Contrary to the negative reviews, this is THE place to go for oil change. Friendly, usually quick (depending on how many people are there) reasonable price and a free car wash. Never disappointed!

I go here for everything for them to inspect, change the oil in my car and filters anything that needs to be done they are first on my list to call. They Are fast and courteous

I dont know peoples definition of fast. This is the slowest oil change place Ive been to. There were only 2 people here when I got here and I still waited over an hour. Also, it might not be the place for you if you dont want to take kids in a lobby.

BEWARE!!!!!!I went to this location back in November on 2020. That is how long that I have attempted to get this issue resolved. Back in November my car had an oil leak. I let the attendant know about it. When my oil change was done he told me that it was leaking from the passenger side and as long as I kept oil in it, it should be fine. Fast forward to March 2021. My car now needs a wheel baring and I bring it to a local shop in town. I asked them to look at the oil leak and if it was an extreme fix to not worry about the wheel baring. Come to find out that the filter was just loose. What a surprise that I had an oil leak, got an oil change, and still had an oil leak. I instantly thought that they never changed the filter so I called the manager. He told me that it would be a valvoline filter with the attendants initials on it. Nope, just a regular old filter that was on my car before I ever brought it to them. I attempted for months to allow them to make this right and I still can’t seem to make any ground, all I asked for was a refund since they didn’t complete the job they were paid to do.

This was my first time here with my red Yukon.And I enjoyed the friendly service. Im definitely coming back. I live in Statesville and its worth the ride.

Fast nice could have gave me different prices on tires instead of the mi s t expensive ones but overall they did a great job could have been friendlier

First and last time I will ever go here.. price was expensive verses going somewhere else.. this is the worst oil change I have ever have and the most expensive for simple oil change.

I have been there several times recently. They have been very professional and courteous. They have recommended needed service such as air filter change and tire rotation and have shown me the dirty air filter and how the tires are wearing before they did the work. Their prices are reasonable and I did appreciate the free exterior wash that came with the service.

Super quick visit even considering the number of cars. Had an oil change, tire rotation and winter wiper fluid. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, wonderful experience here.

Quick, curteous, and they do their work correctly. This is not a mechanics shop in any sense, but if you need a quick oil change, head light replacement, wiper blades, state inspection, or tire check, its hard to find anyone that gets it done faster. And the speed doesnt mean they make mistakes, they have never messed up anything on my vehicles. Would have been 5 stars, but theyre a little lacking on selection when it comes to the items they replace, and 4.5 stars isnt an option. Bottom line, for the basic maintenance aspect, theyre really hard to beat.
