Excellent communication, checked in with me frequently as the time for pick up approached which made me feel much more comfortable coming into an unfamiliar city late at night. I didn’t worry that my ride would not come, and that was very reassuring.Very personable and also was very aware of our surroundings and what I needed to avoid to stay safe as we arrived to my airport hotel late at night with some unsavory characters hanging in the parking lot. He was sure to get me safely inside the hotel and handled all my luggage for me.Highly recommend!

Highly recommended!!!! Extremely understanding of my situation. I missed my first flight and he was able to make arrangements to pick me up for my next flight. My next flight landed 10 minutes late and sat for about 15 min before letting us off of the plane. Needless to say, he waited and was still able to arrange for all of his following appointments to be picked up on time. I’m very appreciative for this business!!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I was contacted within a minute after submitting an online request for a quote. Billy was extremely helpful with tips and information since I was staying in a more remote area and needed to be to the airport early in the morning. He arrived a few minutes even before he said he would, and gave me plenty of time to gather my luggage and come down to the car. Billy is an exceptional shuttle driver. He is professional, courteous, always ahead of time and willing to go out of his way to accommodate his customers. His vehicle is clean, roomy and air conditioned. He calls ahead and prepares for any contingency, like suggesting arriving earlier when the security lines are longer than expected at the airport, or taking a trip up to Park City on a Beautiful day. Hes just a very thoughtful, excellent driver who genuinely cares about his customers. I will always use him when I come to Salt Lake City.

At first I was nervous hiring this company because my hotel’s concierge advised me against hiring anyone other than whom they recommend. They claimed that other companies offer a much better value but are “unreliable.”To my surprise, the driver arrived even earlier than the expected time at 5:50 am, texted me to notify me of his arrival, with an SUV professionally labeled as Taxi.
