I would like to personally thank everyone at Wicomico Heating and Air Conditioning for their expertise and professionalism. They advised me that is was time for a new HVAC system and offered great prices in installing a new one. The techs arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation. Great job all around and I am one happy customer!!!

They were supposed to come to give me a quote. It was a no show . I called the woman told me she called and left me a message. Was not true. I took off work and what a waste of my time. Do not use. I guess she thought I wouldnt look on my phone for the message

Staff is very friendly, professional and reasonable. We needed a new system and they not only beat every other price out there, they did in one day what other companies told me would cost way more and take twice as long to do. I was told by family and friends that theyre the best around and they lived up to that reputation. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I am very happy. They now have a new lifelong customer.

Contacted them for a service call concerning a problem with my heat pump. The receptionist asked if I had used them before and I responded that I had not. He then immediately told me they had no openings for the entire week. I understand if a business is booked solid, but if that was the case, why not lead with that? Unless theyre only booked solid for a certain segment of the population, i.e., new customers? Good thing it wasnt an emergency, but he wouldnt know because he never asked. Had to call another company who may not have been the cheapest, but at least they were able to come out and on the same day.

The technician arrived early and was very friendly. He told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot the first time out. They were reasonably priced and quick. I am thoroughly impressed 😊

The staff were very polite and very helpful. The window for a tech to arrive on an emergency call was a 4hr window but someone showed up just within an he after I called. Pretty awesome for a Saturday call if you ask me. The diagnostic fee was very competitive at $69. The issue was quickly found and resolved. I couldnt be more happy with how everything worked out. They earned a new customer from that visit. I high recommend them after dealing with others from past experiences.

I had issues with smoke coming from my furnace, I called and got same day service. The technician was very friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. Fast work at a great price, I would recommend for anyone in their service area to use them. I would give 10 stars but 5 is all that is allowed!

We have been very pleased with our Air Conditioning Unit as well as the incredible Customer Service we have received since purchase. Technicians arrive in a timely manner, are very professional, and informative. We have recently experienced our AC defunct when we arrived home at 9pm and a technician arrived within 20 minutes of initial call. The outside temp was in 90s and we are very thankful for their impeccable service!

The technician showed up on time and was very helpful and friendly. He helped me fix the problem and also helped program my thermostat. I will definitely use Wicomico Heating & Air again and I will recommend them to anyone in the area.

We needed new heat + central air for a 2000sf older home. After getting a few estimates, Wicomico came in with the best price for Trane equipment. Removed the old oil heater in the basement and installed propane heat and A/C downstairs and heat pump in the attic for the 2nd floor. Required all new duct work in basement and attic. Crew did a great job with good follow up on everything. Would definitely recommend

I have used this business for over 15 years and have been pleased with the professional service every time. I have a maintenance program to keep everything running smoothly. They communicate well and keep to their schedule. The service tech I have consistently, Dale, is trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend this company whether you need a replaced HVAC system, or repaired or maintained system. They can even install attic fans and vent fans for showers. They work as certified TRANE repairmen also.

Great service and competitive pricing.Update: Our 25 year old AC finally kicked the bucket and they responded quickly with quotes for different HVAC replacement options that were every reasonable. The scheduling was fast and convenient. They ended up being able to fo the work a day earlier and called to see if we wanted to have them out then instead.

Very professional and timely. Everyone from person who answered the phone in the office to Dale who came to service our hvac unit. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked all kinds of questions. We were so happy with this company we signed up for a contract . We feel more comfortable now knowing more about our system as well as knowing we have the perfect company to be there if it is needed.

Have been using wicomico heat/air for almost 25 years. Installations are very good with no problems...just a little messy. The guys dont always clean up all their garbage very well. Service has been very good for the whole 25 years. If we have a problem, we call and usually talk to Jennifer, who is always very pleasant on the phone. She usually sends Rolland to our house. He has been coming to us for all 25 years. He is very friendly and explains your situation and what needs to be done and why. I hope he doesnt retire. I do recommend Wicomico Heating & Air for any heating and air problems.
