Living here has been great! I love living here! The families are nice, it is so quiet here, no noise but yet everyone is friendly and very respectful of each other and I love that. The amenities are wonderful and always unkept and I love that! The front office staff is great especially Ronna she is so super awesome and so great full for her working here we appreciate her so much! They have great programs for the pets and they take care of you and the pets. They always having a community outing that is awesome to bring together our community and get to mingle with one another. They always have food trucks come out to support them and us to support them! Living here is great and I’m so glad I can continue to live here and be happy! They are a great community to live in!

So blessed to have walked into this place I was so broken down by all the places I have gone. Carmel point was the first one that treated me like I was garbage didnt even want to help me cause the color of my skin then I come to here and I get treated like a human I cant express how blessed that feeling was Ronna helped me through the whole application process not judging me and I explain to her all I been through she understand I am just humen too carmel point dont go there

We just moved in and so far, we love it here. The place is so peaceful & quiet and very pet-friendly. They are one of the few properties that accept big dogs. The management, Ronna, in particular, was so amazing. She assisted us from the very beginning, answered all our questions and made our move very easy. She was considerate, always available and responsive. She made the entire transaction very easy and convenient for us. Definitely has great customer service skills.

If you are looking for a nice place to live just stop here. No need to look around! Hidden Lakes is amazing and I have been happy to call it home for the past two years. With the great amenities and the beautiful little lake on the property and everyone is so friendly. The management team is amazing and they hold fun events or nice small things to show appreciation like candy on your door or Taco Tuesdays. Unfortunately I am moving for work so will suck to say goodbye but if I ever come back to Sac I know I’ll be living at Hidden Lake. Hopes this helps anyone looking for a new place to live

The maintenance crew and staff are second to none. The people that run and operate this complex are amazingly helpful and a pleasure to work with. This is a great place to call home.

We lived here for three years, and enjoyed it very much. Super thoughtful and helpful staff and maintenance who are all on-site and available. It was a nice and quiet place to live, and the new ducklings each spring were adorable. The pools were wonderful. Well miss it!

I came to Hidden Lake to look at apartments over a month ago. I was able to get an apartment and throughout the application process and to move in, Ronna has made the experience so easy and seamless. Lots of communication, which was nice. On move-in day, Ronna was ready for me and had all the final paperwork and keys ready. The apartment is beautiful and has lots of space! I love being here!!

Im currently leasing from my third Sequoia location and couldnt imagine going anywhere Sequoia properties arent. My first experience was at Hidden Lake where I was blown away by Community Manager Pastoras professionalism, intelligence and care for the quality of the experience. My home was very comfortable, spacious, clean and secure with ample parking and fast maintenance follow through. Would highly recommend this property- truly a gem.

Great apartment complex with amazing staff. The office is always helpful, the maintenance team is quick, responsive, and gets things fixed right away. I have been living here for 7 months now and had to write a review after submitting a work request and having it answered and resolved the same day. On top of that, the neighborhood is nice, the lakes and pools are fun, the grounds are well cared for, and I love my one bedroom apartment here.

I cant begin to say enough about the staff at Hidden Lake. Cute neighborhood, the grounds are gorgeous and well kept, but the management and the maintenance teams are the true gems. I was nervous about moving into an apartment after owning my own place for so many years but they made this such a pleasant experience!!

The management and maintenance staff here are amazing! They are so upbeat and personable, I swear they are my favorite people. Not only do they respond to service calls quickly, they seem to be very proactive in the prevention of such calls.Located right off the highway which is extremely convenient, yet very quiet and peaceful, which you don’t often get, being so close to a major roadway.The ducks along with a large pond running through the middle of the complex is an added bonus that you just don’t often see in multi-family living type communities.I would absolutely give them more stars if I could.

Hidden Lake was a lovely community to live in. While I was here just over a year, I had zero issues or problems. Everyone in this community has proven to be quiet, respectable, and caring individuals. Even the office staff (Ashley, Neal), and maintenance crews (Anthony), have been so caring. I wish I could stay, but Ive since moved. I felt at home here at Hidden Lake - and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice area to live in. I know here in Sacramento there are lots of options, but I can say with certainty that Hidden Lake is a community you will feel good to call home. A+.

I really love the staff here at Hidden Lake. No matter how busy they are they stop and take time to help you. The community is well kept and quiet. The atmosphere is tranquil with lots of ducks and squirrels roaming around. Also beautiful water landscapes of a lake ambiance. Very pet friendly. My dog has so many friends she sees on our walks she loves it here too. Plus the office has dog treats. Lastly amazing maintenance crew who fix request in a quick and efficient manner.

Ive been living here for over 4 years now and LOVE it! The staff is very friendly, helpful and always so personable. The community is in a great area where everything is accessible and the property is well kept. What I love most about this property is that I am expecting my first baby soon and I totally look forward to raising her here. Everyone that lives in the area are so friendly and I love the activities that the staff arranges for the residents and their families. I havent participated in many due to work, but now with the little one on its way, I look forward to her meeting her neighbors (especially this Halloween!).

Great place to live. The staff are very nice and responsive. Maintenance team is always available when we needed them. I only left because I had to find another place closer to my work. I recommend it to everyone. Thank You Brittany and Sandy for all your help.

Hidden Gem of SacramentoWe just relocated from the Bay Area and were thrilled with the condo at Hidden Lake! The Office Staff and Maintenance Staff (Big Jose and Little Jose) exceeded our highest expectations. From the first day we began our apt search we were made to feel welcome. Upon signing our least and beginning our move in, our every need was met and our expectations exceeded. The little minor details were dealt with immediately and we couldnt be more thrilled. We have already met a very welcoming group of neighbors, who have made us feel at home. Sandy, Brittany and Christine in the office, have gone out of their way to help us make this move as smooth as possible and continue to make sure we are having the best move in possible. We are so happy we chose Hidden Lake and look forward to many years as residents in this wonderful community!!

Great place and amazing territory. We lived here for a year and would stay longer, but I had to move closer to my job. Management is very nice and helpfull. I defiantly recommend this place!
