I’ve come by multiple times and they don’t ever seem to be open despite the hours posted. They also have a sign asking for people to call before entering, and no one answers the phone. Also, the website attached to this business on google is a Canadian business FYI.

It was my first time at the salon and let me tell you I am very pleased! I had visited so many nails salons but this one was awesome! A guy took care of me, u did my nails very good and he was quick too. I got a gel mani which I loved! The good thing was that they close at 6:00 on a Sunday! Will come back again!

First time going here & the experience was amazing. Lena is great, she took her time and did a wonderful job. I got Gel tips & a Spa pedicure, took about 3 hours...although it didnt feel that long, but I enjoyed every minute of it! I had water and a snack which they provide. I will definitely be going back here. I highly recommend GARDEN NAILS if you really want to treat yourself ☺💅

I made an appointment at Garden Nails and Spa for a fill and pedicure 2 weeks ago for the 1st time. I’m new to the area and was looking for a new place to go consistently. I was greeted by Lena who took me immediately with no wait. I sat in a clean and super comfortable massage pedicure chair and was pampered with a wonderful pedicure. I was offered a drink and snack and asked if I needed my phone charged. Following my pedicure I had my nail fill which came out perfect! I was not rushed! It was a great relaxing experience. It’s not easy to find a good nail salon! This place is wonderful and i highly recommend.

I was looking for a nail salon in Salem, NH, and found this gem, Garden Nails and Spa! Lena did a beautiful job on my acrylic fill and Marcelle gave me a pretty and relaxing pedicure and massage. I was also treated to a paraffin wax treatment for my hands and feet. I especially love that they take extra measures to do things with sanitation in mind. That is important to me. Five stars!! I will definitely be back again and again.

I love it here. They do an excellent job and never make you feel guilty. The facility is clean, they use a sanitizer on their tools, and they use liners in the pedicure tub like they should! I went across the street for a manicure, because garden nails was closed, and I very much regret not waiting.

I was a walk in around 10:30am on Nov 26, and the shop was empty. They took me right away and did a FANTASTIC job on my gel manicure! Everybody was friendly and nice too. The place was small, but very clean. I will definitely come in again if Im in the area.

AMAZING experience.Hard enough to find a nail salon opened on a Sunday and decided to try this place out.First impressions: CLEAN, smells nice, greeted with a smile, instruments are bagged/sterilized. Fresh file kit each time.I got your basic manicure, but it was like VIP, 5 star manicure. I guess the only way for anyone to understand is to check it out yourself.Ill definitely make this a ritual thing.

This is the best shellac manicure I have ever had and included parrifin wax treatment at no additional cost! I have been to four different nail salons since moving back to Salem a year ago. I finally found the one for me. Lena was professional, meticulous, and friendly. The salon is newly renovated and is bright and cheery. If you want a luxurious nail treatment you should definitely try Garden. I will be going back very soon.

Great Nail Salon for a special occasionMy husband set up in advance a 30th birthday party at Garden Nails & Spa for me and 7 friends. The owner was incredibly generous and thoughtful, which made for an amazing time. She brought in extra staff to accommodate the party. She provided refreshments, candy, snacks, and even party favors for all of us. I have never had such excellent service at a nail salon. The pedicure and manicure were done well. She took extra measures at her salon to provide a visibly clean environment with plastic wrap in the foot spa and separate bags used for the paraffin wax. I was truly impressed. Everyone had a fabulous time.

Great experience and wonderful owner she’s great. It’s really clean inside; decent theme; she does more then nails. Ask for the owner or even ask for Cindy as will. Would most definitely recommend this place.

Recently moved to Salem, I googled salon near me and I am SO happy I stumbled upon this salon, it will be my forever salon! Its new, clean, professional, and the nail techs are the sweetest! Ive had the pleasure of working with Lena twice now and she is the best! They always offer water, coffee, tea, snacks and are very considerate.

This is 1000% the best nail salon ive ever been to. The best in the area and best in the state. The owner pays attention to detail, and does everything she can to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. She uses brand new tools on each person and everything is cleaned and wiped down. Snacks, sugar scrub and a ton of services!!! She also gives you coupons and hold a discount for new customers. Whether you’re looking for something new and refreshing or not happy with your current nail salon, this is the place to go!

