My go to place for oil change and basic services. I like the fact they use Mobile 1 full synthetic oil for their synthetic line. Always great service and fast. Good coffee too. Thanks guys!

Ive been taking my 08 Grand Prix here for close to 2 years now. I drive around a lot so I get the oil changed about every 2-3 months. Super friendly staff. Ive had them do other PM, which theyll let you know when due. They take care of your car. Trust. If they cant, Randy Hall it is. Another great guy.

Went for an oil change. They had my car for all of about 7 minutes. Then called me to tell me they couldn’t take the skid plate off due to the bolts being rusted. I was suspicious. (Usually I work on my car but I am in a time crunch). Went home to inspect what they had told me. To find that all of my skid plate bolts were coming off with ease. (I had no issues.) Called back to ask a couple questions. And see about bringing my car back to them now that the skid plate is off for the oil change. After I told them who I was, their tone changed and customer service dropped. I understand that sometimes procedures are gone through and sometimes a car is not able to be worked on. But the customer service I received was less then satisfactory from all but one employee. Especially after I had left.

Fast and friendly. Competitively priced. I went early so there was no wait. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way.

Got an oil change. All the workers were very nice and it only took around 5 mins. Definitely recommend this place

The state inspection software malfunctioned. They went to a lot of trouble to get the states problem corrected and save me a trip to the license plate office.

Y’all they don’t wear their masks properly. some workers didn’t even have a mask on. if you are at high risk i would not come here to get your car repaired.

December 2nd I went to this establishment for an oil change. Serivce tech did not go over work done to my car nor warned me of any issues going on with my car. My car 20days later is dry of oil. Oil pan soaked with oil! I am a single mother who HAS to travel for work. MY CAR COULD OF BLEW UP ON ME AND MY CHILD ON CHRISTMAS !!!!!! POOR POOR SERVICE! I WILL BE IN TOUCH VERY VERY SOON ! ***NC state law Article 15B ! *** for all my mothers out there who trust service shops keep this look it up! This will protect your family and car in the future !!

Grease Monkey is our absolute favorite place to get services for the past 2 years.They are so friendly, upfront & understanding. They will show you what needs to be done & if you cant afford it that day they understand. They are not pushy. They are super fast & professional. Couldnt imagine taking our vehicles any other location.

I went to Grease Monkey this week for an oil change, I had been there once in the past years ago. I took my vehicle here and was just blown away by the amazing customer service that I got to experience. They were so nice and so friendly. I got an oil change here. It was fast and affordable. They printed out other things I needed. There was no pressure. I would go back again. The customer service was good.

I only got an inspection. They were very friendly and courteous. And they vacuumed out the interior of my truck.

I went in for state inspection. I inspected my vehicle before leaving my home to make sure it would pass. The windshield wipers were both intact, as I used them the previous evening on an interstate trip and then again prior to leaving my home that morning to get the inspection.Once there, I was informed that the vehicle would fail if I didnt have the passenger side wiper blade replaced. They then started listing prices of the wiper blade replacements they had available for sale. I declined and paid the partial inspection fee and had my car returned. I inspected the wiper blade before I left their parking lot and found that the rubber wiper blade was now ripped 3 inches and hanging off the wiper frame. I ran the wiper blades and they now made a very loud slapping noise as they wiped the windshield. Obviously this was not the condition it was in prior to having the car inspected by this shop. I bought a replacement wiper from another store to replace the damaged one and returned to Grease Monkey to finish the state inspection. I managed to keep my clam throughout the series of events.In short, I do not trust this shop. I will not waste time and money on another visit.

For one, they were quite friendly, which is rare. They are very fast as well. Of course, you may have to wait on people in line for a change, but I was very surprised at how fast they are. Finally...unlike a lot of oil change places, they did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. Cant ask for much more when getting an oil change. Quick, affordable service the first visit. Just went for the second time and while the service is fast the price is ridiculous. I paid $41.73 for the cheapest oil there and a window cleaning and vacuuming, even though I didnt ask for anything but an oil change. Will not be back.

Fantastic and courteous service. Today was my first time getting an oil change from them and it was exactly what I needed. Im also very glad that they let you bring your own oil and filters. I personally like to make sure I get the high mileage oil and etc. Other places such as firestone wont let you bring your own stuff because its against policy.

My family was traveling from Va to Ga last year & our car broke down on the side of the highway in the midlle of the night leaking oil. We managed to sputter into Grease Monkey after spending a stressful few hours in a hotel (which was not a part of the budget). Still 4 hours away from our destination and now worried about the cost of an inevitable repair we reluctantly sat in wait. After 20min the manager pulled my finance aside with the news that the mechanic who completed our oil change damaged the oil pan. He assured us his team would provide us with a temporary fix that would safely get us to Ga. 30min later this team of angels was finished and when my fiance pulled out his wallet to dip further into our trip funds to pay for the fix, the manager smiled and gave us a blessing well never forget. He said not to worry about the cost, instructing my finance to Get his family safely to Ga. I will never forget this act of kindness & am truly grateful for the amazing team @ Grease Monkey! Thank you guys!!

My husband took in his car to have inspected. They did a partial bc he had to have something corrected and come back. They charged the partial.price, which is standard. When he went back, however, they charged him the fulll price. Im assuming because he is Latino. I called down there and told them this was illegal, and he hemmed and hawed and then finally said he could.come back for a refund. Very rude and nasty and supposedly the owner.
