Group of 18 for my BFF and her boyfriend for his birthday to Napa from Sacramento. $750 for 930am to 4pm. Overtime charge is automatically $200+.HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL driver. The driver does not like to be interrupted when hes giving out the rules. He was unprofessional by being rude right on. Although he tried to be cool, we needed to make 2 additional stops for the bathroom and picking up beverages. He made the stop, asked the birthday boy to step out and cursed him right outside in front of his friends and family through the windows. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.When we arrived to Napa for wine tasting, one of our friends called in to report the lack of professionalism. A report was filed but apparently the driver was not coached. On the drive back, he parks far from any local gas station/ stores and we had to scramble to a fast food for our bathroom stop instead of a gas station. It was late 3pm and we ordered $80 worth of food to be told no food allowed and we were left with no choice but to eat in a parking lot with the clock still running. The driver threatened to make us Uber home if any person were to throw up in the bus from the beginning of the trip. We are well aware of the charges etc. I truly did not find his communication to be effective, professional or to say the least, necessary.The driver does not greet us, he did not smile and although he takes pride in caring for the bus, his priority should be his customers and making sure they have the best experience. While were dancing and entertaining ourselves, he brake checked us which the company would be liable if any of us were to get injured. I wanted a new driver to replace him but that was impossible so we had to continue to deal with him. He was not flexible, had poor communication and was unapproachable the entire time. I would not recommend this company because after reporting him cursing and yelling at a customer, he still conducted to bully us all the way home. Mind you, we paid for the experience and service not the bus and some rude bully.The bus has comfortable seats, 2 screens that only work with DVDs (lame). Music played well, you connect via blue tooth. Plenty of water. Air conditioning was great. Max seating would be 20 people (comfortably).We had no privacy, he was monitoring us through his rear view mirror and stated that he sees us on a screen from a camera inside the bus. Is that even legit? Maybe this isnt the right job for him. Or this company isnt protecting and or valuing their customers. Beyond disappointing. We tolerated him just so we could continue to have a good time. We made our day. They HAD the opportunity to amplify our day but that was a huge fail on their drivers end.

I had a great experience, all thanks to Baja Limo! They provided us with safe and comfortable service! Our party bus was CLEAN, FULLY STOCKED, and we had a great time! Everything was top-notch, including the easy and quick communications we had with Ann. Ann carefully went over our requests and guaranteed not only reliable but affordable service. A detailed confirmation was emailed to me right away. Our driver was professional, friendly and accommodating. Baja Limo made our night extra special and unforgettable - you definitely get what you are paying for! I highly recommend this company and most definitely will use their impressive services again!

Airport pick-up and drop off service was great. Prompt and courteous....flight was delayed but they were on top of it. Everything went smooth. Have to say a big thank you to our driver Don. Worst customer service!

My friends and I wanted to do something spontaneous and fun for my 21st birthday. We decided to rent a limousine from Baja Limo. Danielle was able to walk me through the process of choosing which limousine we wanted and gave us a very reasonable price for our request. My birthday party included 15 of my friends and family and everyone had a wonderful time! The Cadillac Escalade limo was beautiful, inside and out. We had a fully stocked bar inside the limo and were able to really enjoy our experience. Our driver Tyson was great. Definitely worth every penny!

This limousine service is outstanding! The limousine was on time and in immaculate condition! The driver Mr Richmond was knowledgeable about the wineries that we went to and very friendly. I have been to other limousine services in the past in the area and I can honestly say that there is no comparison to the elegance and dependability of Baja Limo. The booking procedure was well-organized and the staff was helpful! Even with a little address mishap, our driver was able to make it to our event in great time and through an untraditional route. The driver was professional and polite and a gentleman with helping our elderly parents. I would recommend calling Baja Limo for service.

We booked a limo for the evening for a friend’s birthday. The booking process was all very efficient and friendly, we couldnt get the hummer we wanted but got a great alternative which was a brand new Cadillac Escalade. We were offered a free bottle of champagne and bottled water with the booking but advised that we could also bring our own drinks. Overall really enjoyable, our brilliant and friendly driver Tom picked us up from the hotel and was extremely helpful all night. Thank You again Baja!

Baja Limo saved us when another company, that we booked months in advance, called us last minute and said that their bus was having mechanical issues. Thankfully Baja was able to accommodate us last minute! To top it all off we saw the bus that we had booked downtown while we were on our way to dinner. The driver told us that if the other company can get more money for the same run that they will cancel the original booking! Lesson learned to always get a contract for service!

Tom was our driver for the prom on Saturday and he was very nice and kind. He was there on time and explained everything to us. We had a great experience with Baja and would use them again. Thanks again Tom.

Let me start with saying if you are looking to reserve a bus in Sacramento go look at what you are booking first! We were very worried about who we were dealing with when we were first calling around getting quotes for our trip! A lot of the companies that we called were very unprofessional and sounded very SHADY! I called several companies and left messages and only a few even called back and not many would even let us look at their buses! There is something very wrong with this area and whoever is running these companies! I would proceed with caution if you are looking to rent a party bus in the Sacramento area!

This was the third time we have booked with Baja Limo. The first was for our daughters 21st birthday a few years back. We have continued to use them each time we need limos. The limos are clean, the staff is always on time and usually early, and the office staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when looking for recommendations. We will continue to book with them for our transportation.