I have gone twice and brought my daughter along for a mother & daughter time. It is a wonderful place to have your nails done. They take there time and do a beautiful job. The atmosphere is very friendly and clean. I definitely recommend to go to this salon.

I absolutely love this salon I have gone twice and both times I have been extremely pleased. Not only is the owner Lena very friendly but she takes her time and really makes sure your happy. After trying many places in the Salem NH area I have officially found my nail salon.

Great place! I went in for the first time today after seeing so many great reviews. My pedicure was great & not rushed at all. Both technicians were meticulous about ensuring my nails came out great & that I had a pleasant experience. Prices are extremely reasonable & they have a variety of colors to choose from in regular polish, gel polish, & dip polish. I do suggest calling ahead to make an appt or see if they can fit you in so you dont have to wait. I called ahead & was able to be taken right when I got there, which I didnt expect for calling so last minute & it being around noon time on a Sunday! I enjoyed my trip here and my nails look great so I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon from now on!

Love this nail salon! Try it, you will never go anywhere else! They are all very sweet, offer drinks, snacks, sugar scrub, parafin wax—all no extra charge, plus they have lots of extra services you can add! The salon is very clean, everything is brand new and very updated! Thank you!!

Tried this place first time. Did acrylic refill and place was really nice inside, and good price.I liked the way the nails came out but my fingernails where hurting when the female tech as removing the old acrylic. She was rough and my nail bed hurt pretty bad after she was done filing my nails. She did apologized as she could see my nails were red and I was in pain.I might give it a second chance as it could have been a fluke, will see.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to try Garden Nails.Reviews said it was clean:Not clean.1) counters everywhere so dusty you could write you name on them.2.) My biggest pet-peeve - dirt surrounding all the door knobs - even around the main entrance door knob. The most bothersome thing about this was it was worse in the bathroom on the INSIDE of the door! That should not be with clean hands from washing after using the restroom.Reviews said they use all new tools on each client:*A large nail file was used that had so much old nail dust on it, it was white.Review said they offer water and snacks:NopeDespite the overall disappointment, my nails came out beautiful and it was not rushed but I will not back.

My better half and I visited Garden Nails as she wanted a pedicure (and begged i get one) while the kids were at the mall. More than surprised, the place was super nice inside, clean and a good size. The owner, Lena, is awesome. So welcoming and accommodating. TV was on, got offered complimentary beverage and snacks and then sat in super comfortable massage chairs. Lena and Kinh did our feet and it really was awesome. Kinh did mine and she was wonderful and my lady said Lena was fabulous. We will take more trips to the mall and next time will do the hour long pedicure/foot massage.

We know that it is hard to make it on time on your appointment, but we try the best to assist our customers. It would be helpful if you could give us a call on your way if you couldn’t arrive on time, so that we could adjust the time for you and for others as well, but you arrived at the shop when it was nearly 3:30pm while your appointment was scheduled at 3:00pm without an appology. Thank you . We tried our best but we are sure all the businesses would be the same when you come in more than 15’ late on your appointment without any reasons or call us ahead. We hope you will find a better place which makes you happier.

Garden nail and spa continuously gets five star rates for a reason. I’ve always had very bad experiences with nail salons. NOT GARDEN NAIL SPA THOUGH. From the first step in you are treated like royalty. Complimentary candy, coffee, hot coco, chips, soda and even wine. No flip flops on prices, quality convos with your artist, you get exactly what you want and if your not happy they will make it up to you.

Not only did the owner do a great job on our mani/pedis but she went out of her way and stayed late to accommodate us. The service was great, very relaxing and fun and my nails and toes look amazing. The salon is clean, nicely decorated and organized.

I had such a wonderful experiance here. The owner and her husband are super friendly and offered snacks and drinks. They made me and my daughter feel very welcome. And her two sons are adorable. Plus she did such and amazing job on my nails! I don’t get my nails done too often but this will definitely be the place I go EVERYTIME I do get them done. Also I was told to come back at 6 and she didn’t finish the other person until almost 630 nd th u closed at 7 and I got acrillic tips but not once did she rush at all even tho we were there well after they closed. She even gave me a few minuet break before painting my nails to go to the bathroom or do whatever I needed. They were absolutely wonderful there and I’m excited to have found a new nail place! Also got a thing of really great lotion for being a first time customer!!
