Quiet neighborhood and I love my guaranteed parking space. Ease of access to all the stores in this area is pretty cool.

Called and Scheduled a tour for the next day. Showed up for our appointment to be told the apartment was rented out the day before (which is understandable and I dont blame anyone for), and they had no apartments fitting our needs available for months out. No voicemails left on our phone or e-mails sent to inform us of that. Waste of my time and money.EDIT: My problem isnt the apartment was rented before we got to look at it — I get that other people came with the money first and I wouldnt expect any different, nor do it differently myself. My issue is that they didnt bother to leave us a voicemail or send us an e-mail (both of which they had my contact for) to save us the trip out to the complex. So yes, I understand with high interest in your apts, they will get rented fast. I recommend leaving voicemails or sending e-mails to a prospective resident with a planned tour if you dont have any more apartments available fitting their needs.

The front office is ignoring our requests to give all renters during the pandemic a backdated discount.Especially considering we have not had access to everything we pay for, such as the Gym & Pool.And yet they continue to raise rent.I will not be giving a Positive review of the Pointe at Northridge to any Friends or Family, or Strangers.

Its been 2 month since i moved out and i still havent received my deposit back ive tried contacting the office through phone since its closed duwnto covid and they always send me straight to voice mail you have to be lucky for them to answer the phone or have any literal contact with the staff

We are in a pandemic and this place is so unsanitary gross laudary site and this place is “following our state and local guidelines on closures due to COVID-19” yeah right not following no guidelines at all. Rent is super high1800$+ never answer the phone and they don’t care about residents just the money appliance are so old full of roaches and bug. DONT RENT HERE!!!!

It has been a wonderful experience living here! Yesenia and Andres were incredibly kind and helpful as I looked for a place to call home after relocating cross country. Maintenance is timely and respectful, neighbors are so friendly, and I feel safe here. I look forward to coming home every day.

Worst office staff ever! They have automated locked with codes they have access too. Will inform you they are allowed to enter your apartment when they please! Rent was $1895 when moved in, went up every month until it reached 2100 for a 2 bedroom! This is the worst place to rent! The staff is very unprofessional!

My experience at the Pointe at Northridge is very good maintenance was very good fast and efficient they do real good work this is the response time they got there quick I like that

Security stays harassing people... they go around the apartments like if it was a freeway! Unacceptable! Need better security!

My bathroom fan stop working and the staff took care of the problem the next day at 5:45 pm to accommodate me getting off work. provo!They have made the ground very nice with decorative rocks and more water resistant plants. Also have added new state of the art new entry door locks that do not need a key to enter. my self and my daughter feel very safe and secure living here!

The staff at the Pointe at Northridge is amazing anytime I need their assistance they they are available Except for on the weekends.

Its a great place to live at. Its always quiet which is always great. Theres a swimming pool and a mini park for the kids and family to enjoy. Ive personally have never had a complaint

I was asked to review these apartments, but i will review them when my lease is over thanks.Edit: I am keeping this at 2 stars. The apartment itself was comfortable. I was also lucky to have really good neighbors. Used the pool a couple of times and it was a good time. But here is my experience. Multiple times people parked on my assigned parking spot. We Would get cars parked behind me all the time where i could not back out to leave the carport. You get people going the opposite way on the one way all the time. Someone broke into my car. Then i had my other cars trunk emblem stolen. (LOL). Had occasions where we would call security because a car parked on our assigned parking. No show...Multiple kids out there would kick soccer balls and hit cars all the time, including mine. other then that.... the front office staff was friendly and very professional.

I want them to open the pool already honestly like that’s something it’s supposed to be open 😭 me and my family want it open

They were great with me and my Husband the manager helped us alot and we are very Happy. We loved living their around the time we lived their their was no problem at all.

This place is full of bugs HEALTH DEPARTMENT red alert all the reviews that complain about this place is TRUE its full of bugs and apartment management wont do anything about it except spraying the apartment? but real problem is the appliances are very dirty

The worst apartment complex in North Salinas.No credit checks and WAY TOO crowded. 4-5 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Not enough parking. Trash everywhere because dumpsters are always full. They also charge too much for garbage too! Plus they are always going through your apartment at least 5-6 times a year to look for mold they know is there, yet they try to blame you and charge you for it. They spray for bugs 3 times a year! They have the right to enter your apartment over a dozen times a year! The other times are called routine inspections. You will NOT get your deposit back. They charge you for their neglect and incompetence. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

Very expensive.Apartments smell like poop. Equipment in gym is always broken and it is Never fixed. Pool dirty. Dogs everywhere. Be careful with some little brown dogs i got bit by one and owner just ranaway..!

They are very old they are very expensive they do not return your deposit to you if you do not fulfill your contract although for a month they charge you thousands dlls. 👎🏽
