Plaza club has great maintenance team, friendly and attentive. Manager is also very focused as I can tell. Im glad to be here.

The pool and hot tub look absolutely stunning!

I lived there for many years and never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean. It is built on the old ag fields, so there is the occasional ant issue during the rainy season, but then so are the houses nearby. At least at Plaza there is pest control once a week. Ants are cool, but not in my living space. That pest control guy is a hero in my book. Also the complex is gated with friendly neighbors and is convenient in so many ways. The pool and amenities are great and the kids love the park. Half the shopping in town is less than a five minute walk away, but with all the trees, plants an flowers throughout the place youd never know it. Plaza Club is a great place to live.

Living here was amazing! Apartment was so clean when we moved in I was amazed. Miss the team.

Unfortunately, it is horrible to live here. The outside of the premises are perfect, but when it comes to maintenance to our apartment, its not satisfactory. There are ants EVERYEHERE! When this is mentioned to management, they send a gentleman that simply sprays your apartment, but the ants and bugs are inside the walls. Talk about being cheap! I believe I accomplish more by buying a can of raid, than have to wait an entire week for the fumigation guy.We also pay for valet trash service that we havent had for a few months. We received a letter from Management stating that the same day the letter was issued, we would no longer have someone pick up our trash and dump it for us, and that we would still have to pay the same! Not cool.As you can see, I have not been satisfied with Managements poor performance, and it all started a few months ago. I do not recommend these apartments, as I see Management slowly deteriorate before my eyes. I cant wait to find out what other surprises are to come our way.Have a safe search when it comes to apartments, I recommend you look past the fancy paint job and expensive rent, and look more towards how management treats you.

Plaza club is one of the most beautiful locations when it comes to apartment complexes, the fact that they have apartments that are luxurious yet affordable and close to many shopping centers and maintains a low level of crime inside its location makes up everything that makes it one of the best!

Love it. Been here 2 years and have had nothing but the best experience. Amber, steve, and the rest of the staff are the best- couldnt ask for more. The only exception is I wish we can BBQ on our balcony. Outside amenities are on point, as well.

Horrible place to live, manager doesn’t do her job right. You have to drive around even up to 1 hour to find a parking spot at 11pm. I hate this place.

Oversized apartment complex, gated entry and exit to complex..Very close to lots of shopping
