My truck was acting up traveling down the I40, pulling a travel trailer with the family, I was able to get off in Russellville Arkansas, I called three different mechanics and they were all booked. I called Car Medic LLC and Koyt and his team did not turn me away, while they worked on my truck they offered to tow my RV to a beautiful campsite called Macks RV camping 🏕 . I cannot recommend them enough I was back on the road the next day. They dont care where you are coming from or who you are they treat you like family. My go to mechanic.

These people are not honest and will try to get over on you if possible. Car broke down on the way to Texas outside of Russellville. They towed my vehicle and said they could fix it. Long story short they tried to rip me off. Told me my car’s engine computer went out and needed replacement ($400 part plus labor). The kicker is they couldn’t even program this part that I “needed” due to not having the right equipment. So their solution was to pay them $1000+ to install the part and tow 2 hours way to Little Rock.They don’t sound too intelligent so I knew they were lying immediately (must’ve went to University of Arkansas lol).These are prices they tried charging me. I was told it was because it was a holiday at the time Labor Day. I waited until later that week and they didn’t budge on prices at all because they thought I was desperate.Tow to Little Rock from Russellville: $450+Tow to Tulsa, Oklahoma: $1000“Fix” car and tow to Little Rock: $1100I paid a company to tow my vehicle to the GMC shop in town for $40. GMC discovered it was just a loose battery cable and dirty terminals. This is after I told the last place explicitly I think it’s the “battery or alternator”. Walked away paying GMC $150.You can ignore the signs if you want and try to find “cheaper” service, but if you have the money I would strongly advise to stay away from a joke of people like those at Car Medic.

I can’t be more pleased with the quality of service the professionals at Car Medics provided me. They were able to fix a repair on my BMW that most car repair shops wouldn’t touch. Not only that, they had my car ready the next day! When I went to pick up my car, I was a little nervous about how much the repair was going to cost me. I was absolutely blown away because it was much lower then what I had expected! They have definitely earned my business and respect! These guys are great. When I called they said they would take a look and if they couldnt fix my car (2018 Honda Civic) they would point me in the direction of who could. Not only were they able to fix it, they did it in a day, made sure it was safe to drive until it could be fixed and were very reasonably priced. They treat you like family.

Car Medic did and excellent job with a motor swap. The crew over there have also done previous work and it is nice having the option for them to come to you to do work or take it by the shop. It was also nice to use Apple Pay to make a payment when I couldn’t make it over there to pay them. Check them out for professional quality work.

I told them that I was away from home and in a hurry and they got me fixed up fast. Im very happy with how they handled everything. Even after coming across some unknown problems they honored their quote and worked hard to get it done on time! The next time I need a mechanic I will take my stuff there! Highly recommended.

These guys were great! I was off to a bad start because, I had tried to replace the part myself. It was an easy job but, I ran into a problem and couldnt get it. Now, no one likes working on something that an amateur started and couldnt finish. I know this from personal experience. But, they didnt hesitate and told me bring it in. When I get there, I could tell, everyone expected this to be quick and easy. But, they didnt make me feel stupid at all! And then, they ran into the same problem I did. Lol Therefore, it took longer than they or I expected but, they didnt complain. Another thing professionals tend to hate is the customer sitting there trying to watch you work. But, my vehicle was sitting there tore apart. Again, they didnt act annoyed, included me in the conversation, and made me feel welcome. In end, they could have charged me more, for annoying them and because it took so long. Lol However, they charged me a very reasonable amount and I was very thankful! I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.Also, I would like to point out these are proud veterans. I did not know that going in but, I am glad I had the opportunity to support those that risked everything to serve me and my family. These men now spend their time and resources to help veterans here at home. They are still making sacrifices to serve. Even without the great experience I had, that is reason enough to bring your business to these amazing people. Youll be supporting good people and be getting great service. It is a win/win.

Was traveling to Colorado for work late on a Friday night pulling a 34’ fifth wheel RV when my truck overheated and left me stranded on I-40, outside Morrilton. Got it towed to a GM dealer in Russellville at 4am. At 7am, called the dealer only to find out their service department was closed until Monday (I had to be in CO for work by 8am Monday). Panic mode set in as I began a search for a mechanic. Thank God, my first call was to Koyt at Car Medic. He picked me up at my motel and we drove to the broken down rig. He immediately identified the problem as a large hole in the radiator. He searched for a radiator (on a Saturday) and the closest was in Ft Smith. I had explained the urgency of my situation and resigned to the fact a repair wasn’t going to happen. He ended up making the round trip to Ft Smith on a Sat. afternoon, installed the radiator and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thanks Koyt!
