience at Seasons on City Creek. The rooms are very nice and modern. Its a very clean and quite place to live in and its an amazing area. The staff is terrific, the maintenance team is top notch, and Carra the main leasing agent could not be more incredible ! She has been so helpful. One of the best places to live in Salt Lake City.

Love the location, perfect for public transportation! Right across the street from the Vivant Arena, perfect for large scale entertainment (if covid could just go away!) the hot tub is awesome with a beautiful view and when I moved in, and out it was such a smooth process! The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance is very timely (I got locked out of my apartment and Zack was very quick to come in the middle of the night to let me in!) absolutely love seasons and I wish I was in salt lake longer!

Ive worked with Carra in finding various clients short term rentals over the years and shes always been super helpful and willing to answer any questions myself or my clients might have. I just moved in and I cannot express how wonderful this place has been. EVERYONE in the office is super helpful and sweet, especially Carra. They have made moving across the country during a pandemic as simple as possible for me and have answered every question Ive had along the way so quickly. The location is ideal for living downtown and being safe doing so. All external doors require a key for entry and the garage door quickly closes automatically after entry so I always feel very secure here. I love my apartment and could not be happier with my decision to sign here.

Honestly, I think most people will be very happy here and have a great experience, and that’s awesome. For the most part, my experience was good. However, I think y’all need to be aware of something.My lease was up in a few months and I was told that I needed to notify my roommates and the office if I planned on leaving, and I needed to notify them by a certain date. I did just that, and received a prompt response. Something along the lines of, ‘Thank you for letting us know you plan on moving out by _ date. Make sure to communicate this with your roommates.’ I even took a screenshot on my phone of the date the transmission was sent and the status of the message being ‘received’. I thought all was good, but fast forward a month to when the lease was up. I got off work one day to an avalanche of angry messages from my roommates telling me that I never notified the office that I was leaving and now they were charging us and threatening to take legal action. I tried to calmly explain that I had in fact notified the office and had received a response, and sent my screenshot clearly stating that the status of my message was was received, but still my roommates and the office didn’t believe me. It was the hugest mess. I was literally so terrified that I packed up and left that night. Eventually the office let us off, but they never conceded that the message had been received. I mean maybe MAYBE there’s a small chance I somehow IMAGINED Carra’s response to my message, but that’s unlikely. Even if I had, on my end the message status was received, so how was I to know they didn’t get it? Again for the most part I was treated very well, and I can’t blame the office entirely for this situation as it could have been due to miscommunication between them and my roommates. I don’t want to discourage people from coming here but I wanted to bring this to awareness. They were certainly very forgiving to the situation, but the truth is the situation should not have happened at all.

I lived at Seasons a few years ago and mainly worked with Carra. She was quick to answer any questions and helped make my time in Salt Lake an enjoyable one. They offer short term leases as well which is an added bonus.

Carra is great. Goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Working with her has been a delight. So easy to work with, and on top of everything. Highly recommend.

I recently toured with Seasons and the property manager Carra was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at home at Seasons. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to tour!

We have lived here since the building opened, I think 8 years now! Carra is great and really knows her stuff, shes been here almost since the beginning, but Seasons has the best staff all around of any place weve lived. I think a lot of them even live here, which is nice. Safe, location is ideal close to the center of downtown but also feels like were part of the Marmalade neighborhood, too. The backyard is really wonderful if you have a dog who likes to socialize! Highly recommend!

This is such a great place to live. Being able to live downtown while also being close to I-15 makes commuting super easy. The management here really cares about their residents. Carra is extremely helpful; I can always count on her to answer any question I have. Planning to stay here for a few more years at least!

I love this place! Only a short walk to entertainment and shopping and you can wake up to amazing views of the city. Carra (the manager) is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. Amazing!!!!!! Stop looking, this is it.Management: personable and quick to take actionMaintenance: I have never requested repairs but maintenance is always maintaining the building. They are polite.Parking Garage: Two underground garages, never full. A city parking lot is across the street costing $5 s day. We used it to park our UHaul trailer before move in.Pets: No weight or breed restrictions that I know of. Larger dog park than other complexes with benches and well maintained.Residents: Age ranges from early 20s to 60s. No children for the most part.Cost: Rent prices are comparable to or a little lower than competition. There is pet rent and our second garage parking space costs extra . I also pay a monthly common area utility charge plus valet trash service.Lease Options: Variable lease agreements, I signed a 2 month lease and added an additional month. Spoke to another resident who signed a month to month lease.Apartment: I live on the top floor (sixth floor) and face Crown Burger. I hear some traffic noise and can hear my neighbors every now and again. Quiet for the most part. I get the evening sun. The appliances are lower end but acceptable.Location: Love, love, love the location. On the fringe of downtown. Fifteen minutes walk to The Gateway and City Creek shopping centers and City Creek Park. Homeless people are common downtown but they are polite. I always feel safe.Move Out: I moved out due to gaining employment in another state and received a full refund of my deposit in about 30 days. I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathrooms, floors, etc. I also did not cause damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Wouldnt recommend at all... They over charge and have lots of hidden fees.It also kinda smells like a barn.

