My roommates just remodeled their pool. J&F did an awesome job! From the first of three crews to the last that came, all were very friendly, professional, on time, very competent and worked so hard and quickly too. They cleaned up like they were never there. A pleasure to work with from start to finish. They installed our new pool just the way we wanted (bringing our dream into reality). They walked us through every step of the way, when the materials would be delivered, what time the crew would be arriving, etc. They made sure we were in the loop for the entire duration. The new pool looks terrific! I am satisfied with the pool contractors work and highly recommend them!

J & F pools is the best in the valley! Their staff was professional, reliable, and walked us through every part of the process, so wed know what to expect. They completely re-did our 35-year-old pool and added our dream spa! Their works is beautiful, and we will use it and recommend them for years to come!

This team was so professional ! Reasonable ! We had our pool replastered and a sun deck build in. They did a beautiful job. During the raining season at that. They check on the pool almost everyday waiting for no wind no rain and the sun to come out. The owner Steve listens to your needs and wants, and he delivers ! Very happy and satisfied with this company !

STAY AWAY! Our pool looked worse within days after J&F replastered our pool with quartz last year. We had a horrible experience with them! It only looked good for a couple days then immediately started to have spots, streaks, calcium build-up, molting (within the first week) We had them out several times over many months to see how terrible it looked until finally they refused to come out and they blamed everything on us (Frank was very aggressive with me over the phone) I’ve done my research and it is due to the plaster they used and how it was mixed but they have refused any responsibility. For the start-up we went with their recommended start-up person, followed all the brushing, chemicals, even installed new pool equipment etc. Now a year later we have hired someone, for more $$$$, to do an acid bath and power wash. So far it looks 100% better and I am hopeful it will fix this year long fiasco. The company we hired told us J&F should have done an acid wash on day 3 and it was never done and could have prevented all of this.

They did great job replastering our pool. had an issue with some spots and owner came out and fixed it and said just call if any more problems. nice people!

I was told for months (actually since fall 2017) that they would handle my spa re-plastering needs. Missed first scheduled job date (May 30th, 2018) from there just trying to communicate seemed like pulling teeth, un-answered phone calls, promised call backs by the owner that never happened, minimal response via email and when I did get a response I hardly ever spoke to the same person consistently. July 11th, 2018 Middle of busy season when no else is available to help you I was finally told via a email (not even a phone call after all the back and forth) that they were declining my work. After 6 months being assured, I get dropped like that??? If I was a business owner / property manager I would not put too much faith in this company to take care of your business needs.To say the least I am very disappointed and have now failed my guests / owners due to taking their word / promise.
