Provided a 37 passenger bus for a funeral service. It was a beautiful new bus. Fabian was an excellent driver; very courteous. Will definitely us Neumann again

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is unprofessional and refuses to admit to their wrong doing. I was late getting to my wedding venue. Then the ride I had arranged for my guests to be taken to the venue was also late. At the end of the night we had another ride back to our hotel and they were not there at the time I had discussed with the lady several times. They had put down all the wrong times for pick ups. I talked to the same person every-time about the reservation and they continued to say that the time they have down is not what I’m saying we agreed on. If you have a big event, do not use them.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. I will not recommend this place.

A big thumbs up for Neumann Limousine! A few friends and I went on a wine tasting tour along Napas Silverado Trail. There are dozens of vineyards and the ride in Neumanns Party Bus was so cool. The bus has wrap around limo style seating, very mod interior, great music and a most curtious Chaufer. The cost was reasonable as we all chipped in 125 each and we were gone for 7 hours! Have fun everyone!

When I travel -- which is every week -- I want my airport ride as reliable as my airline arrangement. When I set-up a flight itinerary, I know with 98% certainty, that the airline will be flying on that date and time. My commute to and from the airport needs to have the same degree of certainty. Thats why I use Neumann. I am confident that they will get me back and forth from the airport without delay or missteps. And the vehicles are very nice!

We had a great experience when the company picked my son and family up to take us to the airport for my sons Make A Wish trip. But when we landed at 10:55pm last night coming home from my sons trip and we were outside by 11:09pm with 3 young children and our bags there was no limo and by 11:30 we started calling around and had to take a shuttle home. Very disappointed considering the number they gave me to call no one answered of called back. Also having to explain to my son who was told he would get a ride home in a limo and the company didnt show up so we had to ride in a shuttle.

We booked Neumanns as conference shuttle. Our experience from reservation, pick up, drop off and payment was flawless. We had a friendly driver which was on time both times. The bus was clean and the size met our needs. The Admin people were friendly and very accommodating to our group size changes .

We had a wonderful experience with Neumann enterprises, with a very short notice Christy was great to find us transportation to my grandsons Sacramento State graduation. We had Jeremy for. Very disappointed we had a Quincietta event held on 9/19/15 Saturday and my daughter has lost her cell phone inside a white stretch Hummer in which I have called the main office on 9/20 twice, 9/21 and each time no Manager or owner available and they just keep taking my name and number down with no actual help or return call. Its like they are refusing to look for the cell phone at least make an attempt. Not too mention each time speaking with someone they are rude.

Neumann was responsible for valet parking of our vehicle in Old Sacramento. They returned car with $3,000 damages to passenger rear panel. Operator purposely covered up damage as we received keys. Didnt notice until later which they refused to discuss.

Ive used their service for many, many years for everything from towncar service to SMF or SFO to special occasion limos to special event parking. Always beyond awesome. The young people they hire to do event parking are polite and friendly and their drivers are always more than accommodating. This is truly a first class business!

Everything was perfect. You gave us a very comfortable bus,an excellent driver who was tuned into the needs of a retired group and the timing was excellent and we had no problems with the cost.That being said, you failed in one very important aspect of dealing with an “older group” .Upon boarding in Sacramento, the driver informed us that the toilet was out of commission and could not be used. Although he stopped in route at a rest stop, this just isn’t good enough for an older group.On the way back to Sacramento, I as leader found four passengers sitting next to the toilet holding orange peels over their noses. Apparently the toilet had been used in route and the stench was quite intolerable. So we make arrangements for me and 26 other friends for our prom and they called 2 minutes before the pick up time and basically said they were not coming and are not sending another bus, and said do not count on us for a ride so we had an awful night and it was ruined. Dont waste your time with them, they ruined our prom and they need to be shut down!

Manners of a big city cab driver. Unprofessional. Not recomended. If not a run down limo its a dirty one with other peoples trash still in it.

I had an amazing experience with this company the first limo I ordered overheated and they automatically gave me a free upgrade which was just amzing. It made my sisters day.

I used their valet service at a medical center. The goofballs at the valet took my car even though they had their sign out front stating that the valet parking was full. The boys out front were joking and playing around, and despite my apprehension, I allowed them to take my car because I was going to be late. I had already driven around for 15 minutes looking for a spot. After a quick 10 minute appointment I went to retrieve my car and was informed by the head goofball that they never parked my late model BMW, and were still driving it around. When I expressed my dismay, I was laughed at and told that they took my car because I was freaking out.My suggestion if you have business at the mercy san Juan medical center would be to allow at least 30 minutes to find a parking spot. Also using this day care/slash valet service should be avoided at all costs. The blatant disrespect and imaturity shown by the valets was unacceptable and appalling.

This morning of Friday 22nd Sep 2017 at 8.10am at 926 J street this Neumann limo #28 driver in Sacramento behaved so aggressively parking at Taxi zone and uttering abusive language and threatening my cab driver when the city parking enforcement showed up. Hopefully the administration looks into this matter. Thank you.

They are rude to their workers and have harsh working conditions. Plenty of other other buisnesses that do the same thing with better service.

Very professional and friendly. Used them for a wine tour. Our driver gave us recommendations on where to eat and stop along the way. I would use them again.
