My Husband and i wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in Salt Lake City along with our long time friends. Our reservation for one of Starzz Transportations well appointed limousines was amazing. It was very exciting as I had never been in a limo before. John, our driver, was wonderful and very professional. So thank you to John and Starzz Transportation, our anniversary was the best.

I neglected to reserve a limo for my daughters last high school dance. I called the day of the dance and John (with the great accent) worked magic to get her dance group a great limo with the coolest driver, Raul! They loved it and I loved the positive experience with Starzz Transportation. They are now my go-to limo service!

Starzz made me feel like a STAR!!! They picked me up from the airport, took me to and from my hotel and work each day, in a cute little black Mercedes; and at the end of the week they gave me a downtown tour, including the ground zero temple, and then took me back to the airport. I had to go to Salt Lake City for business and decided to book transport rather than using a taxi service, I found Starzz through and search and read the reviews, I gave them a call and was greeted by a very profession polite and happy man on the phone, he gave me a quote and I was shocked at how reasonable it was, I almost expected a car with 3 wheels to turn up, but when I arrived I found a lovely shiny new vehicle with a driver that was very well presented. Used John and his company Stars Transportaion to take us to Usana to a concert on Saturday. Excellent service, car was early to pick us up and not grumpy that we werent ready to go. Our driver was friendly and helpful but the limo had issues. The AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL! We arrived at our wedding very sweaty and miserable. We were very disappointed with the quality of vehicle for the price we paid. On the ride home the rear window would not roll all the way up.

We had a big group going from the airport to Park City for a Conference and we had previously booked with another company..on the day of people arriving at airport, the previous transportation canceled on us(said they had lost paperwork) and now I was in panic mode cause there was nothing they could do! Starzz Transportation to the Ultimate rescue!! I called and spoke with John Evans And from the moment the phone call started he did everything in his power to make sure we were completely taken care of in a last-minute situation!! Even discounted the rate from the transportation that we previously had So we wouldn’t be spending more money and for the inconvenience we dealt with other company! Within 45 minutes he had two beautiful SUVs a Mercedes and 15 passenger van to pick us up and take us to our conference which we were not late for!! John, Ryan and his entire team are the absolute best And we will definitely be calling Starzz Transportation in the future

Starzz transportation is a very fun professional limo business. We took the white limo (trooper) from my sons wedding to bar hop downtown. The driver was early and very patient waiting for the bride and groom exit 😁 while bar hoping downtown we realized it was getting late and our driver actually took the time to go get the supplies we needed while we enjoyed our fun. Starzz is a great company to book..... yall should never think of another. And spelling starzz with 2 Zs is badass💛💛

I was very disappointed in my trip and in the service we received from Starzz Executive Transportation.I booked with Ryan originally for a bachelorette party. He originally quoted me $200 an hour for a hummer limo. That we would have max 30 minutes - 1 hour.He later updated the price that the 30 minute drive because from salt lake to Park City because of the nature of the drive that it was drop off and not within the area of Salt Lake was $400. All of this was fine until the evening of the bachelorette.The driver was very friendly.. the space was great but nothing worked in the limo. No radio, no Bluetooth, no tv. Nothing. I essentially paid $400 for someone to shuttle us to Park City.When I mentioned this to Ryan, he was quick to offer to work with me in some way.. either applying a credit to a future trip or something. I gave him the details of an upcoming wedding and asked that he get back to me... I never heard from him.I again emailed him the details of the wedding (which included additional services) I was told he would get right to it, and again never heard anything back....This is completely disappointing and unprofessional. The wedding was last weekend.... I will never use this company again due to the lack of communication and unwillingness to take care of the customer experience. Renting out a limo that was used for 40 minutes for $400 and then not having anything work is unacceptable in its own right... but then to be promised that it would be rectified to no avail is not only unacceptable as well but manipulating and degrading as a customer.We use limo services often for ongoing business and events and will never recommend or use this company again.... and I would not recommend others to do so. This was a “bait and switch” and when the company did not do the right thing to correct the problem it solidified that thought. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.****update*** the owner contacted me to let me know he thrives on customer service and had let go of the previous employee that caused so much trouble.He also compensated me with gift cards for myself and my business. He was very pleasant and we look forward to using in the future

I have been using Starzz for several years and cant speak more highly of the services offered. When travelling for business or pleasure, the level of professionalism and urgency shown by John and team is brilliant. As a female travelling alone for business to/from the airport at odd hours, I always feel safe and secure with Starzz - especially coming in to the airport very late in the evening and having a car there waiting to take me home. Especially in winter weather where there is a lot of dangerous ice and snow on the roads, all of the cars are super equiped for winter travel to make sure the passengers and other cars on the roads are safe. That is rarily the case with cabs and ride share.Theres been a few occassions where airlines have severely delayed or cancelled flights, and Starzz have always been willing to accommodate the last minute changes and ensure that I still have a pick-up, regardless of the ungodly hours I finally arrive home.5 stars all around.

We booked twice with this company. First time was my oldest daughters 16 birthday party. We rented two limos- priced very well. One limo the air conditioner was not working. They were aware before they showed up yet nothing was said till it was time to get in the limo. Kids were miserable the entire drive to their location and back. No compensation was offered, but his drivers were very nice and took very good care of the teenagers so I didn’t make a fuss, and honestly mishaps happen and it was nothing to serious to get to worked up about. I ended up using them again two years later for my other daughters 16th birthday. Again very reasonably priced, very friendly staff (which is the best part about this company), but this time they were to take the girls to dinner and to one other location. My husband and I were to meet them at dinner but they did not show up because the driver was headed to the wrong location and the limo broke down on the other side of town. We had ordered dinner so we had to pack up all the food at the restaurant take it back to our house, drive down to where the limo broke down, pick them up and drive them back home to eat. They sent another limo to accommodate which the driver was just as friendly as the other one (He does have a wonderful staff). The reason I gave the company only 3 straz was because the owner offered us a partial refund then didn’t do it. I had to take the initiative to get the partial refund and when we finally agreed apon the amount of the refund he didnt issue it. Overall his prices are very good, his staff is wonderful, but all the limos we have rented have had issues and the owner was not good with following through on the partial refund.-response to the company on my review below-You already spoke with me prior to this rating, and said you would issue the refund. I asked you if you had my info to do the refund and you said you did. Now you are saying I never called you back, that is untrue. I felt bad for the bad review since you seemed like a nice man but now I truely believe it was warranted. Thank you but I won’t be refering your company to any of my friends any more.
