I had to come in for an oil change and they topped off my windshild washer fluid and even cleaned the windows. The fastest and most pleasant in and out oil change ever!

They are thorough with their inspections and wont waste your money. Theyll send you somewhere else if they spot something wrong and are unable to do the recommended work. Honest working people in my experience, on more than one occasion.

The guys at this location are absolutely fantastic, super friendly and always get me in and out quickly.

The Service Man that waited on me was very polite one helpful. He discussed with me what I needed and what they offered and then ushered me to a waiting area and offered me coffee while I waited for my car to be worked on. He said it would take 20 min. And that is exactly how long it took. He came in one time to see how I was doing and to reassure me that they would be done shortly. I had a pleasant experience while there. A fine job was done,

Today I sent my son to get an oil change in his 2015 Explorer. His vehicles recommended oil is a full synthetic. Upon seeing your price he wasnt going to have it done. He was told by your employee that he could get the Service blend it was more affordable. $69.99 Is still overpriced for an oil change and he should have not used your company. He did however which may have voided his vehicles warranty. Plus he was persuaded to buy an air filter for 24.99 which is overpriced for a product that may have cost $10 and 2 toggle clasps to change. We will not be using your company again

The level of customer service at this location and the family of Jiffy Lube’s when something did not quite go right with my oil change was amazing. I had my oil changed the day before driving from NC to FL. In SC my oil light came on. I called the closest Jiffy Lube they checked my oil levels and topped off my water. They were very polite. They reset my light and I was off. 45 minutes later the light was back on I called the Salisbury location and spoke with the GM Ryan he was able to trouble shoot over the phone and we were comfortable my car was not in an emergency mode but needed to be looked at soon. In Jacksonville the GM made some adjustments added oil. The next day more oil under my car- it was leaking. Ryan got a tow truck to pick up my car and the Kissimmee Jiffy worked with him and that evening it was brought back to my hotel. A part had gone bad and they missed it doing the oil change. They fixed everything at no extra cost. My husband suggested going somewhere else but the jiffy lube family is vast and all worked together issues happen it’s comforting to know that when something like this happens you have support even 10 hours away from the location you visited.This could’ve been a huge stressor but because of the wonderful service provided by GM Ryan and all the locations along the way I was reassured and taken care of. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube family.

Although I was told my tire would be in on a Sunday to find out after paying for it, it was the wrong information, I needed a tire before Monday because Im on the intestate 5 days a week, the staff was very pleasant and service was straightforward... will be going back despite my dilemma

Fast, friendly, and even pet friendly service. They let me and my dog Karma go sit inside where it was covid spaced chairs available. We sat in a freshly sanitized smelling lounge that offered a kuerig and k cups for you to help yourself to as you wait. The staff here were very professional.

Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. The guys always help me to understand whats going on and what, if any, work needs to be done in detail.

I have been to this location a few times since they opened. Today 10/21/20 I stopped in for an oil change and a new filter. It was 6:30 (they close at 7) when I pulled in Larry and Ryan met me at my car right away and they were very pleasant to work with. They were through and pointed out additional services that my car might need without being pushy. I had never been offered free fluid top offs and didnt know I could come in between oil changes to take advantage of this service. The guys tonight definitely offered great customer service. I hate getting oil changes. It always feels like a chore but I actually enjoyed this trip.

Service is not what it used to be. remember going to jiffy when they first started. Washing your windows, a quick vacuum and a top off of fluids was always the standard. What happened?

Apparently, I needed to swap my registration a while back (made a bad assumption). So, swung into this Jiffy Lube location heading back from the VA and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. No appointment needed and the lobby was full of coffee and comfortable chairs. I went in needing one thing in particular checked and I was greeted by the techs on duty. After a quick examination I was told of my problem. I was told a couple of options to remedy it. I chose to have it taken care of at this location. I will return for the car services I need in the future that this location offers. The price was typical of what I would pay at other shops here on town. Good job.

How was Jiffy Lube? Had I visited the establishment I might be able to tell you. 🤔The reason MY rating is so low is because I personally have not been there. But... Shortly after my rating, a friend of mine did happen to go by there to have their oil changed. The service was QUICK and RESONALBLE PRICED. GREAT JOB!!

