Love Hertz HLE Salinas. Always has professional staff.

There’s a lady that works here that is very rude. I didn’t catch her name but she has a very bad attitude and was not very helpful at all.. the rest of the staff is nice and well gestured.

Nobody there when we got there. Had to wait for person to show up

I would rate 0 stars but i cant.... i called 15 min before they closed to tell them i was on my way that i would be there in 5 min. they told me they didnt have any more cars to save the trip. im guessing they just wanted to get off early. smh

My mother in law needed to rent a car to go settle some business in Sacramento. She originally booked with enterprise but over the phone their rep was rude and stressing her out hassling her. I told her hang up were going to hertz.The young lady who helped us was really sweet and she took care of my mother n law without the hassle. Excellent customer service and we will definitely only rent from them from now on.

The office Personnel were nice and efficient. Did not have to wait long for them to bring the car to the front door business. But the fellow that brought the car up to us needs to learn how to talk to people. He looked as if he just crawled out of bed. He couldnt even comb his hair that day. We waited in the office for him to come in to tell us that he had the car ready. He came in him said the car was outside. We went outside and there were several cars and had to ask him which car it was. The outside of the car had several scratches on it and was dirty. We asked him about the scratches and he said that he noted them. I dont rent cars very often but the last time I did I got a sheet of paper that notated scratches and dings but this guy didnt have one. So we had to take pictures of all the defects so we wouldnt be charged when we turn the car back in. He was just lazy.

David and his staff always go above and beyond to give great service. They have always treated me professionally and if I have an issues they get it fixed. I see some are always impatient but a little patience goes a long way. I cant recommend this location enough!

Hertz is awesome! I love the staff they have, very nice people, but I hate that they never answer the phone! I believed hey are probably very short-staffed which of course, is not the employees fault. Those guys do a great job with everything else though.

Free ride to location? Nope, they dont answer the phone, so you have to buy your own ride, $15 extra cost. Correct rate? Nope, they dont know what the Hertz site promised as a rate, paid 30% more with no options, $15 extra cost. Gas Tank Full? Nope, it was a gallon short which in CA is $4. Thats $34 extra due to things that are in their control. Find another company.

The folks at the rental office in Salinas that attended me were pretty chill and had a nice attitude. I felt welcomed and left happy from the office.

They are so wonderful to do business with. And very patient with me.

How does a company charge a customer prior to picking up the vehicle, IF I have never picked up the vehicle. And two. The same price charged isnt the same price quoted... HERTZ #EpicFail

I had an terrible experience.when I went to return my rental they told me I had to vacuum it myself?! Ive NEVER had to vacuum or wash a rental before returning it ? The man who helped me was rude and brushed me off . No where in the rental agreement did it say anything about vacuuming before returning! When I left I was pretty disappointed in this experience. I do not recommend Hertz for any rental you may need!

Could not have been easier. Picked me up as planned and quickly, car was ready to go, clean and new, a couple of minutes of paperwork and on my way. Return was just so easy, turn in keys, drop me off where I needed to be, no extraneous or bogus charges...I have to go thru more hassle to borrow my wifes car!

Very poor customer service. One of the rudest people iv had to deal with over the phone. Id rather walk or ride the bus before coming here. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had a reservation for a car and when I went to pick the car up they didnt have a car for me. They stated that there was a car auction show in Pebble Beach and no car was available for me. This was on a Friday, they said the would have one on Monday. I had just left my car to be repaired so I had no transportation. My Ins company had made this reservation for me and they use Hertz. I was so upset and disappointed and upset.

The guys there are not friendly (communicative) but go straight to the point which was a fast check out.

In particular, I was very satisfied with my car rental. The gentleman who attended me was very kind and helped me and offered me ops. It was also super easy to rent the car. I recommend you do it.
