Excellent experience. Took my truck in for a recall replacement of the fuel pump. I was originally told it would be a 4 hour job while I waited in the customer lounge. But to my surprise, they had me ready to go in 2 hours. I congratulated the staff and was off to do some unplanned shopping. I will definitely return to Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston for my vehicle needs.