Moving across the country during a pandemic is HARD; Seasons on City Creek helped alleviate much of that stress. Carra was amazing to work with--she helped us find the perfect apartment and worked hard to accommodate our needs during this unprecedented time. Noah was also so helpful with the virtual tour--he answered all of our 10000 questions and gave us a great peak into what our apartment would look like. We looked at so many apartments in SLC and talked with many property managers, and Carra was undoubtedly the most flexible and resourceful. Truly, they are incredible and everything you want in a management team!

Ive been living here for about 2 years and its been such a great experience living here at the seasons. Cara, the property manager, has been a big help in answering all the questions I have (which is like 4-5 a week). The maintenance here is also on top of things when it comes to fixing problems and will usually fix it within 24 hrs. Zack is always on top of stuff along with the other maintenance crew and I can say theyre always reliable if you need to get the job done fast. All in all its a great environment for students, small families, or independent people. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to live in SLC.

After some stress filled apartment hunting, my roommate and I stumbled across this place. We quickly discovered how nice the building is and how great the management is to work with. After moving in, we can both say with confidence that we made a great decision deciding to live here.

Great building. Great location. Fantastic team of people working here. The property manager Carra is an absolute hero. Shes helped me countless times including moving units, after hours emergencies and reasonable rent increases and renters insurance changes. In addition, any maintenance requests Ive had had been fixed well and very quickly. Ive lived here over two years and just signed on for a 3rd!

I am beyond impressed at how well maintain it is in here. Ive only been here for a month and there has not been one day where I think its dirty. Seasons On City creek makes sure everything is clean and the hallways have a pleasant smell. I know I wont regret the time I will spend living here. Great accessible location and very safe environment. Nice, quiet building, but also great community activities and common areas. The staff in the leasing office went above and beyond for me in coordinating an apartment with a group of students at Ballet West. This is our second year there and we could not be happier!

I have lived at Seasons for over 4 years and cannot recommend it enough. The apartments are spacious, the building is quiet and clean and the surrounding area is safe. The covered parking garage is extremely convenient and there is an awesome dog run behind the building that is very large and well maintained. While the building itself is great, it is the staff that truly makes this an unbelievable experience. Maintenance requests are very quickly addressed and Carra in the front office is absolute god send. She is so kind and easy to work with. The entire staff at the Seasons does an excellent job of being attentive and welcoming and offering a great experience for all of its residents. I highly recommend Seasons on City Creek!!!

I absolutely love living here. The office staff is extremely nice and always willing to help you out. I also love the location, you are within walking distance to the temple, LDSBC, and City Creek. The maintenance staff is always quick to resolve any problems that Im having with my room, which is extremely convenient and they are flexible. The apartment is taken care of, and the rooms are the perfect size.

This apartments is in a great location near downtown Salt lake. The apartment has a great clubhouse room, theater, big deck with grill and hot tub. I cannot complain it has trash pick up services throughout the week. The apartments are spacious and pet friendly. Carra McMnamonWill help anyone tour the place and get your application ready.

Currently I have lived here for 7 months and have loved every minute of it. Between the prime downtown location to the competitive pricing, this apartment complex has it all. It includes a well kept spa, theater room, club house, and fitness facility. It also has one of the best maintained apartments that I have seen here in salt lake. Shout out to the staff!

Weve lived here for for a week. Carra McManamon has been wonderfully helpful, organized and responsive to all of my questions. Shes a very good manager. Our unit has new flooring and paint and is very clean. We like the high ceilings, gas stove, in-unit laundry and great location within walking distance of city center. We also like the safe and secure parking. The neighborhood feels safe. We dont have our dogs with us, they stayed in the state from where we moved, with the other half of the family, but we like that it is pet friendly and even has a fenced area for dogs.Update: We’re still happy that we live here. We recently had an appliance fail and it was replaced immediately. Management is extremely responsive and professional.

I have loved living at Seasons on City Creek. There are students, individuals, and families living on each floor. Management responds to concerns quickly and ensures an amazing experience for their tenants. There is a fitness center, theater, clubhouse, sun deck, hot tub, ping-pong table, mini golf, trash pickup, and in apartment washer and drier. Utilities are included in the rental price and maintenance ensures all appliances are functioning well and the apartments are clean. Pets are allowed. It has been a great experience living here.

The amenities are nice to have like the theater room or the outdoor patio with hot tub-although it seems like the hot tub is always under repair. The maintenance guys are nice and respond quickly to work orders. My room faces the street so your hear the traffic a lot. The rooms are not as nice as the pictures show.

Its a pleasant place to live; the building is clean--it smells good as it is non-smoking and the valet trash service is quick about collecting the trash. Good choice for LDSBC student housing as it is practically across the street from the college. there is plenty of indoor parking for residents. good downtown location on North Temple near the North Temple train station and Temple Square. apartments are nice; I havent encountered any pests in mine so thats encouraging

Carra and Kaelyn were both great to work with!We decided to make a last minute change with our living situation and met them looking for a place to live on short notice.They were very accommodating and helped us find a great unit that was ready in under a week. The complex is very well kept and has a ton of amenities.Excited to be living here and highly recommend!
