These ladies are top notch! When I scheduled my appointment, I was carefully screened for covid which I greatly appreciated. There is a shop protocol related to covid prevention that is texted to you prior to arrival. The quality of both my thirty nails set and pedicure were outstanding. Customer service was great from start to finish, salon was very clean with relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning! E and her mother are the best!

Very friendly and fantastic work! Definitely a must go to place. E & her mom are very knowledgeable, cares about their clients and stands behind their work. They fixed my daughters nails that we had done just 2 hours before at another salon. She asked for the almond shape and they were definitely not that. She was so disappointed after paying $40 plus a tip. E nails & spa fixed the other salons poor work. Very pleased!

I was only there for their deluxe pedicure. I got the express pedicure. Paid $40, was only in the chair for 30 mins. The lady rushed though it like I was at the race tracks. No time for my feet to soak and after I told her my feet are sensitive and to be she continued to dig. Will never go there again. Owner was loud and on the phone the entire time. I felt sorry for the poor lady in her chair getting her nails done.

This was my first time getting a manicure/pedicure they were very professional and did an excellent job. My hands and feet haven’t felt this good in years! I also had nail art done on two fingernails and it looks great. Google Polished Man. I’ll be back again and recommend to anyone man or woman!

I called to make sure that they do Acrylic nails and not just the press-on 30 day nails. she said that they do both but when I ask for appointments for acrylic nails. She proceeded to say that they dont do that many and asked i if I did not prefer the 30 days. I told her no thank you and hung up. She then calls me back!? I didnt answer so she thought it was Appropriate to leave me a message telling me it was rude to hang up.

I have not been yet but when I called to make my 1st time appointment, the girl who answered the phone was super nice. I was only calling for a fill in but she explained in a nice way how their gel (gel is not the correct term bc its different from a gel. Ask E what it is) works and that it would be best to get a new set. I was afraid to ask how much but shocked when she told me the price and realized I was coming out cheaper than just getting a fill in where I was going to go. Both my sisters and my niece come to E nails but I live over an hour away so I have not been yet. From what I have already seen on their nails, Im excited. Thank you for working with me on getting an appointment on the day I will be in town.UPDATE:First time at E Nails, definitely will not be my last.The atmosphere was great. The conversation was great. I love my appts at E nails. I get my nails done with Tina but Ive had mine done by E and her mom as well and they all do a great job. My gel polish manicure always lasts way over 2 weeks and I love it! They also have the patented process called 30 nails invented by E. 30 nails that literally stays on for over 30 days, you can even get it filled in. E is definitely a character and the girls are fun to talk to. E and Tina are young and speak English which eliminates any language barriers. They accept cash and cards and you know they are good since they are always booked. I highly suggest making apts. One of advice is do not no show them as they are always super busy and they can deny you apts in the future. Just give then a call yet always answer.

First time going to this salon today and I most say that I absolutely love this place! Due to a disability, I only get one of my hands done. This place was very respectful, very funny and very inviting. There were no attitudes from any of the workers. My aunt and I felt like we were listened to and respected. I will definitely be going back for a fill-in and be going back to get my nails done regularly.

I got 30 day nails with high hopes that they would last the full thirty days. Unfortunately, they only lasted 8 days before a nail popped off. I could feel them getting loose before that though. The nails looked great and everyone was super nice I just hate I waisted my money on the thirty nails.

I have been going to E for over 10 years. She is an amazing nail tech and I wouldnt trade her for anybody. Her own 30 nail creation holds up like no other. And personally I just love her attitude! Thanks for all the years of quality service E, and heres to many more.

I have been going here to get my nails done for years and I absolutely love it! No matter what I always leave the shop with the style I want! I’ve recently moved to Greensboro and I still come back for monthly visits! Everyone in the shop does a great job! Since the first day I’ve always felt welcome and wanted in this shop. That’s hard to find in Salisbury.It’s been almost 5 years and I’m a dedicated fan of the work E and her mother does. I never have a break in my nails and they continue to grow beautifully! E nails are awesome and affordable! Don’t overpay and let someone jack up your nails! They are worth it! And appointments works best to guarantee that not only you but EVERYONE is able to get their nails done instead of everyone trying to have walk in appointments!

