Weve been parking @ diamond parking everytime we travel for several years now.Every single time we are treated with the utmost respect and prompt friendly service at the lot and especially when being picked up at the airport.Yesterday afternoon I gotta give mad props to the manager who was juggling a fire somewhere on the property and a packed parking lot getting people in and out quickly.He was very calm, cool and collected during the extremely busy situation. He gave suburb customer service to my wife and I as we were returning from a long trip.

This is the first time we have ever used long term parking when flying out of Salt Lake City, and we were quite impressed!We did reservations online, about 1.5 weeks in advance before the travel dates. It went really smooth and email confirmation was clear and concise.As we pulled up with a paper confirmation, you scan the receipt and the toll arm comes up after it has been scanned and confirmed. We chose self covered parking, and parked in an available space.To our surprise, the shuttle to take us to the airport (which only took seven minutes by the way) was already waiting for us to arrive as the driver already knew our schedule! That was pretty impressive! He helped us load our luggage, into the shuttle, had a pleasant conversation with us, and even informed us of the new SLC airport wing, where he would be waiting to pick us up when we get back. We would DEFINITELY use them again in the near future!!

Not great. The car wash was the best part.At the airport, we called when we got our luggage and we ended up standing out at the curb 15-20 min.Once we got to our car, we went to pay and leave, but the card reader machine froze and after waiting and trying to cancel and re-do our transaction, we had to have an attendant come out.We asked for a discount for the inconvenience and the gentleman (who happened to be the manager) asked us how long we had been waiting and my husband estimated it was about 10 min. The manager then was really unkind with us and told us that we had water on our car from the car wash and so he highly doubted that we had been waiting that long and then walked away.When he finally returned to our car, we told him that he was being pretty rude and that if he talks to customers like that, they’ll just end up using a different facility.He then apologized—kind of a “sorry, not sorry. Yikes, we’ll be parking somewhere else next time.

My truck was parked here for 3 days. During that time, someone crawled under my truck and cut off a catalytic converter. This parking lot is obviously not secure and I will never trust them with my vehicle again.Update: I was told that someone from corporate would call me to talk about the theft that took place on their lot. Nobody from corporate ever called me. I had to go through my insurance to get the truck fixed. Dont trust your vehicle to this parking lot, especially if it is a truck where the catalytic converters are easily accessible underneath.

Excellent service and great price. Would give 5 stars, but they gave us incorrect information about where the pick up location would be, which delayed our return home. A small hiccup but otherwise prompt and great value!

Family and I have been using Diamond Parking for over 20 years, and its always been an ideal way to get to the airport. Its more affordable than airport parking and taking a ride share.

Love Diamond Airport Parking. I have been using them for years. Great company and locally operated and managed. Not a nationwide chain. Quick to and from service at SLC airport. I can plan that within 10 minutes of pulling in the parking lot I will be dropped off at the airport. (My claim, not theirs - but they are fast and efficient)Love their loyalty program and app. Makes it so easy to track my stays and earn points for future stays.While on a business trip, a business partner was unable to find his keys. We contacted Diamond and they went to his vehicle and found that he had left them in the vehicle. They were able to retrieve the keys and secure the vehicle until he returned.Big thanks to the SLC Diamond Airport Parking team!

We’ve used them for years but never again. Got off a late flight with 4 kids and texted immediately to let them know we were ready for them. Sat waiting in the cold with crying kids for 35 minutes for them to pick us up. Called twice to see where they were and they kept saying on their way. Finally picked us up. The driver didn’t help with our bags in or off. When he dropped us off he waited around while we loaded up our car fishing for a tip. I don’t tip if there is bad service. To top it off the machine wouldn’t work to scan our ticket. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out and accuse us of having the wrong ticket. Finally verified their machine wasn’t working and waited for them to manually enter it in. Worst experience and will never use them again. Go to another one. While we waited all the other park and ride places had shuttles come by at least twice.

*update*This was a previous five star saying “been great to me for over a decade”.HoweverI was recently told by the manager they no longer wanted my business because I park too many cars there for my business! They didn’t offer any type of resolution or corporate account.Too bad. They will lose a lot of revenue.I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This was the best experience I had with parking . I was treated with respect when I had questions . Drivers were so helpful and soooo nice. I would have paid more to park my car here just with the experience I had . I will always use them over and over again .

