Me and my husband got married in Nov 2016. We were looking for a place that we could have the apartment hold it for a couple months and Sunflorin was able to do that for us. All we had to do was pay the deposit. We lived there for two years. The first year we were on our one year lease then we went month to month because we were looking for that perfect house for us to start a family. We loved living there and made so many wonderful memories. Robin and Precious were so accommodating to anything we needed. They also always planned so many functions for the family during each holiday or even just to get the community together for taco night. We even recommended these apartment to our friends and they moved in too. If you are looking for an affordable apartment and family and pet friendly then Sunflorin is and will be perfect for you! Thank you for all the memories Sunflorin! We will also miss all the beautiful trees!

I just moved from here 2.5 months ago. Was there for 2 years. Overall, not bad from the building I was living in. The best: Great staff and was generally quiet. The worst: Drivers and parking. Staff was always friendly to me and got maintenance on any issues I had right away. I mainly dealt with Cherice. I faced Florin Rd, but still remained pretty quiet.Pros: Staff, pool, coin-less laundry machines, centrally located, mature trees, security guard, generally felt safe coming home. Cons: over 200 units and only 1 entrance/exit, fast and very rude drivers (lot’s of honking), very limited parking for your second vehicle, many apartments have more than the limit of 2 vehicles, homeless wandering around trashcans (were always nice), kids fighting, gate always breaking, careless people littering.

What a great place to live, surrounded by nice big trees and great landscaping, these units have all the bells and whistles that makes you want to call it your home. Management goes above and beyond, Precious and Robin are the best! Dont just take my word for it, go and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I have lived at Sunflorin for over 2years now, This property is always clean and well kept. Its a really quiet and nice place to live. The Managment at Sun Florin has been awesome, They are really doing a nice job with the property. The maintenance team takes care of issues on time. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice serene environment to live.

I became homeless because of the landlord/management companies absolute greed. I won in court against their illegal eviction for back rent I didnt owe. Yet, somehow the Sheriffs walked in to my apartment with a key, told me I was a squatter and any grievances I have can be heard in appeals court and then changed my locks in front of me. They had maintenance throw out all my possessions including every family photo I had, letters my parents wrote to me before they died, etc. I had an appointment to come get my irreplaceable things and thats when I was told it was all put out to trash THE WEEK BEFORE! I lost absolutely everything. If I ever do have kids, I have nothing to show them. This was about 4-5yrs ago. Im still homeless to this day and just cannot seem to recover from that final blow...

Nice apartments

I have lived at Sun Florin for over a year now and really enjoy the people I live around. The managment is always helpful and open to suggestions and improvements that need to be made on the property. Sun Florin recently just added a full and half court basketball hoop with a tetherball court to the property. This area is amazing for the kid to hang out. As a father with young boys and girls its great to hang out outside with the kids and not have to go to the park all the time. Sun Florin is really family friendly and a enjoyable place to live. The Managment at Sun Florin has always gone out of there way to accommodate me. The maintenance takes care of issues ASAP.. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great reasonably priced place to live.

Tends to be quiet, but in a interesting neighborhood. Apartments are clean and well kept. Staff if nice too

I was having a bad day, and I took all my anger on the office staff, they did no argue with me and asked me to come back after I have calmed down. the next day I went back to see the office staff and Lenny i commend and leadership you exemplary leader ship to your team.

Its only been a few months since my family moved here. And you are only assigned one personal space. So if you are arriving late good luck with finding a space.No BBQing on the patioGate doesnt close.Entrance and exit into the complex is really bumpy

Ive lived at this complex for several years. This property has been through different management and now recently an owner change with once again new management. In the several years Ive lived here its been quiet and its been crazy. The last few years werent bad but now its horrible. Since Ive been here Ive had my wheels stolen from my car, watched a deaf homeless man get tased by security around the complex, see drug addicts wander around all the time, a lady was hit by a car in the complex because people drive too fast thru here, see people in the garbage daily, people fighting and yelling outside my window all hours of the night. My neighbor just recently witnessed a man break into my other neighbors apartment thru the window and called security because thats what the office said to do but security never answered. Great security we have. Tried to figure a way to get out of my contract and read the contract in its entirety. WATCH OUT they trap you.The owners arent responsible for anything pertaining to your belongings or your safety. Security is only a deterrent. Called the police because my tires were slashed by some drug addict that isnt supposed to be on the property according to the office. Police came out and it was 1am and they couldnt see the slash in the tire. In the morning both tires were on flat and you could see the slash. Made a report to the police and asked to speak to the manager at the complex. Let the staff know it was important i speak to her because the man who slashed my tires was the same man arrested from the apartments a few weeks ago. The Manager never called me back. Great way to treat your tenants. I have different colored carpet in my unit and rats running thru the patio. If you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money and deal with the molded washers the office doesnt care about, dead rats on your walkway and drugees everywhere, Rent from Sunflorin. Great place to be! I cant wait to leave this place.

The residents here are quite friendly. Nothing to compain about on that part BUT the management here sucks. Everytime I call to get a work order done and scheduled, they always come 2-3 days later fromt he scheduled date. AND when I do call the office, no one EVER picks up the phone. You have to walk to the office to speak to someone but like that even helps. They slack on customer satisfaction. My wife was just in the office 10 mins ago to complain about the parking spot she was in and the lady working there named Monique told her to call right when we get back to our parking to tell her the space number. We call and no answer. We called 5! times and she didnt even pick up. My wife decided to walk to the office and see why she didnt pick up. She was no longer there, office was pitch black. Sunday office hours are supposed to be 10am-5pm. Its now only 3pm. There was no note on the door saying anything about her going on break or whatever. My wife came back and waited a few minutes then called again. No answer.