I really enjoyed my experience at e nails. I have recommended it to 2 others and they love their nails. My experience was lovely, the team is friendly, and well trained. I have never seen nails done this good. The atmosphere is great, keeps me relaxed after standing on my feet for 8 hours. Everything here is different in a good way. I recommend the olive oil pedicure.

First time at the salon was definitely not a great impression. Owner and nail tech were rude from the begging. Nail tech said rude comments about my hands. Two nails broke within three hours of getting home. They look like they were done by a six year old. This is day two after having them done and they looked like they were glued on. The 30 nail product is overlapping past my nail and is on my skin causing the nails to chip and break. Owner and nail tech also used very foul vulgar language the entire appointment which was not appreciated. I contacted salon to let them know nails were breaking and chipping and they offered to fix it. However, I’m not sure I would allow my nails to be dealt with again by these people. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could leave less than a one star rating I would.

My husband and I just had Pedicures. Loved, loved the service. We just happened to stop by and they werent too busy. We got excellent care and service. We WILL go back. The cost was reasonable too. The shop was so clean

E is the best! She can pretty much do anything you want. Her thirty nails she created last for 30 days with no chips, cracks, or breaks! She is down to earth and treats her clients them best. Been going to her for years and always will.

I have been going to E for over 11 years. She is the best in the business. Her 30 nails are truly amazing! I mean who wouldnt rather get a fill in every 30 days instead of twice a month! She has over 100 custom colors, and is the queen of designs.30 nails is her own exclusive creation, so you cant get it anywhere else. Go get your 30 nails and enjoy no chipping, lifting, cracking or breaking. It also has vitamins and nutrients in the 30 nails that can help heal your nails from regular acrylic, S&S, etc. I guarantee that once you get 30 nailed you will NEVER go anywhere else. Just make sure you get a fill in appointment before you leave for your next 30 nail experience!!!

Always busy best to have appointment. If you miss your appointment its hard to get back in sometimes and if you get the thirty day nails you dont want to just go anywhere since its not the same. Thirty day nails is a colored powder that they use just like acrylic, but it is supposed to be healthier for your nails. The owner E and her mother can really do some amazing work!! The prices are mostly the same as others and sometimes cheaper.

At first I really enjoyed getting my nails done from E nails . It seemed like a nice locally owned business with knowledgeable owner that takes pride in the nails. I still believe that part to be true in that the owner does want her nails to look good but there are some major problems with this business that have led me to decide not to return.I believe the patented thirty nails where the owner claims will make your nails stronger and healthier after 4 months of wear is incorrect and not backed by any evidence. The thirty nails is patented for its sparkles that are added to the powder and this is nothing more than acrylic or gel mixed together. Hard to say what it is exactly though, because if you ask you will be told the ingredients are top secret. After months of wearing thirty nails, my nails are weak, thin, and splitting. They are no better than months of wear from acrylics. Also the lack of good customer service and hospitality makes it quite uncomfortable at times. E will talk about customers after they leave the shop, she will argue with her mother and talk very poorly to her as well as other employees right in front of customers. It creates poor atmosphere and makes it hard to relax.

So down to earth! Love hanging out here! The 30 nails are heaven sent and you wont find it anywhere else!

Ive been going to Es for over a year and have never been disappointed. I wont go anywhere else. My gel manicures always last longer than most and Im always getting compliments on them. All of the girls are great, they are creative and fun and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I love this nail salon. They do a great job doing nails, eyebrows waxing getting your toes done. They are very creative when it comes to designing your nails. Theyre prices are very good. They got these 30 days nails u can get thats way better then the sns nails. They are way healthier too.! & the price is not BAD at all. Instead of spending like 75$ in another salon u would spend 40$ at this place and 100% sure u will have better nails. The owner is so creative with her nail designs, and her 3D nails are the bomb! & they have GREAT GREAT GREAT AWESOME customer service, theyre very friendly. & Im going to tell you now they will have u laughing the whole time u are there. So be prepared to get great customers service, amazing nails, eyebrows & be prepared to leave being very satisfied with your nails... Also be prepared to have your stomach hurting, ribs hurting and face hurting from laughing so much.

