Great salon have been going to Van for years and I always have an appointment. For the person who complained of waiting she might try calling ahead and making an appointment. Love the shop.

FIRST AND LAST TIME IM GOING IN!!!! I went in today with my sister and there were 2 people already getting their nails done when we walk in..they ask how they can help us and i clearly say “WE want to get our nails done” they one finished up pretty quickly and helps me out so my sister is still waiting when another person comes in...then the other lady finishes but instead of helping my sister she helps the other customer just because i guess she’s a regular which I thought was rude af....the lady doing my nails (second chair from the door) was friendly but only knows how to do basic nails if that...I asked for a coffin shape and a long length and she cut them short and didn’t even do a coffin shape it was more of a reduced square shape and when I told her she just looked at me and Kept working and I hate short nails and they are extremely thin I would definitely not recommend they already have their clients and prefer their regulars over new people

I went in to get a full set on Friday today is Sunday I paid extra for gel full set verse just doing fiber glass I paid 50$ my nails has chipped at the bottom and I have had 3 nails come all the way off and I havs my nails done for the last 6 months so I know it’s not me being to hard on them im going to be Calling them tmr hopefully they can get it fixed because 50 got the quality I got is ridiculous
