Recently HOA changed and as residential members of this living community we were hopefully it would be beneficial, but that was not the case what so ever. The new HOA not only raised the price on all residential’s living here, but they have also proven themselves to be slow, unhelpful, and unsupportive. The gate entrance was broken for about 2 or 3 months and they decided to leave the broken gate on the side floor. HOA has declined supporting us and continues to refuse assisting us regarding our property being vandalized for months! On the other hand, HOA goes around asking its residence to move or remove things from there porch or the balcony (pitty stuff). For what it’s worth, HOA sucks, they are useless, and I continue to plea the 2nd amendment.

Lived in this complex for 4 years & 2 different units. The first 2 years I lived here I loved it! Until I moved into a different unit. Right next door to the president of the HOA(apt 257) who was a real piece of work. Smoked cigarettes right in front of my door & the smelled would come into my home. Once I brought my NEWBORN baby home from the hospital, we asked her nicely if she could at least smoke on her balcony further away from our door. She refused. Different people in and out of her unit at all hours of the night. So loud and disrespectful. Disgusting human being. There was nothing we could do since she was the president of the HOA except move. Such a bummer bc I really did love living here but it definitely went downhill. Not a good surrounding area and they do not hire good security. Car was broken into TWICE while living here. This place sucks. The actual condos arent bad but the HOA is a nightmare. We were abruptly told one day before this happened. We were given a letter stating that due to rain our porch would have to be replaced due to dry rot and that we would not have access to our home from 8am-4pm anytime throughout the repairs and they didnt know how long it would take -- WTFFF. So my boyfriend and I had to schedule our work around this time frame for MANY DAYS. This took over a week. Once those repairs were done and they had destroyed the interior drywall from hitting the walls so hard, we had to call to have the inside repaired as well. After all of this, the HOA refused compensation for the inconvenience of us moving our working schedules, and not have any use of our porch. We are now getting lawyers involved of course because they will not get away with this. I cant wait to get out of this place! BEWARE
