Wow I was Blown away with the kindness and care they took! I was Accidentally left at on the the stops and after calling they turned right around and picked me up from a half hour away! The driver was so kind and also got us there before the original time scheduled! On my way back home I missed the shuttle and called and they moved my shuttle to the next morning without any questions! They are awesome!

Ive been riding the Saint George shuttle since 2015. I have always been early. Drivers i have dealt with other than today have always made courtesy calls either ahead or at the pick up time. Today I was stranded at the midvale pickup. Apparently the driver pulled in to the parking lot, did not see me (it was 93° outside and sunny, and I placed my bags out where they could clearly be seen) and left. Luckily Saint George Shuttle was kind enough and I was lucky enough that they had a seat on the next departing shuttle, but had I not had my brother to pick me back up I would have been in big trouble. Make sure to carry cash to tip your driver, most of them are amazing. Saint George shuttle, keep it consistent please.

Such a great carefree ride from St George to Salt Lake. Drivers were so nice and friendly. The van was very comfortable and clean. So glad I paid extra to sit up front as I was the only person who opted to wear a mask.

Freaking love these guys! Fast, professional, clean, great price, and always a good temperature inside (it may not be a big deal to others, but I’ve been on slc express many times where the inside was barely warmer than outside and my hands and feet turned white).All of the drivers are incredibly nice and care about your safety. If you ever get Jesse as your driver, you’re in for a smooth ride! He’s a gentleman and rocks out to like classic rock the whole way. I’ve had him twice now and I love him!

I drove down to St George with my family for the weekend but had to be back for work while they stayed there for a few more days. It was much less expensive and more convenient to jump on the shuttle back to SLC than to drive 2 vehicles. The driver was super nice and on time. I’m sure we will use the St George Shuttle again in the future.

The first driver spent most of the drive on the phone and texting and looking at his phone. Coordinating some trip with his girlfriend and Southwest Airlines. I know too much about his life and also maybe don’t be on your phone while driving.

I was supposed to be picked up in nephi utah after my vechile broke down amd the driver didnt check his text to pick me up, so I was stranded in nephi and got a ride to saltlake with the tow truck driver and rescheduled for the next morning at the airport and I was there am hour early and the shuttle never showed up. I have never experienced such unprofessional business like this!what a joke.

Super convenient when my teenager needed a ride home earlier than planned. Came right in time. Only problem was someone offered my 15 year old a vape but I guess the shuttle can’t stop idiots.

I love that they are usually early but always call to let you know when they are ahead of schedule and I love getting to my destination earlier. Theyre half the price as the slc, st.geoge express and roomier cleaner and faster.

I was leaving out of the Saltlake city airport where there have been major changes made to the drop off and pick up areas.I needed help with my luggage and with these new changes you can no longer be dropped off at the curb. So for my ride to be able to help me with my luggage she had to park in the paid parking and we had to walk through the parking lot, through the welcome center, across the cat walk over the top of where the shuttle was waiting, down to the lower level, across the now bus only drop off and pick up lanes and then reach the shuttle.While I was going to the shuttle I got a call from the shuttle company to check to make sure I was coming and I let them know I was at the airport and headed towards the shuttle. Before I got to the shuttle the driver called twice, I didnt answer because I had my hands full with my suitcaseS and bag. Then when I got there and was dying from carrying my huge 32 year old suitcase so no wheels, it had to be carried. I put the suitcase down close to the back of the van and then got the rest of the stuff from my daughter who drove me. The shuttle driver just stood at the back door of the shuttle and said those need to go back here, referring to the suitcases. Ugh He already knew I was coming but running behind the time he wanted me there, I was there before departure time and he was so worried about time that he didnt even help with the suitcases.When I got in the shuttle I asked for the time of arrival to my destination and the shuttle driver said it would have been sooner than the time we will get there if you had been here sooner! WOW. just WOW!!!I woke up at 4 am to get to the shuttle on time. Then with the new system at airport took more time than I expected. Than having the shuttle driver berate me when I got there took everything I had not to break down into tears. When I asked if departure time was at 6 AM he said yes but then asked didnt you read your instructions on your ticket to be here 15 mins early? I said I had no idea it said the because someone else bought my ticket.So in the end everything was my fault. I didnt read the instructions on the ticket and arrive 15 minutes early. So because everything was my fault Im Thinking he must feel justified for being sassy, rude, disrespectful, ill-mannered or whatever of those types of adjectives that work. Unfortunately this set the mood, however it was a long drive and I got over it. But the short of it, Words Have An Impact! Even When The Company Is In The Right There Is A Polite Way To Communicate Without Drawing Someone Close To Tears!!