I have been parking with Diamond for almost 10 years now. Unfortunately I may have to change. More than half of the parking lot has been roped off and the rest of the parking is very tight. There is no room for full-size trucks anymore, unless you want to try to fit in the smaller spots and get door dings. I have waited at the airport for more than 20 minutes for a shuttle my last 3 trips.

I travel quite a bit and really appreciate this service, I used to park in the economy lot and wait forever for the shuttle at the airport to stop at every bus stop and pick up tons of people, now I park at Diamond instead where they come right to your car and take you straight to your gate. I use the uncovered parking and plug my electric car in to the light poles with my own charger. They also offer 220 chargers in their covered parking now but you don’t really need that if you are coming back a day later. The free water bottle is very nice as well.

Amazing service! Usually have deals on their website. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car. MAYBE 5 minutes from the airport. 100% recommend.

I have always used Diamond parking on Redwood my husband and I travel 3/4 times a year. I had a particular situation happen to me this last week I traveled on February 12th I was to return on February 15th I arrived at my destination and took my car keys out of my purse unfortunately upon return I realized that I left my keys at the hotel my car was left at diamond parking. I immediately contacted the hotel and they were to send my keys on the 15th they were released on the 16th on a priority Express one day air the keys apparently have gotten lost in transit I have a tracking number post office is not been of any help no one has been able to retreat my keys they seem to be in some Warehouse in Las Vegas and post office is not been so I had to seek other alternatives as my car was sitting at diamond parking and racking up days as well as my work computer was in my vehicle and I had no vehicle to go to work with I called and spoke to Ryan Johnson at diamond parking on February 22nd he was a delight to speak to Mr Johnson was extremely helpful Mr Johnson was tentative asked me if he could assist in opening the vehicle if I had keys. Inside the vehicle they could open the car for me which I did not. so I opted to take a locksmith and have a fob programmed on site at diamond parking upon exit of the parking I spoke to Mr Johnson and he was so kind to take care of my parking he charged me the amount that I was supposed to be in the parking so my car had been in the lot for 11 days he had charged me obviously with evidence that I left town on February 12th and returned on February 15th only charged me the four days I am very grateful to Mr Johnson and Diamond parking for I have had so much expense with this odd situation that has occurred to me diamond parking is amazing not only because of this experience but every other experience that I have had thanks diamond parking thank you very very much Ryan.

First rate company. Great VIP valet service. They were prompt and had my vehicle waiting and warm when I arrived from a cold evening flight. Employees were kind and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

I would give this place 5 stars, but their company policy doesn’t allow them to grant refunds if you pay for a reservation in advance. I think if you decide to change your mind 24 hours before your reservation time, you should get your money back. The service was stellar. Plenty of shuttles. I was never waiting. In fact, the shuttles were waiting on me! Drivers are courteous and friendly. QR scanners are reliable. My only tip is don’t hold your phone so close to the reader. Maybe start off close to the reader, but you want to slowly and gradually lower your phone away from the reader until you hear it beep.

They even jumped our car for us.

Such nice people ! We were here to pick up a patient from the hospital the next morning and woke up to an almost flat tire . We could not find an air pump in working order at any nearby gas stations, when we saw this place and although we did not require parking services,they kindly allowed us to fill up our tire . Best airport parking for young families! I was hesitant to try parking here because of the negative reviews but my brother-in-law has used them several times and highly recommended them. Im so glad we gave them a try, and we will continue to park here whenever we fly now! It made things so much easier for our family with three young kids. The shuttle coming to our car when we parked in the lot made a world of a difference with getting all the carseats and stroller and suitcases easily on the shuttle instead of having to trek across the airport parking lot. Our shuttle drivers there and back were nice and helpful. On our way home, we had a very short wait for the shuttle at the terminal. (We saw one pull up while we were getting our luggage and one pulled up as our shuttle was leaving--so they were coming frequently and we did not see the problem that others complained about with having to wait a long time.) After the coupons but also with the fees, our total price ended up being slightly cheaper than it wouldve been to park at the airport. Excellent experience all around. Thank you!

