I booked the limo for my 30th birthday! Sean was amazing he arrived 15 min early! He was super cool and even took us to a nice spot in old sac by the bridge! No hidden fees! Will definitely use again!!

Cheep group so thats cool but Hard to get a hold of and doesnt work after 10pm so didnt work out for me.

They were definitely on top of things as well as accommodating on minor itinerary changes.

We had a great experience with our driver Sean and a beautiful, updated and clean vehicle. He arrived on time, and took our group of 8 (with 4 kids) around to see Christmas lights. We were looking for something to do with the kids for Christmas in 2020, where everything is cancelled, but this was something that actually worked out! Sean knew all the best places to go and even came up with little scavenger hunt ideas for the kids. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We have a great te when Shaun is our Driver. We have used the limo service many times and have always had excellent service. Shaun is prompt, the limo is clean and ready to go on time. Would use again in a heart beat.

I picked up a Uhaul truck from here. It was contactless. No human interaction - it was all done on my phone. A very easy process. The rental truck was excellent. I have no complaints.

Been a really good experience with the Mix Master. Driver is always on time and very attentive to clients. Provides special drinks and decorum. Have also had really great deals, rates and will bend over backwards to accommodate during weather or any other incremental conditions. Yelp and Groupon give them plenty of good ratings and so do I. Mix Masters helped create beautiful memories for our wedding over 21 years ago and they are still creating memories from our childrens prom to celebrating with music. I refer all my friends to them including an event as recent as last night. They know how to get a party started and keep it going! They are not the most expensive and they are not the least expensive either, nor should they be. You get that you pay for! They are professional, knowledgeable, dependable and they are current equipment and vehicles. They have and always will be our families go to.

Absolutely had the best experience riding in the multi-passenger Infinity Q56 stretch limo yesterday with several friends, traveling round-trip from Roseville to Golden1 Center yesterday for a major event, for over seven hours, including lunch at a popular restaurant! Our Driver, Sean, was thoroughly professional, very helpful, and most pleasant! Would definitely hire The Mix Master Pro DJ & Limousines for limo service--and DJ events as well! In fact, were already planning on a Christmas Lights Tour with them in December and perhaps an event or two in between! Youll be very glad and satisfied with their services, as we were!

Great limo service. 15 minutes early, got us there with no problems and no hidden fees! I booked from North Carolina for a bachelor party and they handled everything from across the country, contacted me 2 days before, called the day of, and we’re prompt and courteous. The limo was spotless, great sound system and the driver was awesome!

We rented the limo for Carrie Underwood concert last week. It was my girls first time in a limo they loved the beauiful lights inside. I will definitely use this company again.

They had an opened sign on their window and said that max people allowed inside is 1 due to COVID, which makes sense. The problem I had was that the door was locked and I knocked on the door a few times and no one answered. When I called the number, they kept trying to ask/say that I was at the wrong building then told me that for U-haul, I had to check in online only. They should post a sign that says that on their window for U-haul customers to know.

This had to be the worst party bus I have ever ridden in. The customer service was awful and the drivers were disrespectful as well. This company will ruin any once in a lifetime event. I strongly urge you to find one of the other countless companies that will provide much better service for a fraction of the price.

Regardless of the events to follow that night, this company was certainly NOT worth the money. The lady who answered the phone, Sharron, was absolutely horrific to communicate with. She would change her mind about drop off locations regularly, refusing to bring us to many of our desired locations. When I personally talked to her, she was extremely disrespectful and condescending. Overall, I urge you to choose one of the many other options when looking for limo or party bus service.

Despite the threats this company has used to desperately urge me to delete my review, I continue to stick to the truth. It remains true that the bus chaperone (who is paid to watch the live video of the interior of the bus) used his personal phone to video minors and post it on his personal, public Instagram. It remains true that the bus showed up 20 minutes late to pick us up from prom. And it is true that the customer service prior to that day was horrible and refused to take us to multiple locations using policies that are nowhere to be found. Certainly a buzz kill. If you decide to use their service all I hope is that they have learned from their mistakes and you will have a better experience.

What folks don’t know is that those particular posters are minors and were asked to just follow one rule, please don’t use Alcohol. Four stars to this company because nobody’s perfect. But it’s a shame that a couple of kids who are caught ruining their own experience can try to defame others as well.

We rented a hummer limousine for my son and his friends for prom May 11th in Arbuckle area. The hummer was beautiful . They were on time it gave us alot of time to take pictures with the kids in front of the hummer. The driver from what the kids said was fun and made there prom night the best. As a parent you worry about the safety of your kids but this company went above and beyond to make their night to remember. Thank You

On Fri. 4/27/18 I called Mix-Master Pro DJ & Limos. I was trying to book a limousine for my daughter’s wedding which was quickly approaching. Mix-Master reneged on the promised deal when I called back on Mon. 4/3. I spoke with Shannon on both days and she says she was the manager and that there was no one to talk to above her. When I initially called we had an in-depth conversation in which we discussed the fact that we needed the limousine service for Vacaville. We talked about the Groupon Price of $178 + plus the additional charges for being outside of Sacramento and having 1 additional hour above the 4 included in the Groupon price. She quoted me a price of $283 dollars which I though was great. However, when I called back on that Monday to book it she told me she never said that and I must be mistaken. Then she said it would cost $344 and acted like she was doing me a favor. I had written everything down when we first spoke, and I advised her of this. She went on to say I must have misunderstood, she talked about how she never could have said that because of how they couldn’t make any money doing it for that amount, etc. If you’re planning a wedding, you probably know how involved it is to coordinate all the working parts. Cost is a big factor and most of us are going to be writing it down so that we can stay within our budget. It’s ludicrous to suggest that I just made up some arbitrary number on my own. Shannon took no accountability and basically said I was just lying about being quoted that rate. Since my daughter’s wedding is coming up fast and I had already checked with other limo services, despite the fact that I no longer wanted to deal with Mix Master, I decided to suck it up and just book with them because I didn’t have any more time to try and find another limo service. Then Shannon said she had to check the date and when she did she said the date was no longer available. Can you believe it? Wanted to overcharge me, then said she couldn’t accommodate my needs when I gripped about it. Fortunately, no thanks to Shannon, I was able to book a limo service elsewhere. Don’t spend your money here.!!!!! A company that goes back on its word and practices deceit cannot be trusted for your special occasion.

Buyer beware! Their prices are low for a reason and they have quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spend your money with another company.
