I called Whites tire on a Friday afternoon to see about having my car towed to their shop. They allowed me to bring my car there and handled everything with the tow company as far as drop off (even though my car was dropped off after business hours). Monday my car was ready like they stated. Very professional, work done in a timely manner, great price and quality work. Highly recommend.

White Tire is where I take my two vehicles for almost any kind of work needed from inspection to oil change to 30K maintenance to mechanical and electrical issues big or small. Of course tires too. Very reasonable. Reliable. Great service. Good crew. Been coming for years and will continue for years to come.

Steer clear of white tire. Too sketch. Definitely my first and last experience. The incident involved a paper tag that was removed on a tan Nissan Altima that day. Guys running the inspection claimed the paper tag was never removed. This all happen while me and my mom were in the lobby.

Very good customer service, appropriate timing when considering amount of customers ahead of me. Mechanics were very helpful in answering questions and providing additional service request.

White Tire took my car in quickly and checked my breaks, as I had been advised to have that done. The brakes are fine, so I asked if they could possibly do my annual inspection, as required in my state. They agreed to do it that day, since the car was already there. Staff was polite and easy to talk with. My only complaint is that it took a long time for someone to come from the back to check me in and then out again. I will definitely go back to them, if needed, and have already recommended them to a friend.

Jeremy and all the guys that work here are such nice honest guys. Being a widow you always worry if someone is going to take advantage of you. I have never felt like that with these guys. They are honest and I trust them and know that they will take care of me and keep me safe.

Very happy with brake service I received! I noticed a significant grinding noise, and called on a Thursday. I dropped my car off on Friday, and car was ready by 12:00 the same day. Fast, friendly service!

We have been taking our cars to the White Tire for a several years now. My roommate and I have trusted White Tire Center for years. We brought our Kia Sedona and Ford Fiesta here for tires and oil changes for as long as we had those cars, and now we have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that we have started to bring here for service. We trust them more than any other place in town because they are always telling us exactly what we need, to the point, and charge us reasonably for quality service. We have only ever had two problems here in the years that we have been customers, we are satisfied with how they handled them. As much as we drive, it feels like we need new oil or tires every other month, so we are glad for a place that we can trust and their quick service. So we highly recommend White Tire Center, especially if you put a lot of millage on your vehicle.

They were quick on getting back to me letting me know what wad wrong with my wheels. They got the job done quick and the price was by far the best. I spent $490 on four new tires and what needed to be fix.

This is a great company. They are honest about problems and costs, and their prices are the most competitive that Ive found around here. There are places closer to my home that I could go for vehicle inspections and maintenance, but White Tire is the best.

Not a good place for front end alignment. Took two vehicles there. Had to take both somewhere eles to find out they where wayout of alignment. Also know someone else that had the same problem.The one in Salisbury my email is [email protected]

I purchased my car from Gerry Wood 5 years ago. It never performed well, not even after oil changes, claimed they didnt know why. I happened to work with a mechanic who told me Honda was putting wrong oil in and they KNEW it. White Tire has my car running like its brand new. GOD BLESS you all😇

Best service from honest people. My family and I have used White Tire for years. Weve tried several other places in the past, but when compared to integrity, prices, wait times, and customer service, the is no better place in Rowan county to get an oil change, a tire rotation, new tires, or other car services. Other places have blatantly lied about what was needed on our vehicles or lied about the services that were done. One place even charged me double the price of 2 tires I purchased. When I went to White Tire to get 2 more, imagine my surprise at the normal price! So hands down, White Tire is an honest garage with best prices. This family will never go anywhere else for car services.

I would not recommend getting an alignment here. My car shakes after the alignment and pulls to the left,when you try to go back and ask them to recheck the alignment, they expect you to leave your car there for several hours before they can look at it. My car was not shaking or pulling before the alignment. I only needed an alignment bc I got new tires and changed thee outer tie rod on my car. Also, I saw a guy working on another car and just threw the rim cover on the ground instead of laying it down after removing it.
