The place is clean but very bad service! The lady kept on hitting me and she kept on saying stay still but I was very still! My sister didn’t like her nails bc the designs the lady was doing was very horrible and the lady got mad! they asked for a picture and took my phone away, they still kept on asking for a photo! The workers aren’t really good at doing there job.

Nice and clean. But my gel nails came out rigidy and my acrylics were all bumpy. Wont go there any more. If you go make an appointment or else youll be waiting more than an hour.

The worst service !he owner is not very friendly. When you made an appointment they never take you on time. Is her way or no way! I do not recommend this place. The ladies( workers) are so nice with customers.

Ladies ate nice BUT i called before I came in to find out if I should make appt or just walk in for a pedicure and manicure. They told me it was better to make an appt so we scheduled my appt for 3:30. I arrived at 3:30 and had to wait until 4:50 before they even began my pedicure!! Waaaay too long to wait when youve made an appt. Did not end up getting the manicure. Left after the pedicure was done. Couldnt stay any longer. Had to get home to my kids and husband to get dinner on the table.

This place was amazing, they got my ingrown toenails out and I couldnt ask for anything better. Also their hot stones are just what I needed after work.

Always accomidating and they give the best pedicures.

My favorite place to get a full set, pedi, & wax. First chair is always best. But she delegates well. she knows which girls do each step of the process best. which is a great quality as a manager. My acrylics last up to 3 weeks. very rarely do I have any breakage. Usually only occurs when Im being careless and not being sensible about having acrylic 💅. They do all the newest trends. Best if you have a reference of what you want.

This place not only has awesome customer service and great services, they also provide beautiful nail artwork. Plus their gel nail paint lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

I have been here on and off over the years. To be honest I was never 100% sold on it until today. Lam is the women who helped me and I must say she is amazing! I did not wait very long to be helped even though they were busy. Lam really took her time with me. I got a gel manicure and she made me so relaxed through out the whole process. I recently went to another salon in the area and they just rushed through every step. Lam did not, she made me relaxed and even gave me an arm, hand, shoulder, and neck massage at the end. I will continue to go back to Lam for all my services now.

My daughter and I went to this nail salon to try it out. My nail technician was fantastic while doing my dip nails she even helped me with my baby! The only reason I took one star off is because the older lady who did my daughters acrylic nails was rude and kept telling her repeatedly that her nails would look ugly if she shortened them. I’m sorry but if a customer wants them shorter then they should get what they want regardless of their personal opinion. She also would sort of tap and pull on my daughter’s hands to position her and give her blank exasperated stares when she was frustrated. She only shortened her nails once I came over and politely asked her to shorten them. Overall I will go here again but I will make sure that my daughter or myself do not get that particular technician.

Customer service needs so much work!!They do not take appointments serious nor the order in which you come in. They just pick and choose who they want to help out next, you could be waiting there for hours. I was coming here for over a year I liked it but never loved it, then it just started getting worse. Plus the rush on your nails so much that at the end the wait and pay is not even worth it at all. They do not have set prices, they will tell you a price, then when they are done they will charge you a whole different price.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLL!

Its was fast... It was cheap.... Exceptional overall... Not my regular place but might consider coming here again because the price and cleanliness.

My mom and I went to try it out for the first time I got a lady that was on her phone the whole time and would always stop and take pictures with other people. Also she would stop and go talk to another employee. But then hears more my mom got a lady who kept pulling her finger and would say stop moving but she was still over all I didn’t enjoy the place or the attitude of the employees.

I don’t like this place ever since they went under new management. They are constantly messing up my toe polish and my friends. The lady got angry at my feet and started to yell at me to. So long story short, I don’t like this place please before u go and get ur nails done go and do some research.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went with my daughter & she is in foot cast. They ignored her. She told them she wanted a pedicure & one tech said she couldnt help her, turned & rolled her eyes. She could of been given a foot tub. No one tried. Horrible. If you have a disability, do not come here.

Put on one of the nails crooked told her two times she tried to fix it instead of redoing it and made my finger bleed the acrylic was so thin and her nail glue burned my finger 1 out of 10 do not recommend never coming back

Me and my friends came here right after school which was at like 3:30, right now it is 5:41 and none of us have been attended yet, about 15 people have been attended before us even though my friend already picked her nail color and shape. They sat us down and forgot about us.

This has to be the worst nail salon on the west coast, Id give -5 stars if it was an option. Upon entering the shop I was told it would be 3 minutes before they could start fixing the 1 nail I needed replaced. It took 15 minutes before I was seated, next to a stranger, I sat alone in a corner waiting for another 5 minutes. Then they send a new girl who didnt speak english or understand it. She tried several times to glue a natural nail when I told her 4 times duck tip she just said thank you and no one offered her help only yelled. She proceeded to glue the proper nail on and LOADED the top with acrylic, it looked like I had tits on my nail. She then proceeded to dremel away the extra, and slice my finger twice with a file,it took over 20 minutes! Then she began to paint my nail and coat it bout 5 times with the top coat. It made my nail huge and out of proportion to the rest of my nails. She then tells me to wash my hands, Ive never been told to do this, EVER.. I do so and all the polish comes off on my hands. An older lady offers to fix it cause the other girl wasnt supposed to put that top coat on. She repaints my nail, checks in some NEW customers then comes over and sprays my nail with what felt like keyboard cleaner.She told me it takes a while for that polish to dry! I guess they didnt have the ability or sense to say so in the beginning. So I bumped this shitty nail and knocked some of the paint off. I was told just go, Im not fixing that nail again I waited for a few more minutes to be repaired and nothing.. I left after paying the 4 dollars for their 2 hours of work on 1 nail. If you need a nail repaired go anywhere but here...

The owner does a really good job at waxing eyebrows .Im always getting asked who does my eyebrows

This nail salon is the best i have been goin there for about 6 years and been waxin there as well always very friendly people. Very clean as well .Highly recomnend this nail shop....👏💅💅💅

Very BAD customer service, I’ve made appointments and they don’t even respect that . lam is horrible she’s always in a rush and is rude she just says how sorry she is ! I regret going back to them ! I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want to wait for 40 mins and they won’t acknowledge you at all unless you make it a point that you’ve been waiting !!
