Good price for an oil change. Checked all fluids and tires. The lube department was finished within 20 minutes. I was there during the lunch hour. I was surprised they finished so quickly.

I tried calling the Auto Care through the direct number to ask if the could change my headluggt and an oil change.. It rang numerous time and no one answered. Apparently after so many rings it rollils over to the main switchboard. A lady from the Salon answered. I explained what I needed and she tranferred me back. Same thing.....no answer and back to the main switchboard. She tried another time. Same thing... The call was made while driving across town. The phone was never answered and the Salon lady picked up again jus as I pulled into the Auto Care Center. I walked in and a the clerk was at the counter with no one waiting in line. I asked him if they ever answered the phone and he said he was busy. Told him what I needed to check on and gave him my make and model of vehicle. He went and checked to see if the could change the lightbulb and came vack and said Well have to look at it first I told him I didnt want to get thr oil changed and have to go somewhere else for the headlight. He then said we dont know if we can or not. Ive been told him I would go somewhere else and left.... Ill pay a little extra at a mechanics shop or tire shop in town before I go back to Walmart Auto Care

The automotive department is very very helpful and the manager is awesome she made me feel very very comfortable and everything was done in a timely manner the service was great two thumbs up to the automotive manager she deserves a reward I will be coming back for sure thank you so much

FYI Only pay for mount tires once per wheel as long as you own the car. replacements are charged by the tire cost only

Harold, the front desk clerk, was very helpful in looking into ensuring the price was correct for the overall tire change for my Honda 2010. Very professional staff.

I waited 4 hours to have a tire plugged. That is better than the 7 hours that I waited the last time to have a tire plugged and a tire rotation.

Awesome tire guys had a flat on truck pulling horse trailer full of horses got us in and out thank you so much!!!!!

Good prices and service. If you want a fast 15 minute oil change, there are plenty of places for that if you want to spend the extra money.

If your tires are more than two sizes bigger than factory they wont mount them...stupid policy!

Inexpensive. Bit of a hassle if you want different size tires than whats originally on your vehicle.

Its Walmart good price service is as expected

My wife took her car in to repair a tire & waited several hours to have the tire repaired. Later that night my daughter was left stranded after the repaired tire went flat. Long waits for questionable repairs.

I was just getting wiper blades. Staff have always been friendly and helpful though.

They do a good enough job but are painfully slow most of the time.

Worst and slowest Walmart I’ve ever been too!!!! Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change before leaving and then brought a tire for a repair hat was bought at Walmart and was off the car already waited almost 2 hours before giving up and leaving again!! Never again I will drive an hour before going back

Well its Wal Mart you get what you pay for.

I believe if you have 2 lanes in the lube section it shouldn’t take over an hour to do an oil change when you had 1 other truck in the other lane. I remember now why I never come here.

Poor service. took 3 hours to get a 20 minute oil change.

I called them literally 5 times and nobody answered .i called wal mart before I can even say anything about it they transferred my call and again nobody answered .probably by my 8 attempt someone answers which was a girl .she was super rude just answering the phone .Asked her if they would have time to change tires .my god was she rude with her answer .i get when people have bad days .but dont be rude from the start .

The tires I bought needed rebalanced and they did that for free after inspecting the car and tires for issues and it seems to have fixed the vibrations they have the cheapest tires and services as far as my experience goes
