Happy but very sad we will be force out. This place is nice and we would love to stay long term. Even though the building construction is average, the constant price hikes will require us to leave. When we first moved in it was already expensive for us. Now neighbors are leaving because building owners are jacking up their rent by over 50%. Thats Boston prices!!! A 50% increase for us is over a $1000 increase each month.Hanover, please please please be respectful and only do moderate rent increases and do not take advantage of folks trying to deal with COVID and limited rental options.

Overall, this place is honestly a great place to live. The units, building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is awesome and always very helpful and responsive. Amenities are great. Residents are friendly. I did have to doc a star for outside noise. Just be warned if you’re a light sleeper, like me, and live on the side that faces Pressed Cafe, they have two garbage trucks that come at 3:30 and 5 in the morning to empty their dumpsters, making it impossible to sleep with windows open if you don’t want to get woken up multiple times. I understand this is completely out of Hanover’s control and don’t blame them at all, but unfortunately it’s a reality of living here people should be aware of when choosing location.

I have rented a lot of apartments in NH and I have to say this is by far the best. It is hard to find a place anywhere and this location is very up and coming!

I toured here recently and the place is truly beautiful, but what made my experience was the people who work there, specifically Renee and Taylor. They are both so kind and really care about what I’m looking for. Moving is stressful and home is where the heart is and it’s very apparent that these ladies are willing to do all that they can to make Hanover Home! I am thrilled to move here!

I just moved in December with my mom and her boyfriend and we’ve all been loving it here! It’s making my commute to work and school so much easier since it’s right next to the highway. All around, the building is so clean which makes me feel a lot more safe especially in today’s current situation. The staff are all so friendly and extra shout out to the cleaners who make it always look museum quality when you walk right into the building. I absolutely love it here and I’m so excited for the upcoming months with the nicer weather! My only suggestion right now would be something for recycling if it’s not already a thing. (I know there’s a lot of stuff that’s going on so maybe it’s in the works) But either a cardboard compacter or something that goes towards recycling would be great! And if there is anything that is being done for conserving energy and being environmentally friendly I would love to learn more! Thank you for everything!!!

My tour of Hanover Tuscan Village was lovely! The condos were very well appointed and the common areas provided enjoyable leisure time for workouts, theatre and swimming, plus other amenities. I am impressed!

The facilities, the staff and location is second to none! Everyone treats you like you are at a 5 star hotel! We planned on staying for a year but we may not leave.

Ive lived here since October 2020 and decided to wait to post about the property so I can provide a real experience review. In the summer of 2020 we sold our home and scrambled to find a place we can call home while our next home was being built. Tour after tour, we finally found Hanover Tuscan Village and hit the lottery. The property manager Taylor, and her team Zach, Emma & Melina always provide my family with the most professional service. The luxury apartments are incredible and high quality. The sunlight and ventilation is a big highlight for us. The amenities are our favorite, and we use the gym and theater weekly! We cant wait for the summer to enjoy the pool and courtyard.

Had a fab tour with my husband on wednesday, they’re on the higher end but worth every penny, we applied right away and were approved the same day. Very efficient.

I wanted to wait some time before writing my review. Its been two months since I moved in and I absolutely love it. The amenities are top tier and do not compare to anything else around. Zach, Emma, and the rest of the team are extremely helpful and very patient helping you find the right floor plan. Ive referred two friends so far and they have both signed leases after touring. How can you say no to new construction?

Visited Hanover Tuscan Village with my wife as we are in the process of selling our home. I was drawn in by the offering of private garages. The apartments are spectacular and the office staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have lots of amenities to offer throughout the community. The building is clean and bright. We rented a two bedroom for a 12 month lease and a garage. They had flexible move in dates available which worked well for us. This community is in a great location and very convenient.

Taylor and the staff are wonderful and make the experience amazing. Great quality of construction compared to anything else in the area! I love the pool design.

I was looking at apartments in southern New Hampshire and came across Hanover Tuscan Village. I’ve never rented before but Taylor made the process so easy and the transition was seamless. I’ve been living here now for 1 month and enjoy coming home every night. There are always cleaners cleaning the building, the office staff are so friendly and maintenance will help you with whatever you need. I must say, I’m also excited for my first Winter not having to shovel! Place is great!