As recent as 10/03/2020-I took my vehicle in for service and arrived at 7:58 a.m. I was told it would be an hour because three cars were ahead of me. The technician advised me an hour & half later they were going to looking at my vehicle (all the while I watched them service -other cars that came after me). The technician -(Chandler) - informed me 5 mins into finally looking at my vehicle- that he saw the problem but would have to order a part that he was not sure on (brake line). I had informed him- that I had bought the vehicle in last week for an oil change & they informed Me at that time I could bring the truck back to fix the brake line since They did not have time that particular day and they did not have the part. Where jiffy lube failed for me, is - when (Chandler) had me sit there until they handle the easier jobs first (BTW- thought -this was a first come first serve business,🤔 drive-through.- which is a joke) An oil change —there (at this facility) will keep you held hostage for over 45 mins... Second - Poor communication, or they should have informed me that they could not handle the job or have me bring my vehicle back over something they really did not want to handle. Third, the customer service there- sucks😤 because I could see- the guys/techs employeed did not want to be there -and are only there just for a check. Lastly- A repeating/returning customer should be in their database for the diagnosis (they formulated & record keeping) but they obviously donot keep service records at this facility or lazy note taking procedures.😶-“In other words- they should remember what they told the customer and what to look for and should have the items on the floor or accessible to operate a garage (not get it as you go?) at the time of arrival. They didn’t even have in me the computer where I made an appointment for the requested part and where they instructed me to bring my vehicle in- to finish the job😤😤😤

I have been a customer for 2 years and thats about to change! I feel like I was taken advantage of because Im a woman! I was there today to get an aOil change and was charged $79.99 for a synthetic oil change. I normally get synthetic blend at $20 cheaper! I was quoted a different price than I was charged. I will not be back!5-1-21

Went in for oil change and for a tire check. Found out one of my tires had two nails in it. The technician told me it was not repairable I needed a new tire. I agreed not knowing much about tires. When I got to check out he gave me a balance for four tires and an outrageously priced oil change! The bill was near $700!!!! I told him we only agreed to replace one? He said oh ok and changed the invoice... he told me they didn’t have the tire in stock it would come in tomorrow and someone would call me. The next day at 1:30pm I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called four times ! The fourth time I got an answer and the guy told me yea we got a tire delivery this morning but no one ever called!! I ended up going in right after the phone call only to find out the technician ordered the wrong tire(after waiting 45 minutes)!! The manager called discount tires whom said they had one in stock and they’d call him after they found it in the back. 30 minutes later the manager called discount tires who said they couldn’t find it. The manager then told me he’d have to reorder the tire and it would be in the next and he would call me. No call back!!! The manager plugged my tire which I was originally told wouldn’t hold and $250 later I purchased a tire that hasn’t yet been put on because of my work schedule and their hours, an oil change and balancing!! Never once was I offered any kind of discount, extra service ... nothing for the huge inconveniences!! After I get my tire I’ll be sure I don’t return here!!

Ok so went here to get an inspection and oil change done, I can say they are fast, friendly and honest. I was there for 30 min at the most. I had a situation where I brought my own oil because my Volkswagen does not use Pennzoil ( their recommended brand) and they where cool about it and showed me the empty bottle afterwards. Overall for my first visit I would recommend

This is the worst place in town to take your car, they lie and try to manipulate, especially if you are a woman. They tried to diagnose my daughters car wothouf even putting it on the machine, she ended up paying them over 1500 dollars only to have to take it to another mechanic, where they found that out battery had been swapped out for one that didnt fit, and now the car wont start at all!!! Do yourself a favor and DONT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE!!!!

First I went in for a head light restore,they only did one light did not notice till after left.Had them change plugs they charged me about twice what the plugs cost. They left my head sheild off my engine so I went back again. They found it after a few days .They changed the oil when I went back and put it back on when they did it they broke it AND it broke down so either they did not replace the oil or drained the transmission fluid I am having a mechanic do a estimate I am holding them responsible because,they were the last to work on it.

Happy customer here. These guys got me in and out quick for a reasonable price. They went over all their services, which is a lot, but didnt pressure me at all to purchase anything additional.

The personal were friendly and were informed however only 3 of my windows were cleaned and it looked like a 2yr old with a dirty sponge did it so it has me wondering how was my oil/air change if they couldnt clean my windows properly... Hum 🤔

I called ahead of time to ask if they service diesal trucks and I was told yes. I brought my truck in at 12pm and at 3:25pm Im still here because they cant seem to get it primed from changing the fuel filter. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this place!!!!!!!😡😡😡

Thanks guys for getting my car all the way together plus they washed the windows and vaccumed my car after theyve changed the oil and topped off all my other fluids I wasnt expecting that and they let me know I needed air in my tire. I will return and recommend this business to others

I previously had written a negative review of this station. Since that time, I was contacted by management and they took care of the problem. I was surprised at the value the company places on individual customer service. The new store manager and assistant manager were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this station to any one needing a oil change.