This was so easy! It made my trip less stressful being able to park, be picked up, and taken to the airport. Coming home was just as smooth. Text a number and boom. A shuttle is there within 5 minutes. Really enjoyed this.

I rent a storage unit here. The new manager is amazing. She seriously waited 2 hours after she was off work to rent me my unit. I had everything I owned on an open trailer and we were about to get hit by The 2020 Snowpacalypse. It was on a Friday and most places arent open for rentals over the weekend. I had no other options and no place to store my stuff. She went completely out of her way for me basically saving all of my belongings. I highly recommend Diamond Storage!

I go to the airport 3-4 times each month. I have used Diamond a few times. Tonight I remember why I am not a regular. 1st it’s more expensive 2nd it takes a long time for the shuttle to pick up after you call. 3 they are not very friendly. They only have one job so why are they are so slow. Tonight 3 airport shuttles went by and 5-6 other parking shuttles. Just go to the airport you will save time and money.😀

We flew out tonight and we had Elise as our driver. She is AMAZING! Customer service was totally different than anything we’ve ever experienced through diamond. She was kind and thoughtful and her energy was something else.. I had to leave a review about her because we were so impressed!

Customers, specifically Storage Customers, are regarded as substandard to this family owned business. This corporation is not only greedy, but completely clueless to DOT commercial driver regulation, specifically regarding daily inspections responsible to the DRIVER of vehicle in service NOT mechanics on duty. It took this customer over a month of inquiring, to learn rudely, that compressed air for tires accessible to Diamond customers has been revoked. Bring an air pump with you from airport for safe driving. This could all be due to just ONE rude (likely family member) loose in office complacent with metaphorically spitting on customers. I no longer will recommend this company.

North temple lot is much my preferred lot with Diamond parking. It always seems to be a bit less busy and is practically the same distance. away from the airport. Gotta love the free car wash. If I’m not taking an Uber or Lyft this is my go to. Always friendly service and I never feel like my car is not attended to.

I have been parking here for years and last couple months it’s been getting worse and worse. Last night it took almost an hour between pick up and drop off to my car. Drivers are hit and miss, it’s taking longer and longer for pickup, I could handle poor customer service for convenience but last night proved they no longer have either.The only reason why they are getting two stars is the driver last night was good. (PS this was also a topic of conversation between a group if us that were waiting for our pickup good thing we drive right by the spot....now I know where they are because they picked up three groups of people before your shuttle came)

This is a nice airport parking lot. A shuttle runs regularly that gets you to and from the airport quickly. The drivers are friendly and quick to assist with loading bags. The free carwash is a nice bonus. They also offer services such as oil changes and chip repair while your car is in the lot. Generally the wait for the shuttle is pretty short but occasionally you can wait at the curb for up to 15 or 20 minutes. This is pretty rare though.

The service was AMAZING! It was easy to find a spot, and before I had taken my luggage out of my car, the shuttle was ready to take me to the airport. Upon return I was able to text a number and the shuttle was there to pick me up within 10 minutes. They dropped me off right by my car, and I gave my ticket and receipt to the office window as I left. I will use this service every time I fly from now on!

Charged me 68 Usd more for parking when leaving the car for a 189usd detail cleaning in my car. Nobody told me they will charge me that. Fishy and bad reviews!Manager told me will call the 3rd party and let me know. Never contacted me back. Really? He lost my contact info? Pls.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!There is other better places.They don’t care about customers.Never will park there again.Horrible experience.

I’ve used diamond a lot in the past and have always loved how fast they can get me to the airport. It’s way cheaper than parking there and I hate the shuttle at the big parking lot there. Today I decided to park here. I’ve been waiting for over TWENTY MINUTES (!!!!!!!) for the shuttle to get me to the airport. Had I know it would take this long I never would have come here. The office staff is completely unapologetic or helpful. Huge disappointment in them today.

We waited for a shuttle for over 25 min to take us to the parking lot. Lots of people were waiting for a long time around us. It was after a long flight and we have had better service in the years past. There needs to be more shuttles picking up. I am very disappointed. We will be using another parking service next time.

