Cancelled first appointment with no notice. Two hours late for follow up with no call. Will not do business with SEARS in the future.
Technician very proficient but the solution, which he does not control, just the messenger as he said is both unethical and a rip off. Charged $150 call out to tell us the fridge was broken, we knew that, and while the compressor was covered by warranty the labor to install it would be $800 which could be reduced by $200 if we signed up for a new warranty at $50/month. So much for a warranty. How can the labor be $800! . Buying a new fridge, the whole warranty and call out procedures for appliances are a disgrace
