If you are looking for an apartment and want to be in the downtown Sacramento area this is by far your best bet!!!!Heather and the team are the greatest.Only downside is with University of Beer underneath you you may get a beer belly like I did. :(
A truly one-of-a-kind apartment community. Not only is the location incredible, but the architecture in vibe makes you feel like youre living it up in Spain! And to top it all off the staff is incredible!
Andrew and Heather are literally the dream team! They have both made my move from out of state so easy!I came to Sacramento to tour properties for a weekend and Legado was my last scheduled tour. I instantly knew this was where I wanted to be! Great location, big apartment, and amazing/personable people running it!Everyone I have met that lives here has been awesome. So glad I came across these apartments!
I have never lived in a place that is in SUCH a prime location, 5 minute walk to my boxing gym, steps away from my favorite restaurant, and best of all… the sunset views at night. If you like midtown living, You cannot go wrong with Legado!
Professional staff, awesome amenities throughout, and an amazing Midtown location just steps from all the best dining options and shops in Sacramento. I love Legado!
My husband and I moved from Roseville to Midtown and instantly fell in love with the location of Legado. We scheduled an appointment online, and when we showed up, there was no one to greet us. Luckily, we caught Andrew, who showed us around the community and the apartment we decided to rent. The maintenance team is slow to complete your work orders. Our ice maker has not worked since we moved in back in May. We were without an operable oven for two months, and they finally fixed it today. We have reached out to the Community Manager, Heather, who is responsive and friendly, but their maintenance needs to complete work orders within a 24-48 timeframe. We are hoping things improve throughout the remainder of our lease.
I have been living at Legado de Ravel for three months and so far, I have loved it.The pros: The staff are respectful, prompt, and very professional. Heather, the apartment manager, is so amazing! The location is great- coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The apartments are beautiful and spacious.Cons: If your apartment faces 16th st, it can get a little noisy on the weekends. There are no amenities in the apartment complex and it would be great to have a gym on site. The parking lot is little pricey and street parking is difficult to find.
Legado was the most perfect apartment complex I had ever seen. Great location in Midtown, great community, and great resident staff. The building is beautiful, and you have everything you need at your fingertips. I highly recommend anyone to live here. It is an amazing complex, and I just renewed my lease for another year to come!
The staff here is simply spectacular. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued member of their community. They respond quickly to questions and are informed about the surrounding area. I have never been inclined to provide online feedback in past experiences, but believe that professionalism such as theirs deserves due recognition. The property is clean and well kept. Always smells good.Great place for people that enjoy places that are walking distance. Great restaurants, drinking venues, and coffee shops. Golden One Center is nearby too.
Heather and the rest of the property staff are amazing! They are always quick to help and extremely friendly. The apartments themselves are in great condition and weve had little to no issues. The parking can be cumbersome but there are almost always parking passes or nearby free parking if needed which helps save on costs. Security has recently been updated which has resulted in a positive change around the area as it still is midtown. Rent is higher than average but worth the price. Definitely 5 stars.
Love it here. The location is PERFECT. Access to anything you need. The staff is amazing.. Heather and Ahmet are the BEST. If I have an issue it is addressed immediately. I am never bothered by the noise of midtown and there is literally a bar underneath us. Again you are paying for the location and every single penny is worth it! Highly recommend.
Great place to live if youre looking to be close to midtown and are a young professional who will cause no issues. If you have any issues with management though, the management company will come down on you with their faceless management wrath. I had a terrible experience by the end, would not recommend any of my friends live there or anywhere else owned by FPI, and thats my honest opinion.
If you are looking to live in midtown and work in downtown, this is my experience living in Legado de Ravel for 3.5 years: I picked a corner top floor apartment facing the back of the complex. I got to enjoy midtown and walk by the Capitol Park to work. Big windows allowed a lot of natural light in my place and nice appliances impressed people even though I don’t really cook much. I was never disturbed by noise. I had no issues with the apartment that were not kindly and quickly attended to by Ahmet. Kim (previous manager) and Heather (current manager) went out of their way to help me in ways that were above anything required. Rent was never substantially or unpredictably raised on me even though rents in the area jumped significantly during the time. Lack of elaborate amenities, such as a pool or new gym, did not bother me because I joined the Capital Athletic Club which trumps anything an apartment complex could offer and is within walking distance. Overall, I do not think that I could have been happier with my experience here.
I love this place. Not only is it a great place, but the people that work there are great! Heather, Ahmet, and Rebecca are top-notch, friendly people. They will go to great lengths to accommodate. Even the residents are cool; and the regular community social events add to that community feel. I, also, love hanging out at the University of Beer downstairs. Great beer & food. The neighborhood is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, parks, dog parks, bike trails, short 10-15 min walk to the Capitol, Farmers Market. To mention a few highlights. I love the vibrancy of this small city. But, if you dont like the sights & sounds of a bustling neighborhood, you should probably choose a more rural option. So, I really dont understand some of the negative reviews. Sacramento is growing, and we are getting a migration from San Francisco. Its a fact. That is not even remotely LdRs fault. Its economics. And for other negatives about how things are handled in terms of disputes. There is a clear 30-40 page lease that clearly states the rules. Sensitive issues are probably are addressed through faceless letters, but it is a legal issue. Words are of a delicate nature. It is easy to cast blame and accept no fault. I got locked out of my apt once, and guess what... I never did it again. Be a responsible adult.Positive Up-Note:I LOVE the staff, my apartment, and the neighborhood. I just signed my lease for the 3rd year, so that must say something. If I could give more STARS, I would.
Luxurious things are nice, sure. But, places like this are overpriced and perpetuating the burden on low- and middle-income people. Dont look here unless you earn $80k / year or more. In fact, if you make that much, go purchase a home because thats a better investment.
Perfect place for young professionals. Location is prime, beautiful clean and safe. Heather and Ahmet from management are awesome. Always on top of things. Building is new, clean and beautiful. People usually ask if i can hear the bar outside and the answer is NO, and i live literally right above the bar. The walls and floor is very thick u dont hear anyone else.
Heather has been very sweet to me her customer service derserve more than 5 stars. We need more people like her 😊
