This is my first ever review because I do not like doing reviews but this time I honestly strongly felt the need to speak my mind. I went to this nail salon for the first time on Monday and I will never go back after today. For my birthday I went here because my normal nail salon was closed and this place had good reviews. I showed this lady exactly what I wanted and she made it very clear that it would be $45 for EVERYTHING I wanted. While she was shaping and prepping my nails she cut me three times with these nail clippers, which hurt quite a bit, but she apologized each time. Finally, when she gets to painting my nails after spending a really long time applying the powder to my nails. She paints my nails with the first color of my choice and she rushed through it because I guess there were customers waiting, so some of my nails were lumpy and missing paint spots. Right when she gets ready to paint my nails with glitter, she out of no where raises the price to $50 even though she said $45 multiple times before we even started. I would’ve been fine paying the extra 5 but she was doing such a terrible job, so I definitely did not want to pay for such terrible service. Because the nails looked terrible I walked in the next day and explained everything to two other employees and they had the nerve to try to charge me $10 to fix THEIR mistakes. Every nail salon I’ve ever been to has had the policy that they fix any and all mistakes on their part for free. In the end, I agreed to only pay $5 and they only made my nails look a little bit better. Overall, my birthday nails were a complete disappointment and I’m never coming back unless I get a refund for everything.

4 stars for service. Thanks for getting me and 4 others in quickly.... however I feel like the quality of the manicure was lacking. I could have done this at home. Staff was nice though.

Love the way Vicky does my nails she is the only one that I allow to do my nails. But, lets not forget Eddie his hands are outstanding when it comes to Pedicures.

I liked this place was my first time and was helped by an older gentleman who did a great job!

Super busy which took away from my manicure because she kept stopping to greet, sit others down, and take phone calls.

I have gone a few times. They have made updates for covid. The work is pretty good. They listen, they dont give attitude. They allow for different type of payments. Only thing is that the nails easily comes off so i have to tell them to use more glue. But really nice ppl.

They did a really good job. Me and my sisters called after hours and they were willing to wait for us. When we got there they did an amazing job, they didnt rush it even though they were past closing time. Highly recommend them

They take really good care of me and my hubby here. Lots of guys and gals go here for paws and claws. They are really nice, clean and attentive. They do a great job on nails. Its also one of the more laid back and friendly shops. The customers engage in conversations with each other and the is a lot of smiles and chatter amongst everyone. I recommend them, highly.

They were open late on a sunday which was nice, but I was very unhappy with the outcome...I said square square and got round round!

This nail place is right up the street from my house so whenever I cant get in somewhere else its basically like my last resort the work that they do is decent sometimes they do Rush but I think it just depends on who you get with now there is one or two people that do nails really good that have been there for a long time but I cant remember their name but I do know what they look like and you usually have to make an appointment with them the other thing that I dont like which Im sure goes on and every nail shop or majority of nail shops is there always talking about people and of course you know theyre talking about folks because they speak in their language and the way that theyre looking at the end of visual I feel like you dont have to speak that language to know when someone is talking about you but other than that its cool I guess

I havent been going here for very long. I just recently returned since the the AMAZING WOMAN who has been doing my nails for the past 10+ yrs. is working there now. I used to go there before to Peter, until I found Kim who was across the street at Venus Nails. So far the new owners have made everything seem pretty good! Theyre all very nice! The shop is very clean. The reason I gave it a 3 is havet been going

Tami is the best technician bar none! I like my nails a particular way and she ALWAYS delivers! If you want a thin natural looking nail.... Tami delivers!

Nails look like my 12 year old daughter did them. Lady cut my finger while tryna get the glue from underneath my nails. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because there was no waiting. Got my toes done at the same time and they cut the nails uneven. Will never go back there. Plus they dont even talk to you except about the prices.

Sacto Nails is my favorite place to get my pedicures. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. They just updated the salon with new chairs, stations, and decor. Its gorgeous!

I go here for my pedis all the time. Theyre nice. Theyre gentle. Theyre thorough. As long as I live here I will go to sacto nails.

Update... today was the first time I’ve been since they had to move their operations outside. I was a bit apprehensive that it wouldn’t be the same relaxing experience, but it was amazing! Obviously, they can’t move all those big massage chairs outside, but I was sat in a very comfortable chair that had been sanitized. They have portable foot baths so I still enjoyed all of the warm and bubbly foot spa experience. It was the first time I saw Py for my pedi and he was very thorough with cuticles and smoothing rough spots as well as giving the most amazing scrub/lotion/hot rock massage. There was a gentle breeze out and I enjoyed being outdoors! I saw lots of sanitizing and social distancing and safety precautions. I have to rephrase my previous comment to state the ladies and gentlemen here are the best!Original: Great salon! Very relaxing atmosphere. The ladies are always friendly and professional. My mani/pedi never feels rushed and comes out looking beautiful!

Kim is the best and took her time she went overtime since it Sunday my nails have never looked the best

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. If I had option I would give 0 star.Highly NOT recommend this place to anyone.First day 2 my pinky nail chipped, then less then 2 weeks; in a week and half my middle finger nail broke/ came off.Went to fix it, the lady was very rude and she was keep talking in her own language. Felt very uncomfortable. While she was fixing my nail she told me I need filling done on all my nails, so I agree. Charged me $30. Little pricey but I was rush so had no choice. And while she was doing my nails I try to tell her you are hurt me but it seems like she did not care. Felt she was ignoring me and was counting talking in her own language to other employees. Very bad customer service.Will NEVER go back again.************************************************
