Excellent place to rent from! The staff is amazingly helpful and Mary Anne at the front desk is the sweetest most caring person to work with. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to any issues and works efficiently. Would recommend Eric Davis Rentals to anyone looking to rent or in need of rental management.

These people were terrible, I am a young college student so I didnt know any better. They said they wanted a deposit on the house, and other peoples deposit in less than a week, paying the deposit would take the house off the market for 3 days! The lady also didnt understand why people couldnt get the money in time,how ignorant not everybodys wealthy! They wanted the money now and they sounded like con artists! My dad talked me out of it, and I didnt pay them a single cent, stay clear away!
