I am not sure what most of these negative reviews are talking about but I JUST moved in and the entire experience is so awesome. The staff is amazing and really friendly. ESPECIALLY Janine (Sorry if I misspelled). The apartment is amazing, it is truly a blessing in my own opinion. I didn’t know how to work the shower, because I’m a fool sometimes, but at 10:30 PM, Maintenance drove up from afar and literally showed me. THAT is some amazing stuff!!! They answer all of my questions here, the residents are peaceful and respectful. The gates remain closed! That’s awesome! The park across the street is luscious and green and always have people playing sports or jogging or walking their dogs. The area is awesome. Might have been gentrified for sure, which I’m ok with. The property is very well kept and very quiet. The neighbors are friendly and they watch out for each other. Very professional tenants and calm environment. I have no doubt in my mind that this place will be my home for quite some time.

I would give 10 stars for the wonderful way I have been treated here at Adagio! The staff are responsive and professional. The grounds are always clean and I feel safe here. This is one of the most quiet places I have lived and the other tenants have been warm and friendly. I can not say enough with how impressed I am with Adagio Apts! You will be delighted if you choose to live here!

Looks nicer than it is. Lived here for a 1 year lease. The office staff is not helpful and rude at times. They have a big problem with homeless in the complex and there is zero security measures taken. We had our garage broken into and all our stuff stolen, front desk was not sympathetic at all. Neighbors later told us it happens all the time. This apartment complex is all window dressing. Stay away!

Im a recent move in and so far my experience has been great here. About 2 months into our lease and Ive noticed a community of mostly families or young professionals. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating, especially when considering the COVID atmosphere. Across the street from the dog park and a 20 min bike ride to midtown. My only complaint, is that parking spots are SO small. I dont know how no one has complained about this before. I drive a small car and can barely open my door even though everyone parks well. Also, landscaping is impeccable. Big kudos to the landscaper.

The conditions were not too bad. The worst thing about this apartment is you won’t get your deposit back! When I moved out, I cleaned my apartment very detailed but they still charged me for everything! I even need to pay extra money besides the deposit! During the leasing time, I didn’t even use the dinning room, however on the move-out itemized statement, everything needs to fixed... You couldn’t do anything about it, the only thing they cared is you pay the money...

Staff and management are cold and corporate. Spent an entire day cleaning my apartment when I left. Except for normal wear a tear, the apartment was spotless and easily as clean as when I arrived, but they took 75% of my security deposit.

I have lived at Adagio for over 13 years and have been very happy with the response they give to any problems. The management staff has always been very courteous as well as the maintenance crew.It has always been well maintained and is just a very nice and convenient place to live.

I recently lived at the Palms apartments in Sacramento and it was the worst apartment and renting experience that I have had in my lifetime. I know that sounds dramatic but after 18 maintenance requests and a detective warning me about my neighbor... well you get the picture.During my apartment hunt I fell in love with Adagio. Lucy was so amazing right off the bat and I knew I needed to be there. I checked weekly to see if the floor plan we wanted was open and it literally would be reserved within that same day.Lucy knew how much Brian and I wanted to make Adagio our new home and eventually she made that wish a reality. It has been a little over 3 months and I cannot express how much we appreciate the staff, love the apartment, and feel at home with our surrounding neighbors and environment.Reviews are usually left by individuals who complain about random bugs that happen naturally from a hot summer day or an inconvenience of some sort that can occur everywhere. In my opinion, cities and extreme weather will always come with its challenges and at the end of the day, the Adagio apartments have made me feel more at home and cozy than nearly all of my apartments through my 20s. Paula and Lucy - thank you ladies again for your energy and attitude. It has not gone unnoticed and you saved us from a living situation that was horrific.**P.S. they hosted a fall kick off wine and appetizer night with raffles.... come on. Amazing.**

Ive been a resident for 6 months now and are truly impressed with the management and the complex itself. Enjoying my time here so far. Being pet friendly is a major plus for me. The natural neighborhood problems due to homelessness is a sign of our times... still, one of the best options in the area. Staff has been beyond professional and pleasant. Perhaps all I would improve would be the trash management.

I have been there a year and 2 months and so far its been good. The management staffs are polite and helpful. Only issues I have are the late night garbage looters and lazy people who just leave their garbage next to the dumpster. Overall, I enjoy living here.

The apartment itself is very nice for a small family to enjoy living here. Management is super awesome as they always do their best to fix problems. I have had nothing but good experience with this place. It is getting a but pricey as they are competing with competitors that are around them here, but all in all its a sweet little spot to live.

Almost a full year here and I hope many more. Grounds are very beautiful, green with trees and plants, staff have always been friendly and courteous and they even have little community events that they put on for the complex. We had ants get in at one point, but they got some guys out and then the ants were gone. If we have something wrong, they have been very good about getting it fixed or addressed. I dont really understand the rating these guys have... this is easily the best place Ive lived as far as apartments go, and Ive lived all over California. I think this place is great.

I do not recommend this place.The office people are so rude and unprofessional, and aggressive. Something happened and that was their fault, instead of solving the issue, there were trying to show that this is not their fault, and the problem was not fixed after that.The maintenance guys do not know how to fix the issues.Always there are issues with homeless people and garbage.

I would like to thank Nick for helping me get into my new home. My experience with the management and community has been nothing but the best.

