The staff is so friendly and informative. It is what we are looking for with location. We are excited for the pool to reopen and love that the staff is so involved in how our experience is, never had that before. Highly recommended on basis of the staff alone.

Special thanks to the office team for working so hard through this crazy situation with the weather. We appreciate the hard work youre putting in right now. Half the community is still needing power and they continue to work with PGE to get it resolved.Keep up the great work!

I have resided here for 3+ years now. Everything was great until they let a 3rd floor neighbor have an 80lb dog above us. I havent complained about the neighbor as I dont think its her fault. Why would any property management company alienate its residents this way?

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and were some of the very first tenants. We love it here. Great neighbors, apartment staff, and maintenance staff. We feel very safe here. Its an easy place to live.

If I could I would give zero stars, nobody in the office knows what they are doing. There are new office people every month who can not help you. Good luck getting your deposit back, they sent me a letter saying how much I get back but with no check attached. They can’t figure out how to send a check in the mail now I guess. It’s been 2 months and still no resolve after calling every week. We got charged fees for warranty work that was done poorly. I enjoyed living in my apartment but the office staff is horrible, and move out/deposit experience is even worse.

Unfortunately living at the Fairway was very unpleasant. Constant change in management (not the company but the people) these apartments are fairly new and always have issues and in need of what they call WARRANTY WORK. Someone is always entering your home, with a notice of course. But after living at these apartments for only 12 months it was ridiculous the amount of issues or lack of privacy due to companies constantly entering your home. I have had my share of living at different properties and this place has many issues. Walls are very thin and noise control was a HUGE ISSUE. Parking rules need to be a bit more strict as it is ridiculous how many of my neighbors have VARIES of cars and if you did not have an assigned spot it was very difficult to find a spot or you would have to park on the street. I wish they had a stricter policy, perhaps 1 car per adult as I had many neighbors with multiple vehicles. I also had issues with Claire who I am so happy she no longer works at the facility but I would discuss issues, such as dog feces constantly not being picked up, dog control or trash all over the facility and nothing was done. I also wish the facility has more strict rules about dog control as I had a neighbor who had a very mean dog and the owners had no control of him. Was always on leash but tried to attack people and many times got chocked by his leash and had a constant barking issue. He was very aggressive as it was hard for me to even pass them when in the parking lot or simply outside my complex because he would charge towards ANYONE or other animals. The nice part about living here was how close to i5 and commercial st. I didnt live in the main area but in the additional newer apartments toward the back so it was less noisy but it was rough because I felt as managment didnt notice much of the things that went on. Overall the apartments inside are very modern, great style and spacious. It is nice they had a pool, AC, gym and area for entertainment if needed

We love living at The Fairway! The staff is great - always willing to help and they know us by name. The apartments are beautiful with lots of upgraded amenities. We love going to the fitness center and look forward to using the pool again when the weather is better. The location is excellent and we couldnt be happier with out choice!

Called the office so many times, left voicemails and sent emails, NEVER received a call or anything back. Beautiful apartments but such horrible management.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I have never in my life seen an apartment complex run so inefficiently. The list of issues that we had during our 14 month lease goes on so long, id run out of room. The ever-changing staff that occupies the fairway office is mediocre at best minus 1 or 2 people that were actually genuinely helpful. The amount of unprofessionalism that I had to deal with was tragic.Cheaply built apartments, basically garbage material made to look nice and high end. Paper thin walls, every little appliance having a “warranty” issue because investing in decent appliances isn’t their bag apparently. We had one of our vehicles stolen from the parking lot, and two other instances of our cars getting BROKEN INTO, and the fairway did NOTHING about installing cameras or getting any sort of surveillance even though several people had their vehicles messed with in some way and insisted something be done. So If you wanna live somewhere for security & safety, the fairways not it. The day we moved in, we discovered the construction company fairway hired to complete the units BUILT OUR BUILDING BACKWARDS, and REFUSED to let us move into our actual unit we had already leased and signed for because people were already moving into the unit that is supposed to be OURS (there was a major square foot difference from our original unit & the one they wanted to stick us in) so naturally we want the unit we are SUPPOSED to get which is now on the opposite side of the building and quickly becoming occupied with another tenants things who are clearly not upset about the mess up. They originally wanted to offer no compensation, and wanted us to just shut up and move in or be put on a wait list. We finally were offered some compensation after HOURS of phone calls from our parents, any other adult we could involve that they might take seriously (because they were not taking any of us, the actual TENANTS seriously because of our age). Since that first awful move in day, it’s been nothing but hell since. It’s truly sad how money hungry & selfish this company is. I really hope people heed the warnings of the other negative reviews so that someone else doesn’t waste time & money on a complex that doesn’t care about them or their safety.