I have used the shuttle many times. However yesterday was an unusual experience. The driver was perfectly fine and did a great job handling the heavy winter storms.I am giving it a one stat review though because of the companys lack of COVID precautions. They did ask everyone to wear a mask, but they overbooked the shuttle so nearly every seat had a passenger in it. They failed to do temperature checks or anything else to ensurep the safety of their driver and passengers.I think the health department should check into their procedures because I think the company is being reckless. They had 12 people (all strangers) in a 15 passenger van without taking any precautions other than asking passengers to wear a mask.I would recommend not riding during COVID. I wouldnt have if I literally didnt have any other option. I wont again during COVID.

I dropped off my granddaughter at the shuttle stop for my daughter-in law. My daughter-in law said they would ask to see my ID. The driver did not ask to see it. The driver was not wearing a protective mask! I asked if they were spacing the passengers (for COVID precautions), he said they could sit where they wanted. The shuttle was already half full and still in the Salt Lake area heading for St George. I feel that this company does not care about taking any precautions for the current COVID-19 pandemic. Very sad!

I’ve been using St George Shuttle since I was a kid and never had any problems with them. They use really nice vans, smooth ride, friendly and focused drivers. Everything you could ask for getting point A to point B.

They were professional and attentive. Snow storms were the primary reason we had our daughter use the service. They transported her safely and within reasonable time considering the conditions. After realizing the costs, this will be our new method for travel.

Ok so there’s one employee that works at the office that is outstanding. The drivers all call her when there’s any kind of issue and it’s fixed super fast. She’s wonderful and nice about it all. Her name Is Michelle Lusk. Every time I’ve seen her get involved in an issue, regardless of how large it is, it ends up fixed rapidly.

Horrible horrible service. The driver has attitude and he literally hung up on me and left me when I arrived for the shuttle. I toldhim I could see him and he hung upAnd left. He said go to 90th S but told me it was in the east side of the freeway. There were two people in the car who heard him say the east side. This was a mistake he was on the west side of the freeway. He hung up again and said he wouldn’t wait. I could see them by the time I made the u-turn. For someone who has not ridden the shuttle before It is unclear which side of the gas station to go to find them. I have never been treated this poorly ever... rent a car - do not pay for this service. I repeat do not use this service. I would suggest another company. Driver was so rude I wouldn’t even feel safe on the drive with this person. By the way because of Covid-19 there is no one on the freeway this morning and this would not have a put the driver behind for the next stop.

Ive been using them happily for over a year now. Im a St. George resident so its a pretty huge plus that I can just park my vehicle in their lot and ride the shuttle for short trips. The shuttle drivers Ive had have all been very professional and efficient. Given that the St. George airport closed down for the summer, Im relieved that I could count on this shuttle service to get me to and from Vegas for my travels.

St George Shuttle is amazing! I love how fair their prices are and their business practices. They worked with me on my ticketing issues and are amazing at customer service! I highly highly recommend traveling with St. George Shuttle for any traveling needs in the Utah, Nevada area.

Have used these guys in the past and its great, especially the executive shuttle! Beats riding the dog (Greyhound). You will not be disappointed. 3-11-19 Just cancel what I said. All three shuttles from SLC to Vegas are full and it didnt show that on the schedule. Glad I didnt book my flight out of Vegas. I guess its great if you can get on them.