Pros:-Close to the business park/Schools-Pool and gym are relatively clean.-Maintenance crewCons:-Theft (2 times in a year off my patio, cheaper items but still)-When leaving they charged me $400 dollars on top of the deposit. The apartment was not in bad shape, compared to when I got there at all.-Neighbors are loud.-Homeless population in the area is very high-Homeless people come in and out of the complex asking for money-It is not safe to go out at night, even across the street.-Animals are out of control, barking non stop for hours.-Complex is cleaned rarely ect. side walks, and streets.-Someone dinged my girlfriends car and left, which was a $350 repair.-Raise their prices every year to try and pin you into another lease.

YOU NEVER get your deposit back and you need to pay EXTRA on top of that !!!so many issues :poor management very impolite staff members. they try to pin some many different charges on you after you move out for all nonsense reasons. in two year I had leaved there, there were so many incidents that someone broke in to my garage or storage room and steal bikes and other stuff, and also it happened for so many of my neighbors that someone break in to their car by breaking the car window, the funny part is the they response by shrug shoulder and say we are not responsible for these !

You will NOT get your deposit!!!Woodmont Real Estate Services manages multiple properties including this one.Whatever property they manage, they make sure to NOT only KEEP your deposit, but also charge you EXTRA!!!You can leave your place spotless and they will still keep your deposit, charge you extra for carpet cleaning or new carpet, new paint, and wiping down things you already cleaned.

The staff is very unprofessional, my car was towed away when clearly I live in the apartments I refuse to park Inside of my roach infested garage plus its too small...ghe property manager is really disrespectful & definitely no help... the maintenance ppl are so delayed these apartments looks nice but isnt what youll expect Im definitely leaving soon as this lease is over with

Very unsafe.Garages and cars get broken into very often and even balconies. And whatever happens to the community, you just hear I am sorry from manager and nothing more😡😡😡

I DONNOT recommend this complex! I lived here for 2 years.There are many reasons why:1. The stuff is not friendly dont say hi or bye. Not professional espacially the manager her name is Jannine.2. Lots of homeless people around the area. My husbands bicycle was stolen from the belcony. From our 1997 Toyota 4runner catalytic converter was cut off trust me its possible. One night we parked our motorhome on the street cuz in the morning we were going for camping and the front headlights were stolen.3. Property mantanace is poor. They charge $70/monthly for that.4. They dont give your deposit back.5. The park infront of the complex is very dangerous all kind of people come and go sitting in the car and smoking. It is not a park for family or children.6. The price of rent goes up every 6 months.7. Lots of Rvs park on the street.8. They always have problem with their front gates. It wont close or just stay open.

Do Not Rent Here! Staff all the way up to management at corporate office is horrible. Office staff does not reply or return your calls. A few times Malia advised a work order would be filed for issues I was having and she never did. Lights were out on my entire unit for almost 2 weeks, I had a roof leak problem that also took over a week to fix and was only fixed on the outside after water damage was on the inside of the unit and they also have a major racoon problem. I had to call housing affairs just to get something done. Very unsafe to come home at night with racoons hiding in the bushes and going up trees right by your balcony. This property does not go by the housing affairs law of carpet cleaning and will charge you full responsibility upon move out so they can try and take most of your deposit. Would never rent here again. They also have a lot of car break in when parking on the street and do nothing about it.

The complex ended up having a mice infestation due to the complex canceling their routine roudent maintenance. Sad because I really like the place.

Looks better than it really is...pros: large floor plan, washer/dryer (cheapest models made), garage.cons: homeless people get in and rummage through trash bins, leave messes. Problem tennants are NOT delt with. Dont count on getting your deposit back...they will nickle n dime you on your move out. More and more low rent people moving in. Loud cars, loud music...

This complex is falling apart, literally. The foundation moved so much in the 2+ years I was there that there were 1/4 cracks in the drywall throughout the unit, the interior doors would not close, and the strike plate on the front door had to be adjusted several times just to lock the front door.The small pool has an underground leak that they cant seem to find/repair. The pool was closed and half filled with greenish mucky water for the better part of the summer and the leak continued after they reopened it.There is a homeless population in the surrounding area that constantly rummages through the dumpsters and leaves a stinking mess. Management is unresponsive to problems such as these and complex security is never present. In fact, there was an attempted home invasion by tenants living in a unit rented by an absent resident. It took the police department about 65 minutes to respond but Adagios security never arrived on scene.If you have neighbors that fight and scream, dont expect them to be asked to leave. Again, management is unresponsive.Smells from animals, cooking, etc. waft back and forth between the upper and lower units so odors can be a problem depending on the cleanliness of your neighbors.Do not expect to get a return of your security deposit. Upon the move-in walkthrough, be sure to note EVERY detail or you will be held accountable. Upon the move-out walkthrough, what is deemed a touch-up cleaning (i.e., wiping out the window tracks, lightly cleaning only the first vertical blind, and wiping out the corners of the opening of the washing machine) will cost you upwards of $150. The only way to stop management from swiping your security deposit is to file suit.If you must live in this neighborhood, youd be much better off going next door to Larkspur Woods. The complex is well maintained, the management is professional and caring, and they are quick to respond to issues within the community.

Management is greedy here. You wont get your deposit back, and if you try to leave before your contract, they wont let you. They rather have you pay till the end of your contract than pay the fee to cancel. And, while youre paying for not living there, they give potential renters an upcharge price to rent there.