Outstanding work done here in NH. I have not seen anything like it in my 55 years living in Salem, NH. I still cant believe the apartments I saw. The price definitely reflects what you get in return. Management office is on top of everything and the residents that I came across seem to love this place. Cant wait for the courtyard and dog park to open up next month

This place is great. The office team is very friendly and I even got to meet William from the maintenance team who was very nice. I wasn’t sure exactly where their office was but the signs and flags made it easy to find and they have a bunch of parking. Garages were a little over my price point but I got a reserved space so I have a designated place to park come the winter months. Definitely recommend, this place is sick!

My husband and I are both now retired and looking to downsize. I got in touch with Zack at the Hanover Tuscan Village and we were able to walk-in for a tour. We found a top floor spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Me and Joe love natural light, so he found us one facing southeast with a lot of sunlight. Very relaxed and simple process here.

Oh my! These new apartments are magnificent. At first I thought they only had 1 and 2 bedrooms, but they actually have 3 bedrooms and studios as well. Me and my husband moved from Florida last week. We heard only positive things about Hanover, so we decided to move in to their spacious 2 bedroom and we love it here!

Hanover is a very nice apartment complex, the maintenance crew is amazing, the management staff are extremely friendly and professional. Kudos to them.The building is advertised as Luxury and while it is very nice, it is NOT a luxury building. Luxury buildings have doorman, does not require you to walk 100-400 yards (depends on what side of the building you live in) to throw your trash away. There would be free coffee in the lobby. There would be security cameras and automatic doors in the rear and side entrances for anyone with special needs. You would see pool tables in the game room. You would see luxury appliances and real wood flooring (not plastic flooring). You would have more than two elevators (one seems to fail on a weekly basis).With that said, the building is very nice and it does have some nice amenities and nice appliances. The flooring in the units looks very nice hard wood, but its not real hardwood. When you walk on them with bare feet you know it is some kind of fake plasticy feeling wood flooring. Again, everything looks nice but is is not lux.With that said, I would have given Hanover 4 out of 5 stars but what brings them down to a 3 is because of two big issues for me and my family. First is the lack of security, the building is still under construction and construction crew in NH clearly do not care about the residents in the building they work in because they will prop the doors open, or prop the locks so anyone can simply walk in. This happens six days a week and sometimes on Sundays, if they are working Sundays. Not a good feeling when you leave your apartment with your young child and wife at home knowing anyone can access the building from a side or rear entrance that has the lock propped to stay open.The second issue is some of the residents are smokers. We have seen some smoke on their balconies, in the court yard and near the side or rear entrances. This is frustrating because we chose to pay the extra money to live in a smoke free building and it is not 100% smoke free.I wish to close with saying Hanover is still a very nice place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. But, if you expect luxury, its not lux. If you expect a safe building, it is not there yet. However, construction will end some day and with luck the security issue will not be as much of a concern. Also, Im sure building management will figure out which residents are smokers and keep them in check (we hope).I hope this helps, I did not want to sugar coat things and I hope this honest review is informative. Best of your luck in searching for a place to live.

These apartments are beautiful! Great design, finishes, and amenities. The Tuscan Village has such a big vibe right now you can’t go wrong. Love the area too, within 30 mins you can be in the mountains, at the ocean, or in Boston! Our leasing agent Emma was extremely helpful. Her life-long knowledge of the area was very evident. These are definitely the best upscale apartments we’ve come across. A must see!

I found this community through an online search and was blown away by what I saw online. I called the community and spoke to Taylor who was extremely friendly. We explored all one bedroom options that were available for when i needed to move and she even explained which apartment had which color scheme - something I was very particular about. She was able to accommodate me that evening for a tour and we looked at everything we spoke about. The website does not do this community justice, it’s even nicer in person! The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities blow everything else out of the water. Very happy with my decision to rent here!

Stopped by last weekend wanted to check out a two bedroom model apartment. The staff was very professional and eager to help me out. The amenities were very impressive and the model was unbelievable, it even smelt amazing! The minor details were there and what you’re getting for the space is a good deal. Definitely recommend checking out this community. Excited for the Tuscan Village to be complete, this area will be amazing!

