Technicians are very friendly, but after two appointments over two months less than a week later the refrigerator is still not working right. Call for service and its another month to have someone look at whats wrong. We had to pay for repairs, because warranty expired about a month before first problem... this time. The first one was a lemon on day one and replaced, then it broke down after about 2 years.After talking to another company they stated that they refuse to work on our refrigerator, because they cant guarantee it will work and should have been recalled Also, some of the worst appliances they have ever seen.Not surprised Sears is out of business!!!
Technician never showed up to appointment. Then after my scheduled appointment I received an email confirming the job was completed with my information and a false signature on the customer signature section as if the tech was there. Till now I havent received any updates as why this tech signed off.

Top notch! A&E Factory Service has consistently been top notch. Their technicians have 100% knock out record fixing my appliances, for over the past 26 years. In fact, when I bought my last washing machine 8 years ago, an LG, I requested if I can have A&E Factory Service as the repair company to fix it, should I have any problems. The salesman said yes, so I bought the machine. Otherwise, I would not have bought it! Theyre that good.
My initial call to repair dishwasher was placed on 6-7-20 after four appts. And one no show, today more than two months later my dishwasher not only has not been repaired but left in worst condition, I have made several calls to Sears Master Protection Agreement with negative results
Your techs (nice,polite and concerned) have been here three times and our water is still undrinkable. The water from the outside taps is fine. The inside water that goes through the Sears water softener is as salty as the sea. The machine is working perfectly (so say your techs) but it is not.It has worked just fine for twenty years; it has been covered by your maintenance/repair contract from the very beginning.If you cant fix it we want a new machine; this has gone on too long.All the appliances in our house are covered by our Sears contract. We have been loyal customers now for two decades. We deserve better.Your techs are great people to deal with but we want a new machine. On all other systems covered by your contract you rate five stars.
The technician was really nice, helpful, and showed us how to troubleshoot should the same issue happen again. Unfortunately Sears does not have Saturday appointments available and we had to schedule 2 appointments. We missed the first appointment because it was scheduled between 1-5pm; however, we both work until 4p or 5p. When we rescheduled, we were able to speak to a dispatcher who said they would indicate in the notes that we needed an appointment after 4pm. The day of the appointment, the technician called and said he would be there at 1pm, but very graciously agreed to come back at 4pm as it was a slower day for appointments. We greatly appreciated his flexibility and he resolved the issue.
The service guy was great and fixed my dishwasher easily, but it took 16 days to get him here, even though I bought a Sears repair policy. This is not an acceptable level of service.
Repair did not fix the problem. I have rescheduled another appointment. Hopefully, it will be fixed this next time.
I have used Searss repair service 3 times now on units I purchased from multiple vendors. They are prompt and courteous with reliable results. This service technician was the best, he was extremely knowledgeable and communicated every aspect of the problem and repair. This individual knew what customer service means, excellent employee.
My technician was a lovely young man. He was very knowledgeable. A bit too much time spent trying to get me to committee to warranties etc . but I know this is part of his job.Sears had always had great products & service. Please stay in business as all the rest are useless!

My 7 year old sears dryer stopped working so I called Sears for service. After five visits, the dryer was finally repaired. There was a different technician for the first three visits. The first two ordered the wrong parts. Finally, the third tech ordered the correct parts. After he left after the fourth service call, assuring me it was repaired, the cycle selector still did not work. Thankfully, I was able to reach him directly so he could return to finish the repair. Definitely not a good experience.

