Copart is sucks, just to preview 1 vehicle they charged $25. For no reason. I hope they reduce the fees. Otherwise they will lose customers. And Taking longer than before. This business totally sucks.

Copart morrison creek the front counter girl sofia rocks. She is fast and knows what shes doing. She is one of the best and she needs to be a manager. I have been coming to copart for years and i have seen alot of peoples work ethic hers is one of a kind. Hands down 5 stars she cares about the employees and always tries to help everyone

5 negative stars . Don’t go there with the car hauler! You’ll wait at least 5hours, no exceptions! Been there more than 15 times, always the same 4-5 hours.

Slow, poor customer service. Not by the 1 person at the counter but the fact they only had 1 most of the time. More effort is needed and more available customer assistance. I heard the one across the yard/next street down has their act together.

The customer service was lacking at this location. There was not enough staff working the front desk, and the two people who were working the front were very careless and disrespectful. It was remarkable how slowly the staff processed the long line of patrons that reached all the way to the front door. There was a clear lack of basic respect and I felt that our very simple request was mishandled and the time waited in line could have very easily been helped. I recommend if this location can at all be avoided, to do so.

By the time I got there to grab my personal belongings, my dewalt impacts was stolen, my ray ban sunglasses were gone, my LG headphones were gone along with 20$ cash. I asked the manager and all she told me was Tough Luck. This place is garbage ran by garbage people.

Holy cow, fantastic over the phone customer service. Just learned that this is not a dealer only auction and with a premier membership it’s still possible, with a little extra work, to get clean title cars, without having to be a dealer!

Such a ripped off!!! My husband purchased a car, the car was missing so many parts; incluiding the transmisión,muffles, and everything related to it. Its not the first time that this happend, they take photos where the actual damage is not show. The description primary damage was frond end, there was no secondary damage. It was also on sale as an insurance car, where now we know it was from a little cheap dealer. They should post it as an stripped car.

I only took possession of an RV that I had won on eBay from a Copart lot. The auction was not through them but they did have it stored and were very helpful in retrieving it. They seemed very professional and steered me in the right direction to get everything done. It went quicker and smoother than I thought it would. Excellent service.

The service desk personnel were not particularly friendly or helpful to me as a first time visitor. I was looking to purchase a Buy it Now vehicle but it turns out you need a business license and a sellers permit even if you are not intending to resell. They suggested a broker, but were not interested in assisting in that process other than directing me to their website.

Although the wait was a while, when I got up to the front desk there was an issue with the account I was paying through and I had a fussy toddler with me, the worker was very kind and patient with me. Let me make a few calls and come back to her no problem.

Sucks if you are a vehicle owner that has to come here and give your car last rights. But they make it as easy as possible here. While the line was a bit long, it moved quickly. They had my car pulled around in five minutes, and all of my personal belongings were already in a baggie ready to go. What more can you ask for? This place is like a car morgue. Its not a happy place, but it needs to exist.

The receptionist was very nice and I didnt have to wait too long on the comfortable waiting chairs. Even the forklift driver was very helpful loading my car when he brought it out.

They steal things from the cars

I totally agree with the other customer, I have been buying from copart for past 12 years and most of the time they dont take all the damage pictures so they can get more money for it and when I confronted the manager at Morrison creek Sacramento branch he acted like he was right he wont take the car back because we put it on the tow truck already, he said that he will charge me the delisting fee of $400 if I leave the car. And I told him that it was mis representative, he said no. I have to take the car, I think we as whole do some thing about it.

Rude, unprofessional staff who dont know whats going on. Talked to 3 people who couldnt even locate my information after my car was wrecked. They tried to blame the tow company for my car still being at the tow yard instead of at their yard getting the appraisal. My car was totaled out and i sent in my title to them so my insurance company can pay me so I can get a new car but 5 days later I have to call them again to ask them to do their job. They have had my title for over a week, I have no car and they still havent contacted my insurance. This place needs complete new management or to just be shut down. Most pathetic excuse for a business yet.

Salvage insurance auto auction. I was a long time buyer now 3 years later an employee. Had great wins and a few losses buying. Now I work with them and the top auto insurance companies in the nation. Great environment and lots of opportunities.

Guys working in the yard left me with unnecessary experiences $500 plus. Damaged my driveshaft, ripped my brake line and bended one shock when loading vehicle. Unprofessional employees who dont care about their work and also a bad management on managers side.

This place is a joke. At least ten employees just walk around and ignore fast growing line of frustrated customers. Bring your lunch with you most likely youll need it.

This place is scam they refuse to take pictures of Damage from close or hidden Damage behind Bumper Covers that are taped on car or just hanging. The dont take pictures from under cars they do this to get higher sales be careful. I bought 2 run an drives with rod Knocks was not listed mechanical place is a joke .

Worst Service Ever with Andrew Yard Manager. If i Could i would rate This Copart and Service Manager 0 out of 5 star. He stated that Vehicles are being sold As Is. If components on vehicles are taken by any body, Copart is not responsible. So if you purchase a vehicle and comes with Stereo and Runs, dont expect to have Keys or stereo on your vehicle. and copart will not be responsible.

They have some clean title cars but after you buy it they report ththe damages and your clean title becomes salvage after you transfer it your name. Some cars dont have available Carhistory because they sell them as clean title but on history shows TOTAL LOSS.Be aware!

Copart employees steal parts from vehicles to sell on the outside. They dont tell you whats missing and dont show pictures either. Bought a car that was missing a bunch of parts and found the guy selling the exact same parts on ebay. When I confronted the guy he deleted the items. They are not helpful at all.

After selling, i came to get my car back. I gave it away and it was perfect, clean, and looked brand new. But when i came back, it was damaged, the wheels were ripped apart like someone took a knife and cut it open.

Lost my payment (multiple money orders).. claimed we didnt pay for the vehicle when we had the receipts and the vehicle already! Forced us to get new money orders and cancel the old ones.. cancellation fee is $18 for each money order and they will not be able process the refunds for 20 days! Surprisingly copart paid for the moneygram cancellation fees.. but this is just ridiculous!!

A copart is a copart, usually is a long wait especially if you are trying to get a car out you will have to wait for hour +. Paying on avarsge takes 15-20min.

Only been here once with a friend it was alright but my main reason for my review is for the people complaining about damages ..... you’re buying from a auto auction what more do you expect .... it’s a gamble and you’re rolling the dice, don’t expect to get dealership quality when buying from an auction . You get what you pay for.

I came today to pick up my personal belongings and i had items missing, my phone and my 40$ bottle oof cologne and i asked them and they were like well you will have to call your adjuster and when i did my adjuster said they have nothing to do with it.

The staff was very helpful, helped me take out my belongings out of my damaged car.

The counter at Copart could give DMV instructions.

They have misleading store hours. I showed up at 4:20 and they refuse to release a vehicle stating that the The car lot closes at 4:30. No wear on their website or online does it indicate anything closes to 430 offices hours are 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. The operation is poorly run and the people dont care about your business.