We are in the process of selling our 4,000 sq.ft. home in Marco Island to be closer to my family who resides in New Hampshire. My husband and I have been doing quite a bit of research online and ended up going to 3 showings one afternoon, one of them being Hanover Tuscan Village. Moving from such a large home, we need all the space we can get so their three bedrooms were just what we were looking for. The apartments are beautifully done and the storage within the apartment and additional storage they offer is what sold us. We will be moving up in January!

This community is beautiful inside and out. I met with Taylor who took me on a showing of a beautiful model home that was decorated so beautifully. She also showed me a studio because I don’t need much space and I liked how it has a separate bedroom and big windows in the living room. I also like the stand up shower. I will be moving in once my home sells.

These are luxury apartments that offer every amenity that you can think of...from a movie theatre, business center, fitness center, and resort style pool. I completed my socially distant tour with Zack and he was very knowledgeable about the apartments and could answer each question I had. Very impressed with this new property.

I called Hanover Tuscan Village the other day to see if I could schedule a time to take a look at some apartments for my mother and they were able to get me in on the same day! The apartments were so beautiful and I loved the different colors in them. I also know my mother will adore the gym! This weekend was the perfect weather for a tour of Hanover Tuscan Village. My husband and I toured with Zack and we really enjoyed the new development. I was hesitant of what Salem NH had to offer, but these apartments took my breath away. You wouldn’t believe the amenities they have (24/7 gym, movie theatre, lounge area, etc.). The apartments are so bright and updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in closets! Everything here fits my wants and desires.

Hanover Tuscan Village is the definition of luxury. From the exterior curb appeal to the staff and the apartment homes, it is beautiful all around. Taylor took me on a tour, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the community and area. She showed me a few different apartments while listening to what I was most interested in. I found the perfect apartment and I can’t wait to move in this winter!

I am moving from another Hanover property in MA, to these ones in NH because I know how consistent these properties are. I love the new, updated, and luxury apartments that they put up. I try to find Hanover apartments closest to my work because it makes living life THAT much better.

This community is going to be absolutely amazing, and already is with what they have completed! We have been touring a number of buildings/apartments in the area, and finally, we feel like we have found the one with everything we could want and more!When we met with Taylor, we were pretty frantic and feeling defeated by the other places we had been touring. Nothing seemed quite right, but Taylor heard our needs, got to know our likes and dislikes quickly, and showed us units that were exactly what we were looking for. We also loved that we could pick from different interior palates; that was such a cool and unique feature that really made these rental units feel customized to us! They really seemed to have spared no expense or detail with these, and they feel like they’re built for long term- home like living.We loved meeting Taylor and were so pleased with her helpfulness and professionalism, and are so excited that we are going to be able to call Hanover Tucson Village our new home this fall!

Our time at Hanover Tuscan Village since day 1 has been terrific. We have been here for a couple months now and cant speak highly enough of all the employees, the cleanliness and overall living experience. I would highly recommend!

Was living in Boston but wanted to get out the city. I needed a spot that had a garage and this was really the only location that has them. Hanover is 1 min to 93 and you have everything you need right on Broadway. When I want to go into the city it only takes me 30’mins which isn’t bad. Taylor, Emma, Zack, Melina and the maintenance staff are awesome. Glad I found this place.

If you are looking for an apartment in the Salem area that is extremely clean, great amenity spaces for residents and beautiful apartments, check this place out! I rented a one bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. There is ongoing construction in the courtyard but it’s minimal and I’m just excited to use it once it’s done! Love it here!

This place is wonderful. I am moving in right before Christmas and I literally can’t wait. We are hosting a family Christmas party in the “chef inspired kitchen” (part of their amenities), which we will reserve through their online resident portal. They have so much to offer. This community is truly 5 Stars all around! I moved in last week and the building is amazing but the staff is even better! They are so responsive and happy to help! I had a minor issue with my washing machine, I called the leasing office and within minutes someone was at my door to fix the issue! William was very professional and fixed the issue with a smile on his face!