Today was my first visit here and it was amazing. E and her mother are hilarious and the conversations were great. They made me feel at home and acted like they knew me forever. Most nail places dont carry on a conversation with you much less joke around. They did a great job on my nails and I love them. E even left her shop and came out of her way to bring me a business card for some jewelry we were talking about (she knew where we were going after we left) amazing people I will not go anywhere else.

These ladies are seriously the BEST. I have never met more educated and passionate people when it comes to all things nails. E and her crew will keep you laughing the whole time you are there and really take time to make sure your nails look how you wanted them to look. I was asked multiple times if I was happy with mine and if I thought anything needed to be changed (which of course nothing needed to be changed because they are perfect) and if anything needed to be changed they would fix it and not knowingly let a coustomer walk out unhappy. These girls really make you feel like you are spending a few hours with your best girl friends even if they have only just met you. If I could give over 5 stars I would!!

I would never have believed that a set of nails would last a month, especially for the workout I give them, but experiencing 30 Nails made me a believer! I HIGHLY recommend this salon, their staff, and their patented product, that is actually good for your nails!

At first I really liked my nails. I loved the shape the girl took a long time to take my nails off. But the problem I had was One she didnt put enough coats I realized it after I left. Second within Not Even 4 days My GEL paint that I paid a EXTRA $8 for Was coming off. Ive got so fed up with the GEL polish coming off I was able to PEEL it off with my bare hands. I Was Very disappointed because not only did I pay a lot for my nails but I feel it was a waste of my money. Gel polish should not be able to peel And especially not after 4 days. I do love the way my nails are shaped and she was very sweet but I will not come back because of this

Just started getting pedicures. A friend brought me to Es. They were friendly from the start. Explained what everything was and the prices for each service. Ive been back 3 times now including taking my 2 girls for a mani/pedi. They took great care all of us. My girls were super excited. They loved the little designs on their toes. Wanda and V do great work. They always make sure youre comfortable.

Before I went to E Nails & Spa, I had a terrible terrible experience at City Nails & Spa in Salisbury close to Walmart. I got my nails done before school started & a week after, they were already falling off; they also rushed me when choosing my colors. I told someone about my experience & they recommended E Nails & Spa. I was so excited to try them out but scared at the same time because of how my nails were done before. I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied w/ how I was treated & how my nails turned out after my first visit to E Nails. If youre having a bad day, they will turn it around! This was my first and last visit . The customer service is okay very talkative. But as any other nail salon they have side conversations . I asked for almond shaped got coffin . Then when she went to file them down to almond they looked weird . I left with one hand looking amazing and the other looking a hot ass mess . Will never be returning, Im so pissed off . Also checkout all of the negative responses she has to her clients that has something bad to say

I got the 30 day nails done and 9 days later three of my nails had broken in half. I loved the atmosphere of the place, but for the amount of money I paid for the services, I think the nails should at least make it to two weeks.

I’m actually from Charlotte. But work around the area and was recommended by a co worker. Best nail salon experience and work I’ve had. Absolutely worth every penny. Never had a bad experience. And I like the method of appointments. Which means they don’t rush on your nails and the work comes out amazing! Even my days off I’m happy to drive the distance just for my nail appt! Ok, so this is gonna be a lengthy review because of the excellent service I received from Es mother. I arrived at Es at about 4:27pm on a Sunday unaware that they opperated on a appt only schedule mainly,I was desperate for a gel fill with a gel polish weeks overdue for a fill. Basically a big mess. I do hair so I know it was. So all that being said she filed all the lifted old gel and made me one happy girl cause I am very picky and like my nails to look as natural as they possibly can. Thank you a million Es Mom I will be back for 30 day nails.

I USED to love this place at first!!! I went there and my nails got butchered and I wasted $40!!!! I was soooo looking forward to getting my nails done this time and I had high hopes of what they would look like. Long story short they were terrible and I got them taken off and left. I’m very upset and went home crying because of how my nails look and how my natural nails are ruined. Also they tend to be over priced!!!!
