This happens Second time now!!.. they don’t value your time. I had walk-in for getting nails. They have me wait for hours and then tells me to come back and schedule appointment. Don’t waste your clients time if you cannot do their nails for that time you promise and have them wait. And when we do have appointment regardless they run late and have us wait for hours. This is ridiculous wasting clients time. I will never use or recommend anyone to go there ..

I had a gel dip on my natural nails. Horrible job, 2 days later and Im going to have to go to another shop. They are already chipped and my nails are super flimsy.. Will definitely not be going back.

Wow.... After being a loyal customer here for over a year, I was thrown out of the store, called ghetto, and refused a refund for the terrible eyelash extensions I got. They were applied with my eye held open the entire time, and to the underside of the lash and mostly just to the skin. Not only did they look really bad, the glue only lasted three days before all the lashes fell out completely. I followed all aftercare instructions that I found online. We were refused to be shown a license for the procedure Kathy performed. I loved this place. I forgave that sometimes the nails fell off within a week. I was loyal and recommended them to everyone. And this is how they treated me. Even after I showed them pictures with timestamps. It has been confirmed by multiple real professionals that this was done entirely wrong and unsanitarily and could have ended even worse. Shady AF. Learn from my mistake... Dont get your eyelashes done here

I am new to the Natomas area and needed a new salon. I was very hesitant about trying a random new shop that I didnt have time to check out reviews on. Summer gave me a pedicure and a gel manicure. She did an amazing job!!! 💅🏽 She is very professional and sweet. The shop was clean, quiet and peaceful. I will definitely return, Summer youre my new nail tech!

They completely rushed through. I asked for a 3d design and it looked sloppy. I asked for some bling and it was off center and they tried to blame the size of my nail. I called ahead and they said to walk in and then they made me wait almost an hour to spend 10 minutes with me. Dont waste your time or money they still charged me $25 for garbage.

Kaylin was very friendly and personable, staff was also friendly. The location was clean and inviting. I have been searching for a place that does liquid gel nails; Kaylin took her time and was thorough, there were no mistakes and I loved the outcome. I would highly recommend this location.

They did a very poor job on my ombré nails. The place was crowded and the workers don’t care for you and are in a hurry. I waited 2 hours and paid $40 for a very bad job. Do not recommend.

Completely rushed the job and gave me NOTHING that i asked for except the color of the polish. They all rushed to go home and cared nothing about the quality. Three different nail techs passed my hand around like a damn doll. IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR, I WOULD... NO GOOD😡😡😡

Came in to get a shellac manicure and he was doing a good job until another customer came in then he began to rush and did a horrible job. Got polish all over my cuticles and literally gave me a 21 second hand massage. I was not impressed at all
