Call to have them look at my heater boiler. Pat came out and felt that the pressure switch was bad and was suppose to come back by early the following week to replace. After no word from them, I called and was told that they would be out the next day which was now Wednesday. I instructed the owner to have his son call me inorder to go over what work was done and if the boiler heater was working. I recieved no call and when I got home from work I discovered that the heater did not work and there was no explanation left. This is a now a couple of days before Christmas and my house was cold. They did however leave estimates for replacing my other A/C units but nothing about my boiler. I called a couple of times and left messages but as of a week later and now after the Holidays still NO response. I later found out from a different company that I had come out that the bad pressure switch could be purchased locally and installed the same day instead of making me wait over a week with no heat.During our initial visit I asked Pat what options I had about replacing my four A/C units, his reponse was to contact another company because they were not the cheapest around.So taking Pats advice, I will never recommend HVAC Unlimited of Salisbury and will have all my work done by another company.
Very, very nice people-expert service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