A last minute cancellation from another party bus company had me in a panic for our Napa trip. I was lucky Baja Limo had an opening for our group and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Our Driver, Scott made our day even greater with some last minute stops in Napa. His knowledge of the Napa area was very helpful! I would only recommend Baja Limo!!!

BEWARE! Several days after booking a party bus for a prom group they called to say that they had already booked that bus to someone else. Even after taking a deposit and signing a contract? Really? Thats how you do business? In this cumputer age how do you double book unless they gave it out to another company for a higher rate. I would not trust them for an important event like a wedding or a prom. Now we are left to scramble to find another party bus.....hopefully with an honest company. Beware!

Baja Limo provided my friends and I a party bus to go to downtown Sacramento. We had 20 friends they gave us a great price for a big party bus. The system was awesome in it. Our drive was really nice and when I texted him to come pick us up he was there in 5 mins.

Went to tour Baja Limo’s showroom and was very impressed – every vehicle was new and clean – the sound systems they have are incredible – Go check out Baja!!

The stretch Escalade we booked was fully decked out. This thing came with a awesome system, beautiful light inside, definitely enough room for 17 people. We will be coming back to Baja Limo everytime.

Booked a Baja Limo party bus for 20 of us to go to the new escape room Enchambered in Arden. The bus was new, and the sound system was very nice – we had a great time and Tyson (Our driver) was awesome.

My wife and I Rented a sedan for a getaway car at our daughters wedding. We took the time to go in and pre-pay for the service. I asked if the price included gratuity, they said it was ($249), and I asked how incidentals are covered (It costs $700 if someone vomits for example). They said they would keep our card on file. Also we asked if they were familiar with the venue, they said they were (But apparently not). In any case, the limo was late, apparently due to unfamiliarity with the venue, and instead of helping with loading up my daughter, yes she was drinking. He spent 15 minutes chasing my wife trying to get her to sign forms. (Another blank check apparently for incidentals). Not taking no for an answer, my wife called upon me for help. I explained to him I had a receipt, my credit card is already on file. And your incidentals and overtime (Mind you he was late, and hes concerned about overtime?) Are not discussed in the dark, and in the middle of a pre-paid event. Yes I was unhappy with the service. I brought this up with Baja on the following Monday, and their excuse is they sent us a rookie driver. Fortunately, no one popped in the limo. Since many rentals are done by people who might be drinking, I wonder if they are told about the $700 vomit fee, somehow...I didnt recall it being discussed specifically, but; do ask if you are going to use their service, especially; if you are planning on partying. Overall it was a nice car, and a good value...but they need to work on their customer service skills, you dont conduct business in the middle of a wedding, funeral or any other pre-paid events, thats just bad business.

Where do I begin! Last week I got married in California I wanted to treat all my guest to a wine tour in Napa. I figured Id go all out and so I rented the 2016 Escalade with the suicide door since all my guests paid so much money to fly to California for our wedding, it was the least I could do. The trip up to Napa it was perfect and the driver was extremely polite and professional and kind. When we started on our way back from Napa to San Mateo the suicide door flew open and we had to pull off the road. The driver had to pull off the road to secure the door. We thought all was well and it was just a fluke until we continued on to the highway and going 65 miles an hour and the door flew open a second time. Three girls sitting near the door were extremely frightened and in shock and we all yelled for the driver to stop. The limo driver had to pull over on the highway and Being that it was a stretch limo we were not pulled over in a safe spot and in fear of being rear-ended we ask the driver if he can pull off the highway. The door flying open could have caused a serious accident or we could have been seriously hurt. After the, driver tried multiple times to shut the door We ended up having to tie a sweater to the handle and hold it closed just so we can get off the highway to a safe spot. When we pulled over the driver could not get the door shut after trying several times and we ended up pulled over at a gas station for an hour until the driver was able to find some rope and tie the latch shut. At that point the driver told us for our safety we would have to sit in the back of the limo and squeezed 13 girls in the back half of the limo. After this incident Ive been trying to contact someone from Baja limo for over a week and no one has gotten back to me to see if were ok, to apologize, or remedy the situation. When you pay $1,700 for a limo you expect that you and your guests will be safe and not have to worry about the door flying open multiple times. To top it off I finally talked to a man who claimed to be the operations supervisor, his name was Bill and before I could even get a word out he told me, how much money are you wanting to take from the drivers pocket, essentially stopping if I wanted a discount I would be taking money from the driver. Bill continued to blab on about how someone pulled the emergency cord and it seemed to me he was insinuating someone in my party did it. I told him no one touched the door except the driver and thats when Bill admitted he driver had accidentally done something to the emergency cord and caused the latch to bend, not allowing the door to shut. I had to get if the phone Roth Bill before I lost anymore brain cells and decided to call back. At this point I dont think a full refund us fair because we did have a great time to Napa but I requests they discount the trip due to what occurred. Not a single supervisor, owner, etc. Is rooming to speak to me and they Told me if I dont like the service to dispute the charge on my card! They are ridiculous, so unprofessional and with all the incidents that have occurred with limits lately you think they would at heart have the decency to follow up with me. It sounds like the company ustrying to blame the driver for the whole situation to avoid accountability. I would never recommend this company again. I will say the driver was awesome and handled the situation extremely well but the rest of the company is unprofessional and it feels life theyre avoiding me. I will be seeking legal advice because this company is reckless and has no idea how bad this could have been.