What a great organized place! Ive used the Storage Units for Months now and always feel like my Unit was safe.Let me also mention they have one of the best free car washes of all time..It even washes the underside of your vehicle! Don and Delmar run a tight ship! -Tim Hall

I’ve parked with these folks several times. Over the years it’s just gotten worse and worse. Today was the last straw. Their competitors came by 4 to 5 times but they were no where to be found. After 30 min multiple texts and calls I was finally picked up and the driver didn’t even bother to help with bags. They don’t answer your texts and apparently now require multiple calls to actually pick you up. If the purpose is to save you time and hassle from using the airport economy lot they’ve failed big time. Highly suggest you go elsewhere. Plenty of other options now.

I usually go to the location on redwood road. The service has been horrible for quite some time and the staff seemed incompetent. There was definitely a language barrier. The last 2 times I have gone, things have improved. Still needs work. The new cashier on Friday night was very friendly and she had a great attitude.

Ive always used this place whenever Ive needed to park for the airport. Its quite convenient, and theyve always been really quick to pick me up to take me to the airport, as well as getting back to the parking lot after the trip. I had a great experience with the cashier, where she gave me some stamps (for their frequent customer stamp card) because a couple of my stamps had expired, and she made up for it. I like the fact that I get a free carwash after having parked there for many days.2 things keep me me from giving a full 5 stars: First, its not actually that much less expensive than the airport parking (maybe 75 cents a day, or something?). Second, I hate feeling guilty for not tipping the driver. I never have cash on hand, especially not $1 bills, and so Im never able to tip. The drivers never say anything, but I still feel bad if I dont. But besides that, I dont really feel like theyve done all that much to deserve a tip, anyway (I always grab my luggage off the bus so that they dont have to...) Other than that, this place is pretty great.

This is terrible. I am forced to come here by my work. I valet park every time and the last two times my vehicle has not been pulled up and this time they lost my vehicle. What a joke! I have used Park and Jet in the past and it was a much better experience

This used to be the only place I would park...but when it takes them 45 min to pick up at the airport...thats crazy!Im at the door they say to wait at, sent text, waited...finally sent another text and about an hour later...finally.What caught my attention was the park n jet van that passed numerous time, both picking up and dropping off...Yup, perfect in making me realize...time to switch!!Dont waste your time...Go to Parkn Jet.

They FINALLY seemed to have figured out how to run this place. Aside from the broken button on the entry gate, all went superbly -- fast and courteous pick up, free car wash worked great, etc. Prior to this visit, I would have rated them at 2 or 1 star for utter incompetence. Glad to see they might have seen the light. Still over priced, though.

I dont personally have a unit here but my friend does and its nice. There is 24 hour access which is an amenity I would really appreciate if I were renting a unit. It seems to be pretty secure with a key code entry and cameras around the facility.

I’ve used Diamond for a few years but I’m done now. Last 3-4 times I’ve had to wait for upwards of 20 minutes. Even 30 once. Not. Worth. It. Meanwhile all the other vans are zooming by all the time. I’m officially switching.

I have been using Diamond for years and they are getting progressively worse to the point that I will be moving to The Parking Spot.Long delays in pickups, low number of shuttles working.Sad because I got to know some of their drivers and they are nice.

Normally I give these guys a 4 out of 5, but this time the service was a little off. I use valet parking. When I get back, the usually have my truck pulled up front and warmed up for me. This time, they had parked my truck in a weird place and had not warmed it up. It took me a minute to find it and another to get out. Normally they are very good, but this time it was lacking.

We used valet and it was handled with prompt service, friendly drivers, assistance with baggage was amazing, they arrived promptly at the airport to pick us up and our vehicle was cleaned and ready for us to go home. Will highly recommend to anyone in the future.

Its ok. I started going here to save money, but then you see the drivers tip jars so you feel obligated to tip them, which really just ends up being about the same as parking at the airport.They offer a free car wash, but it has been out of service the last 3 time Ive parked there.Maybe 6 or 7 out of 10 times its less crowded than the airport shuttle so that gabble is why I still sometimes keep Diamond in my airport shuttle rotation.

