This service is great. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle. She was very professional and her customer service was outstanding. Our furnace was broken and ducts needed to be replace. Big thanks to Casey and the team at smart72 getting my heater repaired. It wouldnt turn on so they opened up unit, cleaned out my pilot fixture, vacuumed out all the dust and debris, and it fired right up.

Exceptional service. We were having my daughters birthday party at the house and the heater went out just a few days prior. Luckily these guys were able to come out and get the problem fixed in no time. Their technician Mark was a great guy and was super knowledgeable.

Absolutely phenomenal. If you want to be able to use your heater and air conditioner without spending a bunch of money on energy cost, call these guys. They will break down your energy savings when you purchase a new system and make it make sense. It is incredible.

The sales Rep was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Jeff deserves 5 stars! The reason why I’m giving this company 3 stars is because when I presented the company with a competitive bid from another company, the manager replied to my email completely bashing the other company instead of presenting their value. The email made me feel unconfortable and the manager seemed very rude. I would have gone with this company over the other company because Jeff was awesome but I didn’t feel confident in the leadership team. My advise to management is put Jeff in a leadership role because he knows how to work with customers and can help train other to make customers feel confident and comfortable. Also, do a better job at presenting your value instead of bashing other companies. Creating value goes a lot farther.

Installment went well, then the heater stopped working, called multiple times and no one ever shows up to fix the heater when they say they will, customer service people seem to be nice but that’s where all the help ends and you can’t get anywhere with anything

Rip Off Company. Purchased a Mini Spit AirConditioner from Home Depot for $756.00, with Veterans Discount. These guys are supposed to be the official installers for Home Depot. They quoted me around $4500.00 to install it. Rediculous. In Hawaii the same unit is installed for around $475.00 on average. I strongly urge all Veterans not to patronize them all they want is your money.

Paid 72 bucks for what I thought would be a tune up on my furnace. Told the gal on the phone scheduling the appt, I wasnt currently looking to replace it, just wanted the service as advertised. Service guy came out, wouldnt do service because he red flagged it. Too old..like me... No batteries for the thermostat, not even a lollipop. zip, zero, nada!U should b upfront to others beforehand, 72.00 for an estimate on a new furnace isnt right.P.S. had another local heating contractor look at it, (free estimate).. half the cost to replace, than the estimate smart72 gave me...