I had an awful experience. The tech did not remove part from washer and I waited 3 weeks only for him to return and ask if I had place the part order.Of course I could not do this as I am not the tech. Upon waiting an additional 1 week, I called 7 times and did not get any help.I then was told the part was not in service any longer. I had to purchase a new washer and I am now in the process to try to get a refund.Terrible customer service and lack of communication for all the departments.
Tech was rude, was making uncalled for jokes. I have been waiting for this part for months. He wanted to sell me a part with no picture or specs. I refused. He grabbed up his paperwork and said goodbye 3 times, he refused to give me any paperwork. Walked out the door.
For my first appointment, no one showed up. My review is 5 stars because of Ian, the person who fixed our dishwasher. He was a service professional, with a very nice demeanor and friendly, caring personality. You can tell he really cares about the people he is helping, and cares that you are satisfied. I was very happy with my repair appointment. I was communicated with when serviceman was on His way. He was knowledgeable and honest. I was quoted price for parts before work done. It was a good experience.
Finally after 6 weeks of waiting for parts the washer is finally fixed.I hope. I am handicap and had to take a taxi to do my washing at the laundromat but why should they care..... The service men were very pleasant. As for the wait for these parts and a date for them to be installed I would rate this as a 1.

Very happy we called trustworthy Sears for this repair! He fixed our furnace, even going above and beyond to make it easier to access and clean the filter. He was prompt, very knowledgable and professional.

Two repairmen arrived on time (with a call as they were on their way) to see why our Kenmore front-loader washer doesnt always start. They were polite and knowledgeable. Since the problem is intermittent and rare, it was not resolved, but thats okay. Good service visit.
The technician was on schedule and very knowledgeable about his work finished the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself very well we were pleased with the service and with the several emails and confirmations on his schedule. We are very pleased with the Sears Blue Crew service and the Washer is working just fine now!!
The freezer section of my refrigerator was not cooling properly and the technician was able to quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the new parts, and returned in a about a week and completed the repairs. The freezer now works great. I chose to use Sears $299 flat rate service plan and it covers all parts (up to $500) and labor and the repair is guaranteed for one year. This is a good deal since it would have cost more than $500 if had to pay them for the actual parts and labor costs or used a different company for the repairs.

They were over 2 weeks or four a service call in repairing a washing machine. I called a local repair company, and they could get me in within 2 days. Over 2 weeks of dirty laundry od just unacceptable.

Very poor workmanship and service. I was charged $99 for a diagnostic fee to fix my Kenmore refrigerator which wasnt cooling anymore, then given a two week return date to fix what the technician said was wrong. After waiting two weeks and the supposed repairs made, it worked for 24 hours before it stopped cooling again. I called to have them return to do the job they should have done in the first place, but on the day of the appointment, they canceled and rescheduled for 4 days later! UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! This is making me consider a different brand next time I buy any large appliance!

This is the 7th time I have had my refridgerator repaired. Im over it, and the fact that Sears cannot seem to figure out what the problem is short of replacing every part in it.However, the technician that came this time was very nice, professional, and explained a few things to me which was helpful.

Technician came to fix the dryer and dryer still does not work! Attempted to contact Sears and 3rd party that actually performed the service MULTIPLE times and BOTH deny they were at my house!!!! Absolutely awful! NOT on time, had to reschedule because tech ran out of time 2 weeks prior! Dryer still not fixed! If I could give a zero or negative number I most certainly would!
The service techs were nice and tried to fix our fridge, but neither could find the problem. But your dispatch system is beyond repair! We had to weight 4 days for the first visit, and 7 days for the third. I was forced to call in a tech from another appliance service to actually complete the job and fix the fridge.While you gave me a 20% discount coupon, you techs charged me far more than Sears listed price for the same parts. Since I had to pay an additional service fee as well as parts and labor for a third party to actually do the job, the whole fiasco cost me twice what it should should have cost.I will never do business with sears again and would never dream of recommending your service to anyone else. By cutting corners youve cut your own throat.
I have already completed regular survey but found no place to say, although everyone was helpful and polite, my washer still continues to rock occasionally during spin cycle. Service agent did test, and it did not rock during that test period. However yesterday, with only a medium sized load, nothing special, machine did rock - albeit briefly - during spin action.
Your Technician was prompt and courteous. In less than twenty minutes he had completed the installation.

