I love Kim’s Nail. The staff is amazing take their time and don’t rush when providing services. I’ve been coming to this place of business since 2016 and established a wonderful relationship with staff. It feels good to be known and called by your first name as soon as you walk through the door. They take good care of your nails

Depends on the person that does your nails whether or not you get a decent and lasting set of nails. Full set was so unacceptable that I didn’t even go back for my pedicure.

Great Service just need more staff to assist clients

I made a 10 a.m appt for Sat the day before. Already aware the salon is operating by appts, I specifically told lady Fri what 3 services(manicure,pedicure & eyebrows)I would like. I arrived on time for appt & I begin with pedicure. During this time the salon took 2 walk in’s. I received a “rush” manicure then was told Kim didn’t have time for a eyebrow arch but I could come back in 45 mins. I explained I made appt Fri for all 3 services. Kim was upset because of the way she tried to tell me I didn’t specify eyebrows when making appt. I remained as calm as I could while she was voicing her opinion in English & her native tongue. She rushed through the process as if my money has no value. I don’t like being rushed when I’m spending money & the confusion that came with it!!!

They are good, effective & efficient at their craft though speaking their original original language in high decimals constantly brings the so called called relaxing experience to less than an Zero unfortunately.

I am a diabetic and have neuropathy I explained to them and they were wonderful they were very gentle very easy and I enjoyed being there I am a male with 52 years old and Im definitely going back it is worth making an appointment and going and seeing them I had a mani pedi it was very reasonable and very nicely done and I recommend them to anyone that has feet and leg problems they understand

Went in for a quick eyebrow wax was asked to wait outside and they would call me in 15 . took a little longer. No biggie. Got to waxing room and lady was booking/ had other girl writing down apts and not paying much attention to what i was asking for. Got the job done but not my fav.

Good massage with pedicure

This is my regular spot for my monthly manicure/pedicure and theyre always wonderful to me. I recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails. Sometimes on busy days some of the techs do hurry... but time is money. It has also never compromised the quality of their work.

Kim is great! Knows what she is doing with the SNS powder. I think its much better for your nails than acrylic. SNS helps keep your nails stronger and healthier. I’ve gone here about four times now, i haven’t gone anywhere else since i started going to kim’s. i’ve gotten pedicures, my eyebrows waxed, and my nails done and i’ve never had a problem with them. they’re very nice and don’t overcharge.

I was referred to Kims nails by a coworker. Well! My experience was a great one. The staff was very friendly and the environment is very clean and relaxed. Mary did my pedicure and she was awesome. She made sure I was pleased with her work which was very good and neat! Tom did my nails and I couldnt have been anymore pleased! I LOVE my nails! Very neat, and I tried a product called SNS nails, VERY light weight and natural! I have found my new nails salon!! My wife made an appointment for both a manicure and pedicure. Walk-ins were served before her which is ridiculous. There was no receptionist however the same technician would ask if anyone needed a pedicure only. My wife said she had an appointment for both.....to which they would ask for the next client. My wife’s friend who did not have an appointment was even served before my wife. After letting her friend know that the whole set up was ridiculous, one of the technicians stood up and in a rude manner made false statements, saying she asked of my wife wanted both.....total lie. My wife confronted her on her lie to which the technician walked away. This place is not about customer service but simply a nail salon mill.......get the heard through the line as fast as possible. A male technician by the name of Ty came over apologized and served her immediately. Ty was very attentive and did a very good job for which he received a very generous tip. My wife said if she ever were to go back she would only make an appointment with Ty. Very disappointed with the scheduling operations.

A friend recommended this place. I wish I had read the reviews first, b/c they are so right.My very first time getting my nails done, thought I was going to be treated as so. But no I received a rushed pedicure & even more rushed SNS. My nails look great but my experience there was horrible. I definitely will NOT be going back. Ill travel to Charlotte for better customer service.

I go here all the time Tom does my nails Ken does my toes always happy with their work . I get SNS over my real nails and I can go over a month before I fill in since I am handicapped and live on fixed income. They are always helping me sit down or bring water to me always very helpful I have bad hips and knees . They also did my daughters nails who really had none to work with and now she has nails and nail beds. They were super with her as well. Love this place !!!

I NEVER leave reviews. My mother was recommended to go to this place so she scheduled an appointment. My sister and I decided to meet her there. We got there first and the people were rude. I needed a nail fix and they weren’t busy AT ALL! I got my nails done originally in ATL. I was trying to find a color to match the one I had and they weren’t helpful at all. They made no suggestions and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. Then before I could finish looking for a new color, one of the other ladies came and took them away. We walked out and went down the street. I don’t pay for rude! They get one star for having a nice place!

I went in yesterday to have a pedicure and a full set of nails put on. They pedicure was great. My experience was wonderful. Its been years sincerely Ive had a nail salon do my nails Vi recommended the SNS nails (they do it with powder somehow) I loved it. I still like them this morning. Its an awesome place.

First let me say that I have been to this place several times and have been very pleased until today. I received the fastest pedicure I have ever received, Totaling 20 minutes. The girl hurt me while cutting cuticles back and said I had an ingrown toe nail which I have never ever had before. This place used to be great to come too, great atmosphere and great customer service but today was completely different. They rushed on me just to get the next person who came in the door. My opinion they should focus more on the person they have in their seat than the next person at the door. I will not be back again.

The services I received today was terrible. This is was my third time coming and the last two times I came my nails were done perfectly. But this will be my third and last time after a three hour wait.

I was visiting from MA and needed a fill. I called ahead and they saw me right away. They were extremely attentive and gave great customer service. The gentleman did my nails and I was very happy with the way they came out. If or when I return to NC I will most definitely come back here! Thanks KIMS!

