The wait time was more than double what they said it was going to be. It seems that most taxis are like that these days. Im not so much with Uber or Lyft

Had a great experience with Abbi. Hopefully I spelled his name correctly. He was very helpful and kind and, got us to the train station way before schedule. Overall I like Americab because I can prepay before hand and not have to worry about anymore. The customer service is great. Very efficient. I will definitely use this service in the future. We have been using Americab for a couple of months and they are always on time or early. Every driver has been very courteous and Matt is very polite and nice, his customers satisfaction is very important to him. Unbeatable price and great service.

Americab gave me the cheapest quotes driving me from the airport. They provided great, prompt communication via phone and email. My plane arrived 25 minutes early, and the Americab driver was communicative and on his way before my plane even landed. Highly recommended.

Ive used Americab twice for very early morning taxi service from Sacramento airport. Their online reservation process is simple and it works. They honor their discount promotions. More importantly, the driver has always been on time and friendly. I will use Americab in the future.

Use Americab from Citrus Heights to the airport almost every week. Usually a 4:30am pickup and theyve never once been late in the months that Ive been doing this. I make an online reservation the day before, they confirm within a couple of hours, and driver is always 5-10 mins early the next morning. Its perfect.

I scheduled a ride to the airport online, which was confirmed by email soon after. My cab was ready five minutes early for my 5:30 am pick-up. The car was clean, the driver was really friendly and I would definitely call this company back for a reliable ride.

First time I tried to use them they didnt show up for my ride. I booked 2 days in advance for an early morning flight and was told no problem, your cab will be there at 4:15. 4:30 arrives and no cab?? No phone call either. I tried calling them and there was no answer. I had to pile the family last minute into the car and race to the airport. Now I have to pay for long term parking for 13 days! ! Not a nice way to start a vacation.UPDATE: Rarely do I get an opportunity to revise a review from a 1 star to a five star (first time in fact). A mistake was made. Weve all done it. Some are made worse by the fact that it effects other people in a negative way. It is what we do afterward that defines character. Instead of ignoring or denying responsibility, the owner of the company personally hand-wrote a letter of apology and, without my asking, sent a check to cover the cost of the long term parking. That is a business trait worth rewarding. I will do business with this company again because they have demonstrated a strong desire to make the customer happy and fix things when they go wrong. Kudos to Matt the owner for stepping up and making things right!!

AMERICAB is a very unique cab service, I recently wanted a cab service provided for my daughter. When it comes to our children as parents we want to ensure that we can trust that the service provided will be secure and safe AMERICAB provided that with professional courtesy and class. AMERICAB is definitely the go to for great cab service.

The driver was great and super nice and on time. We had no way to get place to place till we had them. I would like to use americab in the future and hope that you feel the same way. I do not know the area well but I checked on google maps and he took the fastest way so it will be afordable. You will love the driver and the fact that if you are visiting sac your driver might give a tour such as driving down the fab fourties and the capital. I hope you use americab. Nasty people. That have no common sense. I dont know why people become taxis servies when they cant even speak to people or speak English. Yeah they may have goid reviews but all it takes is one bad apple. I called them to pick me up they got the address wrong plus the driver called me to let me know he was here but was at the wrong address So i told him the address then calls me again because he couldnt find it. This company is a joke. Yeah the other reviews are from online booking. BUT JUST CALL THEM AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOUR SELF UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WORKING HERE. if you call this company you will make a mistake I am Solé Arevalo and I aprrove this message

I used Amercab for a ride from the Airport to El Dorado Hills, CA for my first trip to the Sacramento area. I found them online and called before I boarded my flight from ATL. They were at the airport and ready for me when I arrived. They gave a 20% discount for booking online (even though I called). The driver was very friendly and professional. I was able to pay with AMEX - the driver had the Square app/card swiper on his iPhone (you to add a tip too). I would recommend their service to anyone in Sacramento.