Service man was good but the cost was out of site $239 to remove and replace 2 screws and a $13 part less than five minutes Unless changes are made in the charges are made I will not use Sears repair again
We had a problem with our washer, after washing a load and placing in they dryer we began to notice a short time later there would be water in the tub. We placed a call for service, the person we spoke with was less helpful, after discribing the problem we were told that it was part of the yearly checkup that we already had and we were to be charged for this service call. Finialy she made a service appointment for us. The service call was great the technician was professional and knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed and determined the problem was a leaky valve. Problem resolved

Had Sears call me when they get to the property since time frame was between 8-12pm and I would be towards the back of the property unable to hear door bell . Rep never called me and just left a post it saying sorry we missed you. I rescheduled Second time and took day off from work. time frame between 8-12pm. I called at 9am to check status and Sears said they would be there shortly. 1hr later they called that they wouldnt be able to make it because one of the helpers called in sick. Wish they would of told me that when i called. had to request 3rd day off to reschedule.

I’ve had my kenmore front load washer covered under Sears Master Protection Plan since I first purchased it over 10 years ago (in June on a service call that Sears has no record of I renewed my warranty by adding a home warranty coverage making my washer double covered) & have had it regularly break down & repaired with little problems until October 9, 2018 when a repair technician came to my home & ordered parts for my broken washer & assured me that they’d arrive in a few days, he got the machine to run again which lasted 2 days & Sears was called again on October 11, 2018 for another service call scheduled for Saturday October 13, 2018, when instead of a service technician I received a rude call from the scheduling department to inform me that the technician called in sick & my appointment was being rescheduled until Tuesday October 16, 2018. My family spent over $100 & the laundromat on Sunday & I was not happy. Tuesday the technician arrived & asked me if I was going to renew my warranty or pay the fee for his service? I lost my mind on him & told him what transpired & suggested he step outside & call his supervisors & figure out where my parts are & fix my machine before he leaves. He went outside, came back & told me that the parts are missing & he would reorder them. He never bothered to service my washer & left my home. I called the home warranty service center to “track my parts” on Friday October 20, 2018 & was informed that the “parts department has 24-48 hours to call me back & the warranty has 28 days to produce the parts” Funny part is Sears records only the most recent order for parts & NOT the ORIGINAL DATE ORDER & doesn’t record ALL SERVICE CALLS. No wonder they are going bankrupt. OMG.

Repair guy said main board was out in my fridge but didnt have it with him. He didnt know how long it take to get it in. I found it in San Jose and swapped it out and much to my surprise it didnt fix the fridge. To say it the least I am disappointed that the repair guy didnt seem to know how to trouble shot the problem, once the main board didnt fix the problem I followed instructions on the internet how to trouble shot the problem and it was something totally different than what I paid someone to figure out and or fix just really disappointed in the quality of service people.
The repair problem was a bit complicated - The cold water on our 5-yr. old Maytag washing machine would not come on when selected - only the hot water. While the service/repair guy did fix the problem (sort of), it was done by switching the water hoses from where they should correctly be connected (now they are incorrectly connected), and then the cold water function did work. But the actual problem was likely with the machines computer/electronics, which we think was/is malfunctioning, and this problem has not been fixed.
Excellent maintenance check on all 3 of our appliances. Sergio was more than excellent.

The home repair people for Sears are awesome!! The time it takes to schedule a repair, two to three weeks, is horrendous. Purchased a Samsung refrigerator a little more than 3 years ago with an extended protection plan. Had a problem occur with the icemaker in July. Also had a leak in the water filter housing. Leak was fixed. Icemaker has been replaced 3 times, and still makes no ice. Now the water dispenser is leaking. Believe the refirgerator is a lemon. Sears needs to man up behind their protection plan, and replace it. Will they? Stay tuned!

I wasnt home when the repairman came. On previous repair calls theyve fixed the problem and also done some routine maintenance like clean the coils behind the fridge. This time my housemate left the room for two minutes and the guy was done. No explanation of how I could prevent future problems and no maintenance.