When I was getting sns the lady who did my nails filed my nails down too much, to the point where I could feel it hurting. When they grew out you could see the side of my nail rather than just the normal outgrowing of a nail. My nails now have been hurting for over a week since I took my nails off which has never happened to me before.

The wait time is ridiculous. And if you go in any time near the last hour you feel rushed and the nails look terrible. And the staff is rude and always seem overwhelmed.

I always get great customer service from Kims. The staff is nice, and the service is too knotch. I got a pedicure and Mrs. Mary took great care of my feet.

I would give it a zero if there was an option! My daughter had an appointment at 2:30 we arrive early when checking in they didn’t have her name down for an appointment nor did they apologize for it. The young girl said have a seat will be with you. Waited 35 mins before I left. Ridiculous!

Don’t waste your money here. Everything was fine until I was asked to pick my SNS color. There were 3 huge racks that I needed to go through. The lady gave me no time to choose and grabbed my hand forcing me to look with one hand. Felt very rushed and then she got an attitude when the nails were too close to the edge. They wouldn’t have been too close if I would’ve had both hands. The whole manicure felt rushed, as they hurt my fingers many of times causing one to bleed. Got over that issue and then she made fun of the size of my nails. Said my thumb had to have the biggest size. Gee, Thanks. Then lastly one of my fingers accidentally hit the nail after applying SNS and she said “you messed it up” in a very rude tone. When you spend this amount of money you want to have a good experience. So i will admit i know how it is when you have to work over time but normally they are good at what they do but i got my nails done got there at 6:20 and my lady was pushy and in a rush i got acrylics and it took her maybe 20 mins and it wasn’t the best she rushed threw and was kinda rude my nails have patches where there is no acrylic and trust me ik how it is but you could’ve have told me no and I could have taken my money somewhere else but im not against the place im just say that isnt very professional....

My experience here was awesome!!!! I only gave it a four star becus I havent took advantage of all of their services yet but definitely will. Ms. Lilly did my nails n wus super talented n ultra sweet. I love the atmosphere here n they serve wine!!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.

Great service! One of the best Gel Manis Ive ever gotten. Pedi was good but felt a bit rushed. I would have liked a little more time spent on callous removal. Nice ambiance, have a glass of wine. Prices are fair and reasonable.

I have visited this nail place 3 times. The first two times on my nails I got SNS, which turned out nice besides me having to file them more when I got home because some were a little sloppy. The second time I also got a pedicure and the polish start chipping off sooner than usual. This third visit I got gel polish on my regular nails and it hasnt even been a week and the gel was coming off the 4th day. I hate that I paid $55 plus tipped for services just to have to pay somewhere else to redo. Would not recommend any place who doesnt take their time and use cheap products.

One of my great friends was highly disrespected and treated terribly by the daughter of the owner. It was so severe that my girlfriend was in tears trying to stay calm and not react to their daughters rudeness and nasty treatment. Needless to say, we will not be returning and it was so bad that half of her services were rendered and she walked out to never return again. The worst part was that her parents were setting right there the entire time! Very disappointed and do not recommend this place unless they get their daughter under control!

I went the first time my nails was done great lasted 2 weeks went to get a fill & nail fixed they ended up falling off 2 days later

Ok so I went here two weeks ago and got my nails done with gel and that’s all. Four days after I went I relized that they left a bubble in my pinkie nail. Then the gel is starting to peel of. Today I noticed the the white part of my nail since I got a French tip medi was turning orange

Ive only been here once and never again! After 2 weeks of being done my acrylic nails lifted and fell off after only 2 weeks!!!! They were poorly filed and polished as well. I also had a pedi at the same time and the polish bled into the white French tip. It was just a rushed job all around. Never again!!!

Had the worst service today. Had an appointment for 5pm and they didnt seat us till we waited another 30min. Owner did a full set (french tip-sns) on my nails and cut me filing and made me bleed in several places. My nails were so uneven and jagged. Even after finishing and drying them then she came back over to file, and left them even more rough while taking off the top coat. My friend was given a glass of wine that was dirty and had lip stick on it. While waiting they also over charged another customer and screwed up and charged her instead of voiding the original transaction. Will never reccomend this place to anyone.

I had the opportunity to go to Kims last week with my Daughter Nicole, she just graduated in Tx. from Officer Training School as || Lieutenant in US Air Force. She was on 2 wk leave. We 1st tried another nail salon, but quietly left when we saw we were only 2 their, bad sign LOL!! We then saw the sign KIMS & come to find out it was Tom & Kim, where we 1st met at Wal-Mart, they both remembered us. I use to take my Daughter to Tom when my Daughter was much like Freshman in RCEC. The two of them are such welcoming, inviting, personable, just GREAT PEOPLE. I LOVE THE NEW PLACE. CLEAN, ORGANIZED, DO GREAT WRK. I usually always have a good experience been going over a year this time not a good experience and they make it seem like its your fault cause they messed up your nails just have to let certain people do your nails in their the guys do a much better job

I called and asked how long is the wait they told me no wait and I told them what I wanted done and they gave me a price I get inside and I waited almost 2 hours just to get in the chair and they tell me a totally different price. Wont return.

Tom was very rude to me because I wanted coffin nails and he didn’t do it very well and this was my first time ever going there my aunt usually go there from time to time but if he didn’t know how to do it he should’ve said something I’m the beginning when I first sat down I wasted 30 minutes of my time in the chair and he told me to get up which was very rude but luckily Kim tried to fix them but they were still jagged so I just went to a different nail shop but I will not go back to them.🤷🏾‍♀️