Great place to park for a long trip. They get you to the doors quicker than economy so I appreciate that when I’m in a hurry.

Cheap parking. Free and efficient shuttle you may even take less time to get back to your car then if you used the airports onsight long term parking.

The only reason Im rating them two stars, is the free car wash, which is decent. Read on for the rest of the story...This place used to be good, but over the last year or so, the service has become poor at best. Long waits to be picked up at the airport, and terrible service in the lot. This morning I pulled into a space, waited outside my car--like the sign tells you to do--and watched a shuttle drive past, one row over. I assumed the driver was going to pick me up--WRONG--he went the opposite direction, picked up another passenger, and left for the airport! Then I wait a few more minutes (for a total of almost 10 minutes at that point), and saw no other shuttles in sight. So I got to walk a couple hundred yards to the valet pickup, where it seems they actually pay attention (for obvious reasons). Good thing I had given myself plenty of time to get to the airport, or I would have been screwed. I have parked here an average of 4 days per month, but I think Ill take my business to the competition, or just park at the airport from now on.

This is our go to long-term parking spot. The staff is so friendly and efficiant. Service is truly nice and consistent.

I’ve parked there in the past and they do a great job picking you up as soon as you park and they always have free water bottles on the bus. The only catch is it is pretty expensive.

Parking is fine. Vehicle 48 which we rode back to our car from the airport in sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart at the seams.

Its a parking place, fairly simple. They do pick you up at your car and drop you back off at your car. Equally as if not quicker than the economy lot at the airport

I stored my stuff here the summer of 2013 and there was A LOT of poop in front of my 5x10 unit that extended into my unit. I asked the staff if it could be cleaned up before I moved in, they assured me it would be. I moved in over the course of a week and requested DAILY that the poop be removed. It never got cleaned and unavoidably I got it on some of my furniture and shoes. Then 5 months later it was still there, in front of the unit and all over the door. I had to get my lock cut off because I lost my keys and even after mentioning the mess I did not get a discount for them cutting my lock. They said Since you already got your rent discounted I cant discount cutting your lock. If the managers want to make amends I will take off this review, but until then this stays. But Im guessing 5 months from now, this messy review will still be here, not taken care of just like the mess I had to deal with.

Experiance was nice i used there storage. Theu kept me up to date with changes being made and infelt my things were secure.

The people are polite, the facility is close to the airport, there was a free car wash, and the shuttle is pretty reliable. It is about whatever ever you need to be

The office staff is disgustingly unprofessional and short. I read a lot of poor rated reviews where people presumably brought issues or troubles to the staff to be solved. I didnt even pose an issue, and the Woman who was in charge was a nightmare and was of as little help as Ive ever experienced doing business with anybody potentially ever.

Very rarely would I give such a low star rating. Apparently they are going through a corporate-like change. That was the excuse I was given when none of my questions about certain policies were asked. I asked of garbage removal, late fees and such. The laughably untrained woman of the office eventually got so flustered that she literally said she had to go, and then disconnected, no issue resolved. Hey guys you represent this business, act like it. Even if we over look the utter lack of knowledge and missing sense of authority this goofy team has of their own business, the way this office couldnt take care of a phone call professionally is beyond frustrating to me, its all the way to the point where it is literally a joke type anecdote Im going to tell people.Unless its convenient, go somewhere else.

The service is terrible. They charged my card twice Then I called for a refund and they only have part of my refund because if a late cancel fee. Then due to the driver having to help unload a tool box that took 3 people which took a extra 20min .I wad then charged a extra day for being 3 min late. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.

Overcharged, when I asked them via email to look into the overcharge they never responded. For pickups on return flights they are frequently a long wait, once was 45min. I dont think I will use their services again.

Our storage unit was burglarized sometime between October 2015 and February 2016. Four motorcycles were taken, a motorcycle trailer, and all of our camping and motorcycle gear. Total loss of more than $40,000. Police found that wires on security cameras had been cut. Inside job?

Very slow service have to wait almost 25 minutes for the bus sometimes at the airport. Even after you call them to come pick up.
