Tracy and Kim in the office are great. Very helpful, and professional. I always receive a response in a timely manner to any questions I have. Maintenance is always prompt, prepared and very kind. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new community to call HOME!

——Revision: 7/29/20I want to stand on my claim that Tracy is a fantastic manager. She was able to correct this entire issue for me.——Beware on move out. Be sure to use a carpet cleaning company because if there are minor stains they will replace the entire apartment carpet after your move out. I’ve witnessed the maintenance team in transition with rolls of carpet for other apartments many times but thought nothing much of it. In a 2BR, I had one room unused and a large rug over the living room carpet with very minor surface stains on the outskirts from a toddler (no pets), nothing that could damage padding. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I only vacuumed with a Dyson assuming my security deposit would be used on a carpet cleaning company. The worst part is I was never notified with my on file points of contact: (no call, no email) but through a collections agency months later with a collections of: $1000+. Outside of that, the community is nice and very quiet. I would also add Tracy is a great apartment manager. Unsure what happened in this situation.-Dontarious Mills

I move in in April. Even though I have not yet I am excited and really impressed with Tracey and her staff. Neighborhood seems quiet and appealing. I am excited to leave my currecnt residence and move here.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Tracy is very professional and at the same time very friendly. The maintenance men are great. They try very hard to fix whatever is wrong and do so in a friendly and professional manner. I love living here, and have only 2 things I really need to happen ASAP. I need a handicapped ramp at the trash dumpster and at the dog park so me and my service dog can use those amenities. Thank you for having a great place to live.

Lived here 4 years now. Heres a few of the highlights... Tracy, the manager, has always been super nice, tentative and accommodating. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient on repairs or any other concerns. Plus its a quiet place to live.

I have only had 1 issue requiring a maintenance call and the maintenance team was amazing. I had been out of town and got back on a Sunday night and realized my air wasnt working. I left a message for the after hours maintenance people. They returned my call within 30 min and drove in from Kannapolis at 8:30 at night to check on the problem. The issue could not be fixed at that moment, but they resolved the issue by lunch the following day.

I am impressed with how quickly they come to take care of any concern I have. I had a minor problem with a bathroom sink stopper and they took care of it immeditely. Very Pleased.

My fiancee was on the waiting list here and we were told that they had an apartment open and it would be ours. He followed all of the necessary steps required for the paperwork. He brings in the payment and they tell him they gave the apartment to someone else (who had no paperwork). She said they have been trying to contact him and the part-time worker(who was very apologetic and kind) showed the number and it was wrong. The boss of the apartment complex continued to lie and be very rude to him. We took our names off of ALL waiting list. I WILL not encourage anyone to come here. I’m glad we found out this BEFORE we moved in so we wouldn’t have found out later about these problems when we were locked in with this place.

Peaceful apartments at the best rate we could find. Nice neighbors and community pool. I plan on staying a while.
