Awful management. They will not work with there tenants and they write eviction notices even after the rents been paid. The maintenance staff is a joke and can not finish a unit correctly before someone moves in. They don’t care about the people that rent from them or the buildings them self. There is a constant smoke smell due to them allowing people to smoke in their apartments. The water is shut off with no notice all the time and when asked about it they state that they have no idea why it’s off and the maintenance workers will not tell the office staff why it was shut off. They do not communicate with the tenants or the other staff that work on the property.

I been living here over 30yrs Raised a family here my son rented here until he bought a home in Salem.Nice quite respectful people throughout my time here. Maintenance staff and rentel staff very helpful. You have a problem it gets fixed . Tax free NH easy access to 93 and 495 mass border .

Right on the border of Methuen, Mass and Salem, NH so it makes for a great commuter location! Helpful staff who is always willing to answer any questions you have. Go visit them the next time youre in the area!

Definitely one of the best places to live. Its a wooded area off the main road with everything close by, including I495 and I93. 20mins away from Boston. You cant ask for a more perfect location. And rent for a 2 spacious bedroom is $943. Living Massachusetts also dropped my car insurance by a lot.
