First: 75% of the items purchased do not work. Especially the electronics. This location and Elk Grove location often sell broken non working items. Customer Service Rep Sahara Hawthorne not only falsified information in the companies internal files accusing my pick up person of theft and broadcasting throughout the companies different locations she accused me of being dead from breast cancer. When she was confronted she bold face lied and denied entering the slanderous information into the company internal files getting other locations to black ball me. After spending over $20,000 in the past year at this location and this businesses incompetent warehouse workers giving my driver someone elses items along with mine which by the way were kindly returned the following morning Sahara decides to notify all other locations that my driver walked into the warehouse and took the items and that I am dead from breast cancer. Outrageous and completely absurd I was already done with this location because of the horrible service but this Sahara Hawthorne is a complete liar falsifying information in order to justify her employees mistakes. Done and over with this place.I forgot to mention that when I was paying with cash was told my hundred dollar bills were to old and they wouldnt accept had to drive to mcdonalds and cash them. Ridiculous rules made up on site.Also was told that they could not take cash payments after 5pm. There is nothing in their rules stating this and I am sure the lazy counterperson just didnt want to be troubled with the deal.

They hire incompetent people, they destroyed my items multiple times. This individual used the jack to lift the table up and cracked the top. Instead of lifting the whole pallet up he lifted up the table by the top with the edge of the powered pallet jack. I honestly felt like punching the guy!

You either get a really good deal, or an item that doesnt work.. Measure your risks properly! Good luck

Very slow service. Look forward to waiting 45-60 min. Even with 3-4 workers. Workers could be heard on back just chatting. But I do have to say that they are friendly and welcoming.

RL liquidators online bidding is a outstanding hidden treasure. For me it was discovered by exploring an area while getting my windshield replaced. For people I know and people I meet I refer them to RL liquidators. Ive save $$$ while have fun. You to can join me and others to bid on products. Bid, pay, pick up your product.

Kind of sketchy to deal with

Shady business practice. First experience with them(thus branch). Won something at an auction, drove there, paid, got nothing instead because, guess what, my product was given to someone else, a day before. Probably last time when I am bidding here too.

Great prices but be careful, Ive had to make the trip to pick up my purchases just to get it home to throw in my garbage can. Nothing is guaranteed. Also I put a credit card on file on the site that I dont use very much. It got used at a lot of online stores. Thank goodness my card security caught it.

A great way to save money. Youve got to be careful about what your bidding on they expect you to go down and examine which destroys the concept of an online auction. They are extremely careless in the quality of the photos they take of the items. Ive brought this up to management several times and it just shows that they really dont care. Which is really too bad because it is a great way to save money.Its been almost a year since my original post, Ive removed a star the amount of items with very poor quality pics and no model numbers has increased. Look for a different auction website in Sacramento.

BIDRL does a poor job of social distancing. Price manytimes are not that cheap. Staff does an ok job of customer service but they take a long time to retrieve items for pickup.

Most stuff is broken or missing parts. Front desk women is rude and should be doing something else behind the scenes.

Its super fun bidding but you really dont know if the item you are getting works or is all together. They do give you the option to go check the item out which is great, only if you live close to the warehouse that your item is in. The warehouses are in Sac and Modesto. So if you dont mind driving to check out something you might not even get, is all on you. But sometimes you get lucky and do get good items.

As for us truckers delivering cargo to this facility, they have very tight docks to back into theres barely no room to. Maneuver and the unloading process is slow

Photos of items are horrible and blurry. Photos at times do not represent the actual condition of an item. They always say please preview, but who is going to drive across town to preview a small item. Tools can be used and obviously broken but still sold. It is on both sides of the spectrum. I have purchased awesome items for a fraction of the cost and I have bought stuff that has gone right in to the dumpster.

You can get some pretty good deals but a lot of the times they are returns and can be broken. They dont offer any refunds so be sure to go look at what you want before you buy anything too expensive

Great at first..but I should have checked the items in person...I found out that a lot of items were missing parts and hardware.

Pictures are blurry, deceptive ads, sell mostly junk, damaged and defective items. Front desk young lady very disrespectful, she cant handle the job!

So I came in a few minutes after 5:30pm and they rightfully said they’re closed and can’t do anymore pulls. The following day I came back, arrived at 5:17pm just before they closed and I was told they stopped pulling furniture after 5:15pm. Great, I had to rush to get there before they close only for them to come up with a on-the-spot rule that they could not pull furniture after 5:15pm. This is why people snap and get loud in public. But I’m classier than that; I just hate Insensitive people.

Been doing BUSSINES with RL for over 4 years. There are some fantastic opportunities to get some very good deals but there are tricks to buying from an online auction . Best advice I could give is talk to an experienced buyer before jumping in . Most will be happy to share their knolagde .

It was Saturday, almost noon, busy and packed with customers, but the employees moved as quickly as one would have expected.

Interesting items, some people are just bidding too much for items.

Great deals but it is a gamble if the item works or the condition it will be in. The warehouse is big and clearly labeled and the pullers are friendly and will take things out to your car if they are not too busy.

People here are super nice and quick to get your order together. Best deals ever!

Ok place. They are very busy, but like with any auction their prices end up being higher then when buying new. But that is not their fault. The main problem is that their description and/or pictures of items is very lacking. Especially for electronic items: no serial or model numbers.