I paid for the executive shuttle (which is more expensive than the regular shuttle- this shuttle is supposed to be a nicer vehicle with better service). The regular shuttle showed up before the executive shuttle, but I was perfectly fine with waiting for the executive shuttle (which I paid for) since I was very early. They would not allow me to wait for the executive shuttle. They forced me to take the regular shuttle simply because this one arrived first. So I paid the extra cost for the executive shuttle for no reason.Below, you will see that the owner recommended that I contact their office for a reimbursement. I did so, and they said the only thing they could do is offer me a temporary travel voucher with a discount for a future ride, but the voucher has an expiration date. They do not offer refunds. I do not plan on visiting St. George again anytime soon, so this voucher is useless to me.

They called and asked if I could change my 6:30 am to 9 :30 I said okay whatever they wouldnt ask if it wasnt important. But then they call and change my return to three hours later without explanation. Ill not be using their services again.

Customer service needs help. My daughters plans changed. It surely wouldnt be her only trip home so at time of calling them I wasnt concerned credit vs refund. However as I explained that my daughter gets a discount that wasnt applied I wanted to cancel and get a refund, knowing we would rebook using this discount for the dates we needed next month. They would not refund nor apply discount. Just said we have a travel credit with them now. Do they not understand that this was my first experience with them and that by holding my money hostage will probably be my last. I would rather work with companies that work with you. I am considering my money a complete loss at this point. In a world of many options customer service is the one way a company can stand out- or fail you. Their choice was clear.

Wonderful experience. The shuttle was comfortable, quiet, the driver was courteous and professional, the WiFi worked well, and it was all-around a great choice. One thing to know is that pick-up times are approximate - I waited at the stop for about 15 minutes before the shuttle came. However, this didnt affect our final stop time negatively - we arrived at my destination about 30 minutes early.

Good experience overall. Definitely beats my greyhound experience where the back of the bus was filthy and profane conversation at stadium level volume the whole time. But my advice is still to bring good earplugs because even on the Saint George Shuttle you might have crying babies beyond anyones control.

Car broke down and needed a way to Salt Lake and st george shuttle saved the day. Super affordable, clean, and comfortable. Love what these guys are doing and Steve is the man!

I ride the shuttle almost twice a week and Kyle Stucki is usually my driver. Let me tell you there is never a bad experience when he drives. All the staff are great but Kyle always goes the extra mile to make the ride more enjoyable. So long as I ride the shuttle, I hope Kyle is my driver.

I travel alone to St George a few times a year, and I have been and will always take this service. I feel very safe and as long as I get a window seat, I am comfortable (claustrophobia). I would recommend this to anyone who doesnt like to drive!!!!

As a potential customer who was looking to use a shuttle for the first time, I called to get some information to help me make an informed decision. I was quite surprised on how irascible the service representative was in answering my questions. I confess that this experience was so negative that I elected to go with another company despite the fact that my ticket was more expensive. However, to be fair, I cannot comment on the actual shuttle services.

I booked one of these shuttles from SLC airport to St George to meet friends for a vacation. I didnt realize it would be uncomfortable bench seats rather than ones own seat. It was terribly uncomfortable for what seemed like an eternity getting to SG (I told my friends that a school bus would have been more comfortable). It was dirty too. Their website says that you are given water on all shuttles - this was never mentioned on ours so Im glad I brought my own. I ended up booking a flight home rather than taking another agonizing trip on this shuttle. The only good part was the wifi.

Shuttle driver calls to let me know he’s outside, so I go outside and see a St George Shuttle van and stand next to it. The departure time goes by and I call the driver and he tells me they left. Apparently the one I was standing in front of was broken down, and the driver made no attempt to find me even though I had told him I was there. Wow. Now I’m stuck at the airport.