I would give them negative 2 stars if I could!!! Horrible management and very inefficient staff. They had workers come in to do dry wall and they messed up our walls, then we asked maintenance to fix it and they never came even months later. We got charged for their mistakes when we moved out! 😡After moving out still havent received our deposit and its been 2 months!!!

We loved living at this place until my boyfriends bike got stolen after receiving a notice from the apartments saying we needed to remove it from the balcony. It was safe for 3 months on the balcony until they gave us this notice and with less than a week or two and it was gone!! They lack security here and dont even care that it has been stolen. No compensation either. What is the point of having a balcony if we cant place anything on it? This was his only transportation and now he gets left with nothing. So disappointed.

I love my new apartment so much. Its roomy and cozy and warm. The neighbors are quiet and respectful and friendly. The office staff are great too very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Fairway apartments.

These apartments are basically brand new and beatlutiful inside. Granite countertops and new kitchen appliances. They are conveniently located near the on ramp to I-5 south and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool was great in the summer and the workout room has very generous hours.Here are some cons: the walls are thin. If you have neighbors who have dogs, you will hear them barking. Especially in a 1 bedroom where you are “landlocked” by and share walls with 4 other apartments. Also, the cell phone service in the apartments is terrible. I have at&t and could only have phone calls when I was on my balcony. I know this isn’t the property company’s responsibility, but it was certainly a downfall of living there.In all, I would recommend living here. The pros did outweigh the cons when I lived there.

I really enjoy the location of The Fairway. Quiet environment! The large outdoor pool is a great plus. Spacious layouts. Dog friendly.

The Fairway apt .,.. are lovely they are clean and family freindly and pet freindy enviornment, safe and close to everything school, stores, bus, parks, gym... it is an ideal to start a family in these upscale units and area, ..

My husband and I were excited for our move to the Fairway. We placed a $500 deposit to pre-lease a two bedroom apartment. We were notified the move-in date was going to be delayed due to construction setbacks. The new move-in date was not going to work for our family. The leasing staff was very nice and offered to move our deposit to a three bedroom, even though there was a waitlist. We were told the apartment was on the first floor, which is what we wanted. Our initial reservation was a third floor apartment for the privacy. However, we decided it was too much to haul the babies up three flights of stairs. My husband and I drove by the complex one weekend to see where our new home was located. We realized the apartment was on the second floor. I contacted the leasing office the next day and their response was that they didnt think the floor was a big deal. Im pretty sure most people have a preference on which floor they will be living on, and we did not want the second floor. We decided not to move forward with the apartment, due to a lack of availability of the remaining apartments. We asked for our deposit back and the leasing staff denied us. They stated it was due to the fact that they had to take the apartments off the market and spend time marketing them again. First, the apartments were not even available for move-in. Second, the apartments had a waitlist, so I imagine there wasnt much marketing to be done. These apartments are in high demand, and they are not having any problems leasing them. Overall, we did not have a great experience with the Fairway. A word of advise...be careful leaving a pre-lease deposit. You most likely will not get it back, even if the mishaps are on their end.