This place is great. Moved in a few weeks ago. Used the movie room the other night and it was great! Can’t beat it. Had one issue in my apartment but William fixed it within hours. Great staff

Loved the movie theatre and the gym was colossal with tons of state of the art equipment. Ended up leasing a 1br with a balcony. Taylor was very helpful and made the application process easy. Probably one of the nicest apartment buildings Ive toured. Really loved the set-up of the building and the apartment we looked at was amazing and so beautiful. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend going to see this place for yourself in person; you wont be sorry!

I am looking for an apartment with garage parking because of the cold winters and snow. This complex HAS that. Huge deciding factor for me, which no other place around here really has. Convenient side entrances as well near the garages. A+

I am moving from the Boston area back to Salem NH, since I am now working from home. This complex has a business center, conference room, e-lounge, AND built in desks in their apartments...what more could you ask for? This is definitely the new spot to be. Extremely impressed with the design of this place, it is very accommodating.

I walked in close to 6pm assuming to just get information as they probably wouldn’t give me a tour being so close to their closing time. When I walked in I was greeted by Taylor who immediately offered to take me on a tour. I was so thrilled to actually get to see the community. I ended up falling in love with one apartment and taylor helped me complete the application online. I was blown away by the customer service and cannot wait to move in!

Hanover Tuscan Village is a great new facility here in Salem, NH. I’ve grown up in Salem and remember the horse races here and I’m so happy to see what Hanover has done to the land. I was taken on a tour by Taylor who was so wonderful and helpful. She helped me rent a garage for my car and I’m very happy with my apartment choice.

This building is unreal. I did some research online before touring and I was a little skeptical of the price but I decided to tour anyway and I’m so glad I did! They have a beautiful lobby area with couches and a fireplace, the fitness center has every piece of equipment you could want and is available 24/7, they have a conference room that you can reserve for free and a clubhouse with a kitchen, tv, seating area, etc. and they will have a beautiful courtyard with pool and grills. My favorite amenity by far is the movie theatre which you can also reserve for free!!!! (football here I come!) The apartments themselves are very modern and thoughtfully designed. I loved the apartment with the built in desk as I do work from home. Overall I was extremely impressed with this building and happy I stopped by.

Even though the construction isnt fully finished, I can already see why the demand for these apartments is so high. The interior and exterior of these apartments is unbelievable, something you would see in the city. My family is very happy here, so thank you Hanover!

Really enjoyed visiting these apartments today. Not only was I surprised about how much they offered, but the service was amazing. I was introduced to each leasing agent, and was given a detailed tour by Zachary. I was blown away by the luxurious atmosphere.

After growing up near the old horse track, I never thought anything could replace the empty land. Well...I thought wrong. These Hanover apartments are the highest quality apartment homes that I have ever seen. Nothing in the area resembles them, which is why I love them so much. The Tuscan Village is going to be the next best thing.

We toured this beautiful facility and were impressed with almost everything except the parking. These developers expect people to park their cars outside (or in $300 a month detached garages) and carry their groceries and other things through a lot into their apartment building. Most new upscale places like this closer to Boston (with similar rents) have garages attached so you dont need to walk out in the weather but this place was built more like a suburban hotel than a residence. No way we would pay the kind of rents they are asking to live in a place without covered parking attached to the building. So it is not for us. I wish them well but they certainly blew the design, in my humble opinion.

I have to complain about them doing work before 9 am next to my window like every week. I’ve been here for 6 months and still had to complain this.

I was very impressed with my visit to the Hanover Tuscan Village. As soon as I arrived, Zack greeted me at the door and welcomed me in. The tour was spectacular, starting with the amenities, model bedrooms, and then the 5th floor vacant apartment views. This is a brand new building, definitely the luxury lifestyle.

The building is brand new and the staff are all top notch! Moved in 2 weeks ago and no issues! Tons of parking, amenities are awesome, the apartments are extremely nice. If you are looking in Salem, check this place out!

All I can say is WOW! I toured this community yesterday, and its STUNNING to say the least. Best amenities in southern NH by far. Huge shoutout to Emma 👍🏻 She was fantastic!!
