This place is an absolute joke. They took over 6 hours to do literally nothing to my car but check the codes. Nobody seemed to care and Ive never seen anybody move so slow ever. Basically laughed in my face when I told them how ridiculous this all was. Oh yeah and to go along with all that they broke my radiator cap and didnt tell me, I had to find out when I broke down 10 miles down the road from overheated engine. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

They helped me out when I needed them fast and friendly would recommend.

The people are very nice. But the Day after they changed my brake pads,I was in a terrible car accidentwhen the brakes hung upand sent us off a cliff.Were lucky to be alive. My six year old son is suffering from a broken neck from the accident.

These guys are amazing. I have been to four other shops for my car, one of which ruined my dash wiring harness, these guys made it right and didnt break my bank. They are all so encouraging and friendly every time I spoke to them. Thank you Brent and everyone at Newton, I greatly appreciate all of you guys and will definitely be back soon.

My buddy Shaggy (Michael) owns and runs this place. Everything is always top notch! Everyone there knows what they are doing. And all prices are very fair. You should never leave here dissatisfied. They always take care of you and do everything they can to make sure things are right. Things are always done in a timely manner. Stop in and see them for all your vehicle repairs or service. Theyll fix you right up!

I dont dislike

I have never seen anyone move so slowly when on the job took over a hour to mount a tire the employees were moving at a snails pace and playing around with each other when it was finished the guys stood at the counter talking about how one person signed his name one the work order as a customer we have things to do to besides wait for people to get done playing with your property to get it back I will never go back something need to be done to improve this

They ripped my brother off saying they replaced everything on the front suspension of his truck. And charged an arm and a leg for what little bit they did to his truck. Newton tire needs to learn the etiquette of customer service and learn to be truthful when working on a customers vehicle.

These people are great. Men behind the counter helped me immediately and were polite and smiling. Found exactly what I needed, gave me a fair price, and performed great work. No surprise on the final charges. I would go out of my way to use them as my car service company.

To be honest with you go across the street to Ford Motor Company you can get a better tire for a lower price..with higher miles, and all you have to do is cross the street

Due to tight schedule and needing to be done on my lunch hour, I called and made appointment at 1pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would only take about 20 minutes to rotate and balance tires. Walked to Dairy Queen ate lunch, made a few phone calls and when I returned, they had forgotten that I was even there. Hadnt even pulled my vehicle in. Had to wait another 40 minutes. They didnt even seem to care. Jason and Michael...absolutely the worse customer service ever.

Prices are much higher than competitors, information was lacking, and work done were not up to par. I’d suggest double checking employees for a while. And if you go there, have them show you what they’re doing. Blind trust will cost you more.

Dont be fooled. This once was the only place I would take my vehicles for anything, tires, alignments, put my lift in or any mechanical stuff. What has happened to Newton tire !? The last 2 times I have been in there its a circus. They lost their alignment guy, he was in my opinion the best, but still got my truck aligned and now my truck wears out the outside of tires perfectly. Brilliant ! When you talk to them about buying tires I feel like I am at A1 tire getting ready to take the shaft and when a tire clearly has a warranty they do not honor it because they say its to much trouble. I found the old alignment guy ! He works down the street at Beacon ! Dont be fooled by people in the last year or 2 dropping 5 stars on this buisness, last 2 times I been in they also had very upset costumers in the office and outside.

I called every shop listed today to see if I could get my Mercedes-Benz serviced and they were the only place that gave me great prices and actually knew what they were talking about when it came to my car! I was pretty impressed and Ill be taking my baby in tomorrow[:

I called around town asking how much a front end alignment would cost. Newton Tire give me a quote of $49.95, as well as many other places around Russellville. I decided to go to Newton because of my past experiences with them(I believe the business has been sold 2 times since John Newton owned it but kept the same name). When I went to pay for the work they charged me a different price of the $49.95. The cost was $54.95 For Labor plus $5.50 shop supplies(what supplies) plus $5.45 For tax. A total price of $65.90.GOT ME ONCE BUT NOT AGAIN.
