We have used Mid Atlantic many times over the past decade. Initially they were very professional and responsive. However, this is no longer the case. When calling to get assistance with service notices from our unit, we were met with a response of You can take care of that yourself we are not going to do that. Another attempt to get service was met with what do you live in a trailer? we do not. Our 30 year old, original to the home, air conditioner went up which, at 30 years old even I (not an HVAC expert) could have said.They charged us $375 to tell us that. We immediately requested estimate for replacement units as it is summer and we need one. They sent us a bill before ever contacting us to help us actually fix the issue through replacemen. They value $375 over 10k. They do not seem interested or to value on going relationships with their customer base. When discussed with the woman who was performing the estimate, she said she would be able to come talk to us in nearly 2 weeks. In the meantime 4 other companies have come out and put together full estimates anf agreed to take over our service needs. I cannot stress how mucg you should consider ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY in the area over this one. You will regret giving them a penny because they will not help you when you need it.
Very professional and excellent service. They were very pleasant to work with. Extremely respectful, kept their shoes covered when entering my home, and cleaned up behind the job they completed. I just purchased my home in August of last year and immediately needed their help. I called two other business that tried to tell me I needed a whole new unit. I almost went through with the unit but decided to give Mid Atlantic a call and they fixed my issue for about 100 dollars. They literally saved me 6900 dollars. They are professional, knowledgeable and each experience with them has been wonderful.
Ive had several times I needed these guys and even before we were regular customers they out on weekends and nights to get us heat. Today in all this slop of snow my dads furnace quit and he didnt have heat. One call later and Mike put us on his list(it was a long one as you can imagine) and came out and fix my dads heat. These folks are serious about customer service and it shows . I would recommend these folks for Any heat and cool needs. Awesome job guys, thank you

At the end of last summer our entire HVAC unit went out. I called at least five HVAC places in Salisbury and was not happy with the quotes I was given, or the proposed solutions to getting my old air handler out from under my house and getting the new one in. I came across Mid-Atlantic by accident. I saw one of their guys in uniform at my sons soccer practice, I told him what I had going on and he said hed come by and check it out. In the end, his quote was nearly half of what my lowest quote had been and they were able to get the work done very quickly. I have recommended them to multiple friends and even connected them with my in-laws to fix a problem a competitor had created but refused to fix. Everyone I know who has used them has been as completely satisfied as I am.
