Adam was fantastic in helping us find the best vacuum for our above ground pool.

First let me say that Andrew was super patient, knowledgeable, and informative. We recently adopted a rather large hot tub, and knew not where to begin. After a few minutes talking to Andrew, we became spa experts. He tested our water (for free) gave us recommendations on chemicals needed, and walked us through the next few weeks of care. I will ONLY return here for ALL our future needs, both chemical and advice. Were about to hop in for the first time and cant wait! I highly recommend this place, and if I didnt say it before, ask for ANDREW!

So completely disappointed me and my kids went last week to this Leslies pool place to pick up filters I called they said they had it but when I got there they supposedly did not have it they didnt check the back they did they do anything and on top of that I waited in line for over 20 minutes as they proceed to keep taking gentleman in front of us and behind us letting them cut us without even asking if we needed any help didnt even greet us when we walked into the store nothing stood in line for 20 minutes as they called these men up to the counter and when I said excuse me youre cutting us or its our turn weve been waiting we got completely ignored so rude so disappointed and especially the fact that I bought filters and everything from the store when I first met him I pull up I did nothing but only go to Leslies Pool Place on Pacific so rude

Came into Leslie Pool in Natomas expecting to have to order a new “O” ring for my Hayward filter. Dennis looked at my “O” ring and said it was in great shape and I needed to grease it and put it back in and it should be fine. I greased it and put it back in and it’s running great with no leaks. I so appreciated the integrity of Leslie Pools employee Dennis...he made a small sale of the grease in lieu of a new ‘O’ ring but made a new customer and my gratitude. Thank you!!

Rating update. New manager fouled up my sweeper order, I could have ordered it only and got it in 3 days. It was two weeks late, no confirmation email, no apology given.

If you visit the Natoms store ask for Mike not sure if he is the manager, but he should be. This guy is awesome very knowledgeable, patient and doesnt up sale the product. Mike sells you what you need to maintain a good looking pool or product for the not so nice looking pool Ive been on both sides. This is my first summer with a pool. I thought I could go the cheapest way, it didnt work out so well. So I ended up at Leslies pool supplies, which I should have done 1st. With in two days my pools water looks like a pool on a magazine, thanks to Mike. 4 days total my family is enjoying a nice looking pool again.

They have no idea how to apply for financing, went in there 3 times starting at the beginning of May still have not received our credit card to be able to order a pool, not only are they on back order but we missed the sale and the percentage off.....they have no idea of what they are doing!!!!

This place has everything that we need, but the staff is very busy and it is tough to get their time to answer our questions.
