I had the same experience as the previous reviewer UT Fong... so I felt the need to repost his/her words as my own.The staff here at All Clear Pool and Spa knows what theyre talking about. I used to go to Leslies, asked their staff and spent tons of money to buy all unnecessary chemicals to maintain my pool, still my pool was never cleared up. The staff at Leslies had no idea what they were talking about. After talking to staff here at All Clear, they just recommended me to shock 4x the amount I usually do to maintain my pool. I just used 2x the chemicals from All Clear, and my pool turned blue right away. No extra chemicals. Plus, they are cheaper than Leslies. Im glad I made the switch. Me too!

Where the Pros Go. Glad I found All Clear. The chain company cant compete.Thank you and see you next week.

Lack of customer service and co-owner Linda seems not to care and direct issues to elk grove location. Pool service is terrible and they blame their new employees with lack of experience. Would not recommend for pool service. Owner of elk grove location more friendly and willing to listen and help solve the issues..

Bart was an awesome help. I did not feel rushed, unnoticed. And or like my pool concern didnt matter. He helped me for more than 30 minutes with researching on Google while trying to find the right size filter for my pool canister. YES it was alot of work, but he pulled it off. Im beyond thankful that he took his time to assist me today. My children have been wanting to go swimming and having to tell them NO because of the dirty pool has been hard.. So to wrap it up he found the pool filters which are at the elk grove store and he will be picking them up for me tomorrow yaaayyyy. I would totally reccomend this store for great services, products, and prices .. THANK YOU AGAIN BART

Got some good information about pool pumps. Very helpful.

Do NOT have equipment worked on here! My sweep was getting stuck in certain areas around the pool so I took it in. They advised I needed new hose along with a few other repairs. I went ahead with what the suggested but am worse off now than before! Now the sweep gets tangled after a few minutes of being on. I took it back they said the valve was too far so they cut some of the new hose they just had me pay for and said i needed some parts so i had to pay even more. When i took it home the part they worked on had a slice in the hose so again i had to take it back. Picked it up and put it in the pool and it still got tangled!! I have had to take it back 4 times to have them fix it and apparently they still cant get it right! I give up I will take it to Leslies!!! Never going here again!!!

Needed two gaskets for my spa motor. Checked a couple of places around town, nobody had them. Called ahead, and they verified they had them in stock. Had them waiting for me at the counter.

If you have any pool problems, I am highly recommend that you come here to talk to Bob. His is very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman.
