I’ve stayed here for quite a while now, I was able to be here for a complete staff change. Every member of the team they have hired has been professional and so nice they respect your privacy, your children, and your community. I’m glad to call a place like this home for now! Also my neighbors have always been friendly and said hello in both apartment we’ve stayed at here! The one bedroom is a tad bit small but the price we were paying at the time was very worth it. The two bedroom is very spacey with lots of storage. Here in the past few months they’ve done so many upgrades. Some of the updates are building a dog park, building a playground, including washers and dryer’s in apartments, and re-doing backsplashes (they’re extremely nice by the way). I was a first time renter and I’ve never had an issue here! It was so easy! Of course Malorie was who signed me up but the staff now are just as kind!
Horrible experience with yall... I mean My family member died and I was 1 week on asking to break my lease early to move and be close with family, But no what DID YALL DO ? you prorated me a rent bill and charged me rent untill you painted and re rented my apartment. Thats why everyone you did dirty like this class action SUED YOU. What did Yall do ? Fire the staff and change your name for four years now Shame on this property and all others they own under their new Mgmt names. 4 yrs later I just received the $589 settlement which isnt near what they owed me! Tired of these Mogul bullies and their deception tactics!!! But they will just make another name change and hide behind their new name like we were all hatched yesterday!!!
As a first time renter, my experience with Alexander Station has been above and beyond my expectations. The management is accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with any questions or concerns. I can honestly say that I couldnt have picked a better place to rent while coming straight out of college. The apartments are well-kept and maintained. The property manager, Michelle, has been wonderful during my stay at Alexander Station. The community is rather quiet but the neighbors are friendly. I love that this is a pet friendly apartment complex. I would say that if you are looking or thinking about Alexander Station for your next home, to definitely reach out to Michelle and check out the property!
Beautiful apartment homes and very friendly staff.
I was a resident at Alexander Station apartment for three years. The property is managed great!! Malorie and Randi are wonderful. Anytime I had an issue it was handled within 24 hours. The only time an issue wasnt handled was when they had to order a part for the AC unit. Their very accommodating to your needs. The pool is always kept clean in and out of season. I rented the apartment near the pool and it was a pleasure to step outside my apartment and see a clear pool year round. The apartment lay out is nice, the rooms are big, and the updates have a modern feel. The only reason I decided to move is due to purchasing a home. It was bitter sweet leaving. A great business deal is when both parties are happy... I was happy to pay my rent because I was happy with my accommodations. I left the apartment the same I moved in... clean and ready for the next move in!
The area is not the safest, it was noticeable when a police car was there to patrol the area a couple times a week. Smoking is allowed inside the apartment per the lease. If you are a non-smoker and have a smoking neighbor above, below, or beside you, your unit will smell like stale cigarette smoke no matter what you do. Other than that, the property managers Randi and Malorie were easy going and got things taken care of pretty quickly when a work order was submitted during my lease.
I love my two bedroom apartment, they come quickly to fix things when needed. Fair price for fairly quiet living. Some crazy fees for animals and a water fee each month but other than that happy with the apartments!
Thank you for not throwing my packages away. The people in the office have been good to me so far. Thank you to the both laddies.
Two days no ac, my two year old daughter is sweating profusely from the heat, but no one seems to care. Yeah I’m about to call Housing Authority. Over 80 degrees in middle of May... yeah great place to stay. New maintenance dude needs to find himself a new job because he is a liar too. Told me he was going to fix it first thing in the morning.
Very nice, clean place.
-Love the layout of the two bedroom apartments... they have reasonable pricing, but the management SUCKS. they let in a lot of drug dealers, which is why im moving asap. ( I have two kindergartners) Trash site is always a mess. Loud Street altercations in the middle of the night. The people below my apartment are constantly fighting, yelling, and slamming doors. Weve complained to management about all issues, nothing has been done. Really disappointing.
Very nice
My mother lives in this apartments, my husband is in a wheelchair and we cant even go visit her because there is no wheelchair access into her apartment. When she aasked managment about this she was told she didnt live in a handicap apartment so I guess that means someone in a wheelchair that is handicapped cannot go visit unless who they r visiting someone that lives in a handicap apartment. Plus these apartments need painting, the mulch is bare to dirt, cigarette butts are everywhere, dog feces are all in the back yards, the drain behind my mothers apartment i shorrible looking and the dirt is washing away. I wouldnt live in this high price dump for anything. Plus the handicap access is not right I wonder if it is even legal???????
